Entropy of a Quasi-de Sitter Spacetime and the Role of Specific Heat
We investigate the thermodynamic properties of a generalized de Sitter-like configuration. This investigation proceeds in two essential steps: (1) first, we construct a spacetime whose energy–momentum tensor asymptotically reproduces quintessence while maintaining isotropic pressures, despite being fueled by a nonconstant energy–momentum tensor; (2) second, we define a finite domain of validity for the solution, within which an additional Cauchy horizon emerges. Afterwards, we analyze the thermodynamic behavior of this configuration and compare it with the standard de Sitter case. Our results indicate that the extra parameter introduced in the metric does not lead to a positive specific heat; this value remains negative, suggesting that the role of such a parameter is thermodynamically nonessential.
Thickness dependent oxidation in CrCl3: a scanning X-ray photoemission and Kelvin probe microscopies study
The modifications in the electronic properties induced by the thickness and size of an individual flake of transition-metal halides on different substrates (silicon oxide or In-doped tin oxide) are of particular technological interest, even more in the case of chromium trihalides (CrX3, X = Cl, Br, and I), whose longer lifetime under ambient conditions is particularly intriguing. By using synchrotron-based scanning photoelectron microscopy with a resolution of 0.1 μm and Kelvin probe force microscopy, we evaluated the surface modification reaction and the surface potential. Our results established the correlations of the two latter properties with the thickness of flakes, observing a natural tendency to preserve their characteristic when the flakes have significantly less thickness. This is in contrast to thicker flakes, which show alteration patterns similar to those observed in bulk-cleaved samples (Kazim, S.; Mastrippolito, D.; Moras, P.; Jugovac, M.; Klimczuk, T.; Ali, M.; Ottaviano, L.; Gunnella, R. Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.2023, 25, 3806–3814. https://doi.org/10.1039%2FD2CP04586A%29. This preliminary study investigates interfaces made by dry transfer of CrCl3 flakes in an atmospheric environment. Cl vacancies and the formation of O/CrCl3 are induced, serving as dissociation centers that facilitate the migration of Cl vacancies between the top and bottom surfaces. By manipulating 2D atomic layers via surface oxidation or the introduction of surface vacancies, a novel and versatile approach is unveiled for the development of low-dimensional multifunctional nanodevices.

An investigation into the impact of ethics on reinforcing organizational citizenship behavior in arts and cultural clubs of the mosques in Esfahan
Organizational citizenship behavior is sort of ethical behavior, which is considered as an inevitable necessity for effective organizational performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of ethics on reinforcing organizational citizenship behavior. The study is an applied research adopting a survey design. The statistical population included 300 managers of arts and cultural clubs of the mosques in Esfahan in 2014-15. As statistical sample, 150 managers were selected by means of Cochran’s formula. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire (Cronbach’s Alpha= 0.83). The content validity of questionnaire was confirmed by experts and professors. The results indicated that from the viewpoint of respondents, the impact of organizational ethics on citizenship behavior is above average. Therefore, according to the results of statistical analyses, all the hypotheses of this research are confirmed and paying attention to ethical issues can improve the performance of the organization. Moreover, organizations’ adherence to ethics has a positive impact on different dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior.
Current challenges in distribution channels of cultural goods and services
Nowadays, one product that has a well qualified design will not have expected utility if it cannot be available at the appropriate time and place to its buyers. Thus, marketing managers and official sales always try to find the more efficient and modern methods of distribution through investigating the transfer methods of goods. Appropriate decision will lead to the enhancement of transfer speed, convenience of customers, and reduction of costs. One of the main tools of marketing is the efficient distribution system. Since cultural products have a determining role in conveyance of thoughts, values, and social norms and transmit cultural values and messages with themselves, their distribution has a great importance. This study aimed to investigate the current challenges in distribution channels of cultural goods and services. Some of these challenges were being traditional, the length of the channel, and the number of intermediaries.
