Nowadays, global warming is central to all discussions, as governments are trying to make decisions in order to slow the greenhouse effect. This lead to the creation of “sustainable development”, which relies on renewable energies in order to preserve the environment. The development issues of renewable energy in Algeria drove the Algerian State to integrate it in the national energy mix. It is a major challenge regarding the preservation of fossil fuels, diversification of electricity production chains and contribution to sustainable development. Algeria launched a renewable energy development program going from 2011 to 2030 in order to revive economic growth in this country. The program recently concluded its first phase dedicated to pilot projects and testing various technologies available. The Algerian state has been prioritizing the creation of clusters since 2007, when the first national conference on industrial strategies took place. Therefore, the purpose of this article will be double: on one hand, it will proceed to the analysis of the economic relations inside the Algeria Digital Cluster and on the other hand it will study the impact that the cluster has on the competitiveness of the companies that constitute its members. In order to do so, the article will be structured in three parts. The first one focus on a review of the literature surrounding the concept of clusters, the second one will present a structural approach of clusters in Algeria and on the third one will carry out an analysis of economic relations inside Algeria's digital cluster (ADC).

Le développement réussi d'un nouveau produit, service, processus ou une nouvelle méthode d'organisation implique des changements complexes, et nécessite des pratiques d'apprentissage organisationnel qui favorisent l'innovation. L'objectif de notre l'étude est d'examiner la relation entre les déterminants d'apprentissage organisationnel et l'innovation au sein des entreprises algériennes. Notre échantillon se compose de 100 cadres dirigeants des entreprises algériennes basés sur les nouvelles technologies. Le logiciel Smart PLS a été utilisé pour l'analyse de modèle de recherche. Selon les résultats, il existe une relation positive entre les déterminants « ouverture d'esprit » et « partage de connaissances inter-organisationnelles » qui appartiennent au concept d'apprentissage organisationnel, qui est décisif pour l'innovation. Cependant, on a constaté qu'il n'y a pas de relation significative entre « l'engagement à apprendre », « la vision partagée » et l'innovation. Les résultats aideront les dirigeants de nos entreprises à comprendre comment les types d'innovation sont influencés par l'apprentissage organisationnel.

L'article évalue la relation des pratiques de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE) avec l'innovation des Petites et moyennes entreprises. La recherche est basée sur un échantillon des PMEs algériennes. Les données ont été collectées à travers une enquête auprès des chefs d'entreprise. Pour l'analyse et la validation des résultats, la technique statistique du modèle d'équations structurelles (SEM) a été utilisée à travers PLS (Partial least squares). Ces analyses ont été préparées avec le logiciel SmartPLS version 3. Les résultats indiquent que les pratiques de la RSE augmentent l'innovation dans ce type d'entreprises et peuvent les aider à comprendre et à intégrer l'importance de la RSE autant qu'un mécanisme contribuant à l'amélioration de l'innovation.
