In the face of increasing violations involving state lands, characterized by exploitation, misappropriation, and unauthorized repurposing, the Algerian legislature has introduced a series of robust legal frameworks. Prominent among these is Law No. 23-18, which focuses on the protection and preservation of state lands. This legislation is crucial, as it tackles issues pivotal to national sovereignty and promotes sustainable economic growth. This study delves into the procedural amendments recently enacted to safeguard state properties, ensuring their judicious utilization and forestalling infringements that jeopardize public welfare. It further examines the enforcement strategies concerning illegal structures and facilities on state properties.
