Advancements in Liposomal Nanomedicines: Innovative Formulations, Therapeutic Applications, and Future Directions in Precision Medicine
Liposomal nanomedicines have emerged as a pivotal approach for the treatment of various diseases, notably cancer and infectious diseases. This manuscript provides an in-depth review of recent advancements in liposomal formulations, highlighting their composition, targeted delivery strategies, and mechanisms of action. We explore the evolution of liposomal products currently in clinical trials, emphasizing their potential in addressing diverse medical challenges. The integration of immunotherapeutic agents within liposomes marks a paradigm shift, enabling the design of 'immuno-modulatory hubs' capable of orchestrating precise immune responses while facilitating theranostic applications. The recent COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated research in liposomal-based vaccines and antiviral therapies, underscoring the need for improved delivery mechanisms to overcome challenges like rapid clearance and organ toxicity. Furthermore, we discuss the potential of \"smart\" liposomes, which can respond to specific disease microenvironments, enhancing treatment efficacy and precision. The integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning in optimizing liposomal designs promises to revolutionize personalized medicine, paving the way for innovative strategies in disease detection and therapeutic interventions. This comprehensive review underscores the significance of ongoing research in liposomal technologies, with implications for future clinical applications and enhanced patient outcomes.
Influence of the profitability of tax rates and exchange rates one determining transfer pricing decisions: An Empirical Evidence from Indonesia
Transfer pricing is a significant issue in the sphere of business and taxation. In various countries, the development of international and multinational corporations can boost the practice of transfer pricing. However, some of them are not based on the arm's length price. This research is aimed to analyze the effextivity profitability tax rate and exchange rate toward the firm decision of transfer pricing. The dependent variable in this research is transfer pricing substituted by the value of related party transaction (RPT) of sales. The independent variables in this research are effective tax rate, profitability, and exchange rate. This study employs secondary data obtained from accessible annual report of 29 multinational corporations listed on Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2019. The data analysis utilizes regression analysis method or a sample selection according to specific criteria. The results of the analysis in this research show that effective tax rate and exchange rate have a positive and significant influence toward the firm decision of transfer pricing. While profitability does not affect the firm decision of transfer pricing.
Building Strategic Planning Models Based on Digital Technology in the Sharia Capital Market
Digital technology is able to give a new face to the development of the capital market industry in Indonesia. Licensing process, wider reach and ease in transactions (financial technology) become faster, more efficient, cheaper, and transparent. However, the development of digital or scripless systems is still constrained by various factors. The purpose of this study is to try to dig deeper into the basic concepts of digital planning for issuers in the list of Islamic securities. A development model based on the results of the literature review is expected to contribute to the acceleration of digital technology in the capital market. The results of the study suggest that it is important for digital planning so that organizations have planning standards with special characteristics to create a 'positioning' that is in accordance with Islamic principles. The novelty in this research is that social cognitive theory and technology adoption can also be applied to sharia-based digital planners in the capital market. Sharia-based digital technology will have a positive impact on the empowerment of issuers, prospective issuers, and investors in the list of sharia securities.

The Challenge of Indonesian Post Migrant Worker’s Welfare
The aims of this study are to describe the effect of partially and simultaneously the level of income, family support, and the level of productive investment on the welfare level of Indonesian migrant workers. The research method used is quantitative research, with a correlational approach, especially at the descriptive verification level. The population of this research is as many as 2,400 people. The sampling technique chosen was purposive sampling. The number of research samples is 240 people or 10% of the total population. Data was collected using a survey method. The study was conducted in two districts in Central Java Province, Indonesia. Data analysis in this study uses inferential statistics to test hypotheses using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) formula or structural equation model with the help of software and LISREL version 8.70. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded: there is a significant effect both partially and simultaneously between the level of income, family support, and the level of productive investment on the level of welfare of migrant workers. The most influential factor on the welfare of the Indonesian workforce is the factor of productive investment.
Innovations in the Management of Zakat in Indonesia in Increasing Entrepreneurial Interest and Poverty Reduction
The purpose of this study is to propose the management of BAZNAS which could become one of the role models of digital zakat because it is quite successful in managing zakat and the use of digital technology to create the interests of the people. Literature studies are used to reveal the use of digital technology in BAZNAS and how to develop digital entrepreneurship in the future. Findings from the results of the study revealed that the BAZNAS digital zakat program can reduce poverty due to empowering mustahik through digital entrepreneurship and digital technology innovation in the form of rice atm. Other digital technology implementations are digitizing zakat payments, application-based digital information technology services for muzzaki, and blockchain (i-zakat) in managing digital zakat. For the development of digital entrepreneurship, the role of government, universities, and BAZNAS must be able to work well together. The BAZNAS Model digital zakat program can be a useful reference for global zakat managers in improving digital entrepreneurial practices and zakat distribution innovation. The implications of this research are the results of observations on the practice of using BAZNAS digital zakat technology in the management of zakat based on a theoretical basis using an Islamic economic approach.
Dietary Determinants of Anemia in Children Aged 6–36 Months: A Cross-Sectional Study in Indonesia
Anemia has been acknowledged as worldwide problem, including in Indonesia. This cross-sectional study aims to explore dietary determinants as risk factors for anemia in children aged 6–36 months living in a poor urban area of Jakarta. The study was done in Kampung Melayu sub-district in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data was collected within two weeks in September–October 2020. A structured questionnaire for a 24-h recall and a semi-quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) were used to collect the dietary intake data, and venous blood was withdrawn to determine the hemoglobin levels. Bivariate chi-square and multiple logistic regression tests were executed to explore the dietary determinant factors for anemia. We recruited 180 subjects. The average hemoglobin concentration was 11.4 ± 1.7 mg/dL; the anemia prevalence was 29.4%. The following variables were significantly associated with higher risk of anemia: no cow’s milk formula consumption, inadequate intake of fats, protein, calcium, vitamin D, iron, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12. Only cow’s milk formula consumption and zinc intake were revealed as the determinant factors of anemia. In conclusion, the prevalence of anemia was 29.4% among children aged 6–36 months old. Anemia was significantly associated with two dietary determinants as risk factors that are cow’s milk formula consumption and zinc intake.

Digital Insights into Workplace Breastfeeding in Indonesia: A Google Trends Analysis of Barriers and Opportunities
Background/Objectives: Exclusive breastfeeding rates in Indonesia remain low, particularly among working mothers, despite government policies and the substantial contribution of women to the national economy. Inadequate workplace support, with only 21.5% of working mothers having access to proper lactation facilities, is a key barrier. This study aimed to analyze Google Trends search data to understand the barriers and opportunities regarding workplace breastfeeding support in Indonesia, providing a data-driven foundation for advocacy campaigns and policy development. Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of Google Trends data from July 2020 to July 2025. Temporal and geographic search patterns for selected keywords, along with related queries and topics, were analyzed using a normalized relative search volume index (0–100). Results: “Lactation room” was the dominant, foundational search term with sporadic, event-driven peaks. Search interest in “exclusive breastfeeding” was consistently high (“evergreen”), while “World Breastfeeding Week” showed predictable seasonal peaks. Geographically, the need for basic infrastructure was nationally distributed, but searches for practical solutions, deeper topics, and event momentum were concentrated in urban economic centers. A nationwide knowledge gap on rights was identified. Analysis of “Rising Queries” and “Topics” revealed a shift in user focus from general information toward specific needs regarding rights, policy, and community support. Conclusions: The geographic and temporal alignment of user-identified needs with campaign momentum validates a targeted, multi-layered advocacy strategy. A three-pillar approach combining data-driven communication, workplace policy change, and multi-sectoral collaboration is recommended to improve breastfeeding support for working mothers in Indonesia.
