In this paper, we focus on a critical concern within Algeria's natural gas sector: the export of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). the objective of the study is to effectively manage the country's resources by pinpointing and acknowledging potential areas for enhancement. To achieve this goal, we undertake a comparative analysis and benchmarking exercise involving four LNG exporting countries: Algeria, Qatar, the USA, and Russia. After assessing the current upstream state and downstream challenges, Algeria is compelled to explore avenues and devise solutions for enhancing its LNG exports. This strategic imperative is essential for preserving its market share, necessitating the implementation of new strategies at both the national and international levels.

This policy requires significant investments. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the financial performance of the company for the period 2016-2019, provide an economic explanation, and perform a comparative analysis of the company's financial health by applying the Altman and Almamy models

L'intensité énergétique (IE) en Algérie est en augmentation, nous essayons dans cette article d'analyser sa tendance en décomposant sa variation au cours de la période (1990- 2020). Nous appliquons l'indice idéal de Fisher pour décomposer FIE en contributions relatives de l'efficacité énergétique (EE) et de la structure économique dans le cadre de la méthode de l'Analyse de Décomposition d'indice (ADI). Nous montrons que l'effet de la composante de l'EE est le principal contributeur à l'augmentation de l'IE en Algérie. En outre, la composante structurelle a un effet réducteur de FIE globale. Ainsi, la déséconomie d'énergie ou la surconsommation est principalement due aux inefficacités énergétiques, notre consommation d'énergie est supérieure de 155 % à ce qu'elle aurait été si l'IE était restée au niveau de l'année de référence. Bien que l'économie se tertiarise, la mise en œuvre de la politique énergétique en Algérie doit se soucier de réduire l'IE sectorielle et donc de l'Efficacité Energétique des secteurs clés.
