Fuzzy Measure on p-Adic Balls Defined on a Finite Number Set
2024
An approach to constructing a fuzzy measure on
p
-adic balls is considered that does not require the measure density to be directly specified. Relationships for determining this measure for an arbitrary subset of a bounded number set represented as a set of
p
-adic balls have been proven. Uniform and nonuniform fuzzy measures are considered. An algorithm for determining a fuzzy measure on
p
-adic balls is proposed. Examples of calculating this measure are given.

Production of protons, deuterons and tritons in argon-nucleus interactions at 3.2 A GeV
2025
A
bstract
Results of the BM@N experiment at the Nuclotron/NICA complex on the production of protons, deuterons and tritons in interactions of an argon beam of 3.2 A GeV with fixed targets of C, Al, Cu, Sn and Pb are presented. Transverse mass spectra, rapidity distributions and multiplicities of protons, deuterons and tritons are measured. The results are treated within a coalescence approach and compared with predictions of theoretical models and with other measurements.

Direct energy conversion and energy accumulation
2007
Energy saving on electrified railways has been studied for many years and the technical solution is usually provided by a combination of driving strategy (e.g. coasting), regenerative braking and energy storage systems. An alternative approach is for the driver (or automatic train operation system if fitted) to manage energy consumption more efficiently. A formal method for optimising traction energy consumption. during a single-train journey by trading-off reductions in energy against increases in running time, has been demonstrated. The balance between saving energy and running faster has been investigated by designing a fitness function with variable weightings. Energy savings were found, both qualitatively and quantitatively, to be affected by acceleration and braking rates, and, by running a series of simulations in parallel with a genetic algorithm search method, the fitness function was used to identify optimal train trajectories. The influence of the fitness function representation on the search results was also explored.

p-Adic Representation of Subsets of a Bounded Number Set
2021
In this paper, we show that a ring of p-adic integers
Z
p
can be used to represent subsets of a bounded number set. We propose an approach to define a set of p-adic balls. The union of their images is a subset of the bounded number set. The cover of the set of p-adic balls and the p-adic density of the subset of the bounded number set are defined. We also define the operations of p-adic intersection, union, and complement over sets of p-adic balls that can generate the corresponding algebra.

Bioclimates of Altitudinal Vegetation Belts in the Mountains of Russia
2023
A bioclimatic justification is made for the diversity and structure of vegetation cover of the Russian mountains. On the basis of identifying the climatopes of the altitudinal-belt subdivisions underlying the spectra of mountain systems and analyzing the related development of the vegetation cover of orobiomes with climatic conditions, the possibilities for its formation within the framework of altitudinal spectra have been determined. A global CHELSA model has been used to obtain reference bioclimatic parameters. The average annual temperature, the temperature of July and January, annual precipitation and precipitation of July, radiation balance, and continentality index and ombrothermic index of July have been used as key bioclimatic parameters. The diversity of altitudinal-belt subdivisions (belts and subbelts) has been determined on the basis of the altitudinal zonation of vegetation and the hierarchical structure of the botanical diversity of mountains and the types of zonation formed by them. On the basis of calculating the mean values and standard deviations of heat and moisture availability within the entire climatic area occupied by background communities in terms of orobiomes, their climatopes have been determined and a clustering has been carried out. As a result of comparing the climatopes at higher hierarchical levels, thermoclimates (extremely cold, very cold, cold, moderately cold, and moderately warm) and ombroclimates (moderately continental humid, moderately continental very humid, continental humid, and extracontinental semi-humid) have been determined. Mapping of climatope diversity made it possible to determine the relationship between the typological structure of altitudinal-belt spectra of vegetation with modern climate on a unified ecosystem basis.

Geoinformation approach to assessing environmental risks of the investment economy in Primorsky Krai
2021
The article presents the analysis of promising directions for the development of a green economy for nature in the Primorsky Krai in the context of supporting a favorable investment climate declared by the Regional Government. We prove that using the method of spatial comparisons of a multilevel nature, tasks to determine the degree of territorial-demographic development and actual territorial settlement are successfully addressed investment zoning is carried out, including at the local level the display of settlements of all types, the most important industrial and residential infrastructure, buffer zones of the anthropogenic impact of settlements, transport networks, communication lines, etc. We recommend to modernize the environmental system of existing and planned Protected Areas as well as substantiate the need for the development and implementation of a specific program to improve economic mechanisms for the preservation of natural ecosystems. The article describes our experience in developing a scientific and information basis for assessing the environmental risks of external and internal investment in the economy of Primorsky Krai. We consider the feasibility of the development of the \"Ecoinvest\" reference and expert system to provide public and scientific information expertise related to the conservation of biodiversity and areas of high conservation value.

2020
Research and search for the most effective and cost-efficient ways of water treatments is relevant today. We propose the use of a natural sorbent as a filter load of a sorption filter for the preparation of natural water for irrigation of crops. The object of study is the water of the Volga River in the Volgograd region. In this work, we propose the use of a sorption filter for purification of natural water, where natural zeolite will be used as a filter load. Before the experiment, a chemical analysis was performed to determine the contaminants in the water and their concentrations. The fractions of zeolite were selected using fractional sieves. Based on the results of sedimentation, the optimal fraction of natural zeolite in terms of absorption properties and contact time with the studied water was selected. Based on the results, the statistical processing of the experimental data was performed and the dependences presented in the form as a power model were obtained. Thus, on the basis of the conducted studies, it can be concluded that it is advisable to use a sorption filter with a zeolite filter load for the preparation of natural waters to be used in irrigation.

2024
Chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by massively parallel DNA sequencing (ChIP-seq) is a central genome-wide method for in vivo analyses of DNA-protein interactions in various cellular conditions. Numerous studies have demonstrated the complex contextual organization of ChIP-seq peak sequences and the presence of binding sites for transcription factors in them. We assessed the dependence of the ChIP-seq peak score on the presence of different contextual signals in the peak sequences by analyzing these sequences from several ChIP-seq experiments using our fully enumerative GPU-based de novo motif discovery method, Argo_CUDA. Analysis revealed sets of significant IUPAC motifs corresponding to the binding sites of the target and partner transcription factors. For these ChIP-seq experiments, multiple regression models were constructed, demonstrating a significant dependence of the peak scores on the presence in the peak sequences of not only highly significant target motifs but also less significant motifs corresponding to the binding sites of the partner transcription factors. A significant correlation was shown between the presence of the target motifs FOXA2 and the partner motifs HNF4G, which found experimental confirmation in the scientific literature, demonstrating the important contribution of the partner transcription factors to the binding of the target transcription factor to DNA and, consequently, their important contribution to the peak score.

2021
The authors discuss the need for implementing scientific expertise related to the conservation of biodiversity, key ecosystems, and high conservation value areas in order to mitigate the consequences of the anthropogenic impact in the region. In the example of the Primorsky region, the authors considered the possibilities of conducting an effective environmental policy in conditions of the Government’s declared commitment to maintaining a favorable investment climate. Based on GIS technologies, environmental zoning is conducted and discussed by authors, anthropogenic changes in geosystems of the Primorsky region are shown, main types of socio-economic systems of the Primorsky region are briefly characterized.
