The results are presented of a theoretical study on assessment of the stereoselectivity of processes aimed at increasing the enantiomeric excess of chiral pyrimidinones, products of the Biginelli reaction. The effects of hydroxyproline-containing podands used as chiral inductors,
viz.
, the influence of the base or salt forms and of the oxyethylene chain length in the stage of formation of iminium intermediates of the Biginelli reaction are considered. A methodology is proposed for modeling a multicomponent reaction mixture by the molecular dynamics method. The strategy proved itself in quantitative assessment of the stereoselectivity of the approach of urea molecule to the iminium stereoisomers under the conditions of a simulated diffusion stage of the reaction. The energy maps constructed in the polar coordinates make it possible to visually assess the preference of the reagent approach to the different diastereotopic sides.

Some aspects of the provision of land in the implementation of housing in order to fulfill the agreement on integrated development of the territory
2020
The article assesses some of the problems that arise in the practical application of the norms of civil, land and other Russian legislation when concluding and fulfilling an agreement on the integrated development of territories for housing construction. The authors pay special attention to the issue of the content ratio of such concepts as type of permitted use of a land plot and integrated development of the territory. There is a need to introduce such permitted type of land use as integrated development of territories for the period of construction. The authors draw attention to the totality of obligations under the agreement on the integrated development of the participants' territory and note that their violation by state authorities and local authorities can lead to improper fulfillment of obligations by the developer, which will lead to termination of land lease agreement and additional costs for land lease. The authors propose developing a mechanism to protect the interests of the developer when concluding an agreement on leasing a land plot, in order to implement an agreement on the integrated development of the territory.

Assessment of the resource potential of agricultural land use for land management purposes
2020
In the article, the authors examined the role of assessing the resource potential of agricultural land use in the land management system. A literature review was carried out to determine the resource potential of agricultural land use. The concept of the resource potential of agricultural land use is clarified. The article proposes a methodology for assessing the intergral resource potential of agricultural land use. It determines the resource potential of the specific agricultural land use of LLC Aurora of the Babyninsky district of the Kaluga region on the basis of financial, labor and land indicators. A classification of factors has been developed to assess the resource potential of agricultural land use. The article also proposes levels of assessing the resource potential of agricultural land use.

2021
The article assesses some of the problems arising when creating relevant, reliable and complete information resources, information from which is used in the implementation of management functions. The authors pay special attention to an operational analysis and monitoring of information on land plots and other real estate objects by local governments in order to increase incomes of local budgets. The need to create a chain of interactions between the local government, the regional operator of spatial data and the federal operator of information resources is emphasized. The authors draw attention to the examples of such interactions at the federal and regional levels. To implement data integration tasks, it is necessary to maintain databases that have an infrastructural significance - spatial data certifying the location of objects, and data about the subjects of rights, allowing them to be identified and interact with them. The authors suggest that local authorities analyze the data of existing regional and federal information systems, operators of regional information systems integrate this information into the spatial data infrastructure, and the operator of the federal information system updates the system based on the information provided.

A new algorithm in determining the effectiveness of sustainable agricultural land use management at various administrative-territorial levels
2022
The relevance of the study is due to the interest and all emerging requests for the creation of a perfect land use system based on the principle of sustainability. In the article, the authors revealed the concept of sustainability of agricultural land use. And we considered the methodology for determining the efficiency of agricultural land use. The analysis of the conditions of agricultural land use and the identification of factors influencing the efficiency of agricultural land use are carried out. The authors paid special attention to the consideration of criteria and a system of indicators of the effectiveness of sustainable agricultural land use management. In addition, the report focuses on the role of agricultural land use planning and identifies the main planning and forecasting methods for determining the effectiveness of agricultural land use.

The MAMI data is not supporting the Kaon-Maid isobar model, which uses strong longitudinal couplings of the virtual photon to nucleon resonances and predicts a strong peaking of the structure function at forward angles and low

The investigation of light hypernuclei is quite important for understanding the basic YN interaction and the mechanism of hypernuclear structure. We started the commissioning of the decay pion spectroscopy of light hypernuclei at MAMI-C in 2011. In order to realize the K
+
tagging efficiently, some detectors on KAOS spectrometer were upgraded or newly installed. The existing and well-studied spectrometers, SpekA, SpekC were used as pion spectrometers. The analysis is ongoing to estimate the detectors performance and develop the spectrometers for future experiments with higher beam intensity. The preliminary results of the particle identification are presented in this article.

2017
In order to conduct research at required spatial resolution, we propose a model fusion involving interlinked calculations of regional projections by the global dynamic model GLOBIOM (Global Biosphere Management Model) and robust dynamic downscaling model, based on cross-entropy principle, for deriving spatially resolved projections. The proposed procedure allows incorporating data from satellite images, statistics, expert opinions, as well as data from global land use models. In numerous case studies in China and Ukraine, the approach allowed to estimate local land use and land use change projections corresponding to real trends and expectations. The disaggregated data and projections were used in national models for planning sustainable land use and agricultural development.
