Effective e-government is becoming an important aim for many governments around the world, It increases the efficiency of departments, reduces the cost and several benefits to all stakeholders involved. Electronic Government is considered an effective tool for the organizations; new technologies of electronic communications through the use of the web provided the basis for the Electronic Government. The objective of this paper is to review the updated and available literature about e-government implementation stages, its challenges and benefits and the reality of e-government in Algeria with Requirements and Constraints.

This current study aimed to test the dimensions of electronic management in evaluating the effectiveness of human resource management activity through the use of the questionnaire as a tool to collect data on its variables, as it was distributed to a sample of senior management and middle management in the Algeria Telecom Corporation (Ooredoo) and the statistical analysis program SPSS was used to analyze Data and test the validity of the study hypotheses. As the study concluded that the use of electronic management works to reduce costs and regulate work procedures by overcoming problems that reduce the level of performance and reduce rates of administrative errors and works to improve internal and external communications and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operations through the availability of the necessary financial capabilities For the application of electronic management, this will be reflected THE IMPORTANCE OF ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT AND ITS ROLE IN EVALUATING THE ACTIVITY OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT. CASE STUDY OF ALGERIA TELECOM (OOREDOO) in the necessary financial support allocated for the purchase and maintenance of electronic devices and programs to a large degree, as the use of electronic management works to speed the completion of work and with great accuracy while saving time and effort and increasing the efficiency of workers, which Lead to the lifting of labor productivity in the Algerian Telecom Corporation.

In this paper, we will shed light on the impact of technological development on the management of Algerian companies, and its role in enhancing managerial practices. We will use different statistics and reports to describe and understand the current technological situation of Algerian companies and their management. The research shows that Algerian companies have a very deep technological deficiency, and that the Algerian environment does not fulfill the conditions to trigger a technological boom. It appears that technology has a significant impact on the managerial practice as a whole, pushing and enhancing performance in a significant manner. Unfortunately, Algerian companies do not profit from such enhancements and upgrades.

Our research aims to highlight the different modern programming techniques and methods used against money laundering. We will propose solutions within the literature of programming conceptualization that rely on the ability to analyze information and profile the individual to initiate a tracking process in order to allow the competent cells to intervene. Our study will also show that adequate conditions are necessary for the installation of such process on the Algerian national territory.

Through our study, we will undertake an evaluative synthesis of Algeria's investment climate through eleven recognized indexes and official international reports that regroup several macroeconomic and socio-political variables. We will analyze the various results regarding the current Algerian situation relating to the attractiveness of the investment climate and its characteristics. We will show that the different results are unanimous on the fact that the investment climate is at its lowest. Algeria holds the bottom of the list, perceived as unattractive and unable to provide and sustain an adequate climate for investment.

The aim of this study is to clarify the relationship between economic intelligence and knowledge management in institutions and how to help the decision maker to choose based on available information. Cette communication se veut une introduction à la comptabilité par activité, à travers les quatre parties qui la composent il s'agit de démontrer les raisons de son émergence, ses postulats fondateurs ainsi que les concepts sur lesquels elle se fond pour parvenir à exposer sa démarche de base.
