The study aims to understand the influence of three factors (financial gain, passion for innovation and social recognition) on entrepreneurial motivation of Algerian students. Methodology: using a sample of 204 students and Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM), we aimed to test the hypothesis regarding the relationships between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and entrepreneurial motivation. Findings: The research reveals that the passion for innovation is the most influential factor with the financial gain closely following, and then social recognition. The study further suggests that education programs involving aspects of creativity and innovations; should be employed to enhance the students' entrepreneurial motivation.

The trajectory of social security financial balance, reported by the overall economic tables, reveals three phases of development. The first: growing financial surplus from 1970 to 1986. The second: the decreasing financial surplus, from 1987 to 1990. The oil counter-shock causing the fall of state's revenues, forcing it to review its economic model. The Third: is the growing deficit phase, which began in 1991 and still rising to exceed 800 billion DA in 2021. This deficit is due to the financial crisis of the national pension fund (CNR). Several studies call for the extension of social security coverage to overcome this imbalance, this work attempts to verify this hypothesis, using a scenario based on the assumption of a 100% social contributions recovery. The findings confirm the structural nature of the deficit and the urgent need to systematic reforms.

Face au déséquilibre financier de la caisse nationale des retraites (CNR), les décideurs à la tête du régime de sécurité sociale des travailleurs salariés ont instauré un mécanisme de compensation financière visant l'atténuation des difficultés de cette dernière par les ressources excédentaires de la caisse nationale des assurances sociales (CNAS). Ce mécanisme est nommé le transfert de solidarité inter-caisses. L'objectif de cette étude consiste à mesurer les limites et le potentiel financiers de ce mécanisme. Cela a été réalisé en ce basant sur une approche comparative visant l'analyse de l'ampleur du déséquilibre par rapport au niveau des excédents.
