After the political changes experienced by Morocco, by introducing the concept of reverse logistics and its interaction with E-commerce, environmental guidelines driven by social aspects are becoming crucial for the industry. Therefore, protecting the ecological environment should not compromise economic gains. It is part of an approach aimed at apprehending the construction of the foundations of a reverse logistics approach. These foundations will have to respond not only to the specificity of the but also to have tangible impacts on companies, but also to have tangible impacts on the environment It should be noted that in e-commerce, it's the other way around: the goods go to the customer. We are therefore witnessing a reversal of the physical flow down the supply chain. This article first analyzes the appearance and evolution, through the advantages and processes of logistics and E-commerce. Subsequently, it will be presented how the reverse logistics positively impact the E-commerce process.

La diplomatie économique est de plus en plus associée à la stratégie globale de développement, notamment dans les pays en voie de développement, qui continuent à faire face à de multiples difficultés pour s'intégrer dans l'économie mondiale dans une conjoncture marquée par une concurrence acharnée. À l'instar de ces pays, le Maroc mise sur sa diplomatie économique pour réduire le déficit structurel de sa balance commerciale et accompagner les investisseurs marocains dans leur quête des marchés étrangers. L'objet de notre proposition est d'analyser le défi de la diplomatie marocaine et essayer de comprendre la place de la diplomatie économique marocaine en Afrique. Il s'agit également de mettre l'accent sur les missions actuelles de la diplomatie économique tant au niveau bilatéral que régional ainsi que quelques outils susceptibles de permettre une redynamisation de la diplomatie économique marocaine dans un continent en transition.

La gouvernance des collectivités locales et le développement durable sont deux domaines interdépendants et vitaux pour assurer un avenir durable et prospère. Le rôle croissant des acteurs territoriaux dans l'économie, la complexité financière et administrative croissante, les nouveaux modes de gestion, l'insuffisante surveillance liée aux déficits des services publics du Territoire. L'avis intervient à un moment critique où le royaume met en oeuvre des réformes territoriales. En effet, le système de gouvernance territoriale du pays a subi des transformations majeures depuis l'entrée en vigueur de la loi organique relative aux collectivités territoriales. Le présent papier vise à mettre en lumière les acquis et les faiblesses des réformes engagées en vue de proposer les mesures nécessaires à même de garantir une gouvernance à la hauteur des enjeux territoriaux actuels et futurs, en intégrant le concept du développement durable comme une finalité.

À partir de 1983, le Maroc et dans une logique du Programme d'Ajustement Structurel (PAS), une inédite conception mise en place pour l'amélioration du climat d'investissement et pour le développement de l'attractivité des IDE, le pays a lancé plusieurs réformes qui ont touché les différents domaines de l'environnement des affaires. Toutefois, les résultats réalisés par le Maroc en matière d'attractivité des IDE restent modestes par rapport au potentiel d'investissement du pays. Le Maroc est appelé plus que jamais à continuer le processus des réformes entamé il y a trois décennies, en ciblant, en particulier, le domaine de la justice.
