Most of the modern computer software for the building structures‘ calculation is based on mathematical dependencies which make it possible to analyse rather complex stress-strain state of structures subjected to loading. As a rule, the calculation is based on the finite element method and is reduced to the calculation of deformations arising in structures due to the action of external forces with the use of real strain diagrams of materials, σ-ε diagrams for concrete and reinforcement. Modern normative regulations for reinforced concrete structures‘ calculation are also based on the deformation model using material deformation diagrams, which are as close to the real ones, as possible. Therefore, this study was aimed to investigate in more detail the stress-strain state and the physical essence of the processes occurring in reinforced concrete structures with combined reinforcement according to mathematical approaches and regulations of DBN B.2.6-98:2009 and DSTU B. In 2.6-156:2010. Namely, in the research is analysed the combined reinforcement of S245 steel tapes and A1000 rebar, which is used in the production of reinforced concrete elements. The results of mathematical modelling were compared with the calculation results, according to DBN B.2.6-98: 2009 and DSTU B. B 2.6-156:2010, as well as with field experimental data. Therefore, the conclusion could be made, whether it is possible to use this technique with sufficient accuracy to calculate reinforced concrete structures with combined reinforcement.

The article outlines theoretical approaches to the study of the development of land relations and provides the substantiation of the methodological toolkit for the study. A set of legal and economic relations that arise in the course of turnover of land is investigated, namely, transactions of purchase and sale, inheritance, exchange, gift, pledge, lease and emphyteusis. The structure of land transactions and changes in their number over time by designated purpose are analyzed. The use of the Ward’s and k-means methods made it possible to divide regions of Ukraine into three cluster groups by level of development of land governance as well as to identify the existing problems. The European practice of the development of land relations and the formation of the agricultural land market is considered. The practice of the EU Member States has proved that a developed and well-institutionalized land market is a necessary prerequisite for ensuring food security of a country and developing its export potential. The analytical review and findings of the study of the features characterizing the evolution of land relations in Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Romania made it possible to identify the main elements of the formation of a full-fledged agricultural land market, namely: cadastre, specialized land institutions, market-based land valuation mechanism and state regulation. It is established that effective use of land resources in Ukraine is possible only provided that the land reform is completed and a full-fledged agricultural land market is formed. Only under these conditions the use of the available agricultural land can be intensified, and the food and economic security of the state can be ensured.

The aim of the article is to study the impact of world trade liberalization on the development of domestic enterprises (using the example of the brewing industry). The conceptual basis for the introduction of liberal regimes for international trade is considered. Modern approaches to simplification of customs barriers to export and import operations are analyzed. The main advantages and disadvantages of liberalization of foreign trade are identified. The beer market in Ukraine and the main trends in it are analyzed. The geographical structure of Ukraine’s beer export and import is investigated. The main stages of the brewing industry entering international markets are considered. The construction of a gravity model makes it possible to make qualitative forecast of the development state of markets for economic agents of the national economy. That is, the gravity model is primarily a tool for modeling trade flows of a particular product among countries. Based on the gravity model, it is possible to assess effectiveness of international trade. In our case, as a result of constructing the gravity model and testing it using forecast indicators, the most promising markets for export activities of brewing enterprises are determined. The gravity model of international trade in beer based on the trade balance is adapted. The constructed model is tested, and potential partner countries for export operations are identified. A set of proposals is worked out for the development of beer export to the recommended countries.

The article aims at studying the results of and prospects for the further implementation of the European Green Deal, a roadmap for sustainable nature management. The research results prove the expediency of implementing the European Green Deal aimed at providing balanced nature management amidst decentralization processes. Taking into consideration the content of the \"European Green Deal\" communiqu? provisions presented by the European Commission, the key areas for its implementation are presented. In particular, such areas are as follows: modernization and transformation of the economy in order to improve the climate; production of clean, affordable and safe energy; mobilization of industry towards a circular economy; intensification of the transiting to sustainable and intelligent mobility; development of a fair, healthy and environmentally friendly food system for the population. It is substantiated that the effective implementation of the Green Deal ideas requires national public authorities to form a holistic vision of the stages of its multilevel implementation, with respect to the economic, social and environmental peculiarities of modern Ukraine. Such an implementation requires an urgent and extensive public discussion of its key points. It has been proved that at the level of legislation and rule-making it is necessary to take a whole range of measures to update the current legal provisions concerning the environment, as well as to adopt a number of qualitatively new ones that would fully comply with the EU policy. In fact, a new paradigm for the development of the Ukrainian state and society in the coming years should center on the standardization and environmentalization of economic, political and legal institutional foundations of their functioning.

Sunflower is a strategic crop in the agriculture of Ukraine as it is important for food and energy production. Recently the processing of secondary products, solving the issues of waste disposal and improving the environment have been paid much attention. This is an example of a cyclic economy, as during the production of oil from sunflowers, their husk can be used for energy production. The ash obtained by burning husk is a valuable complex mineral fertilizer and can be further applied as ecological fertilizer. The aim of this article is to assess the energy and investment potential for sunflowers as an internal reserve for increasing production efficiency and reducing carbon dioxide emissions. In particular, the equivalents of energy substitution of sunflower husks for energy costs at fat-and-oil enterprises, the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions are estimated. A generalized scheme for the production of electricity from sunflower husks is considered. In particular, the use of ash from sunflower husks as a fertilizer is described. The research has shown that the sunflower husks available in Ukraine can be used more efficiently to produce electricity. Therefore policy recommendations were developed based on a study conducted.

The aim of the article is to study the current state of applying space technologies to monitor land use efficiency. It is proved that under conditions of globalization of the world economy there takes place digitalization and automation of production processes with the application of space technologies and many other innovative transformations that should be considered when carrying out economic activities, especially in agriculture. It is justified that the further development of agriculture and agricultural land use should be planned in accordance with the innovation development strategy, which envisages: increase in the contribution of science and technology to the advancement of land economics; use of space technologies to monitor land use efficiency; enhancement of competitiveness of products on the world market through the modernization and automation of production facilities; widespread adoption of remote sensing technologies. It is established that one of the areas in attracting innovative developments is modern space technologies. The current state of and trends in applying space technologies to monitor land use efficiency are considered at the enterprise and state levels. The introduction of modern space technologies for monitoring land use (EOS Crop Monitoring, GIS Data) in Ukraine is analyzed. It is proved that the application of satellite monitoring makes it possible to accurately estimate the crop areas, monitor the condition of plants at all phases of growth, predict the yield at early stages, control agricultural operations, etc. The access to satellite data for previous years and analysis of huge amounts of information using the latest technologies allow assessing the value of land. There identified prospective land use sectors where modern space technologies should be applied, namely: filling the State Land Cadastre, taking land inventory, forming land resource databases. Practical recommendations on the application of space technologies for monitoring land use efficiency, crop forecasting and pricing analysis based on the experience of the EU and the USA are proposed.
