Purpose: The adoption of new digital technologies has become increasingly necessary as markets continue to evolve and become more competitive, taking advantage of the growth of a real competitive advantage (Pappas, 2018)&(Grazia Francesca, 2020).Digitization process necessitates the widespread application of a variety of digital, real-time, and networked technological goods and services that can link individuals, organizations, governments, and machines. Digitalization has developed into a significant megatrend, raising concerns about how information technology may impact organizational relationships. Research problem: It has been more popular to leverage digitization in service sector to reduce costs and increase profitability. In order to contend in the current fourth industrial revolution, increasing productivity and competitiveness is the aim. Examining how digitization and institutional quality are related is essential. This means that the research challenge is as follows: Unified data, analytics, and digital frameworks are examples of sustainable digital capabilities that enable the integration of business and IT, impact customer experience, and improve operational procedures while reducing costs (Chandola V., 2016). The research gap has been evolved from lack of researchers in this field. In order to assist managers and stakeholders in reaching the intended objectives, this study examined how digitalization affects attaining institutional excellence in the Egyptian banking sector. In order to achieve institutional excellence, this study aims to characterize the impact of digitization, its benefits, and its role and impact on achieving institutional excellence in the Egyptian banking sector. The analysis will assist managers of the banks and other stakeholders in getting the results they anticipated from adopting that technology. Results The study's findings demonstrate that digitization influences institutional excellence through development, competitive advantages, value creation, internal efficiency, and cost savings, and that these same components primarily affect their digitization process and institutional excellence in the dynamic and turbulent environment. Practical implications The study's findings might help banks' managers in understanding how to incorporate new technology. It might inspire managers to adopt new technologies and improve their digital capabilities in order to guarantee the long-term health of their companies. By giving evidence of the empirical influence of digitization on institutional excellence in the case of the banking sector in Egypt, this study adds to the body of existing knowledge and fills a knowledge gap. Study limitations This study is only applicable in Greater Cairo, bringing up new avenues for researchers to apply this study in a comparative study with other studies in other governorates countries; also, time limits precluded the researcher from focusing on a specific industry .As a result, the instances are varied and come from a variety of industries. Recommendations: Theoretical recommendations Scholars can incorporate case studies into many subjects and apply them to other fields as well. As well as other nations and governorates. Practical recommendations 1. New developments in technology. 2. Fortifying cybersecurity measures. 3. Regulations concerning online banking.

Purpose As the need for efficient solutions and transactions simpler as investor and financial service user needs become more sophisticated. Given the rise in the use of automated services, it was inevitable that financial institutions would have to increase the number of digital services offerings. Digitization provides many opportunities for economic growth and by enabling nations to provide more diversified educational opportunities, universal access, and a comprehensive supportive environment for the development of societies transforming and preserving natural resources, the environment, and people. It concerns the necessary transformation of businesses, individuals, and communities. Where, circular economy signifies future sustainability and enables optimal resource utilization. However, there are significant impediments to digital transformation and adoption in a circular economy context. The study investigates the hurdles to digitization and digital transformation initiatives in the circular economy and clarifies the role of digitization in enhancing sustainability. Findings The improvement of business sustainability is one of the advantages of implementing new technologies; additionally, the most significant barrier to digitization in the circular economy emerged as the risk of data security and information privacy in connection with the use of external data and protecting customer data. In addition, financial difficulties seemed to be the most important category of barriers to the adoption of digital manufacturing in the circular economy. Originality Despite all of the potential advantages of using Industry 4.0 technology in the manufacturing sector, adoption is still in its early stages and faces significant challenges that must be solved to hasten adoption. This study investigates how digitization might enhance sustainability.
