Development technology of moon bag process template for knitted sports pants

Clothing technology template is a special auxiliary clothing production tool, and it is a new mode of clothing production. The development of garment template technology is more and more extensive, but it is less used in knitted garments. Based on the theory of garment process template, this paper takes the moon bag of knitted sports pants as the research object, and uses jingwei garment template professional software to design its template, then cuts and assembles the template, so as to solve the demand of garment enterprises for high-quality products and high-tech personnel.

The construction and practice of Curriculum Ideological and political education of apparel majors in applied undergraduate universities

Since the 18th Party Congress, the status and role of curriculum ideological and political education in the ideological and political work of universities have been further clarified and strengthened. Based on the positioning of talent cultivation and the attributes of the apparel major in Applied Technology College of Soochow University, this paper refines Chinese excellent traditional costume culture and skill transmission as the core ideological and political education concept for the major construction. In turn, this paper refines the corresponding elements of ideological and political education. It further proposes the implementation path of talent cultivation of this major under the ideological and political education concept, as well as the construction process of the specific course ideological and political education demonstration course The construction points and the mapping relationship between each link and the elements of ideological and political education in the construction process of specific courses of ideological and political education have achieved remarkable results and demonstration effects. The resulting construction program of curriculum ideological and political education under the dual drive of professional and ideological and political education provides ideas for other majors to draw on for the construction of curriculum ideological and political education.

Using aggregation‐induced emission luminous (AIEgens) containing dynamic molecular rotor structures as linkers to construct flexible smart luminescent metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) has become a transformative approach to constructing artificial intelligence color‐changing materials. Herein, 4′,4″,4′″,4″″‐(ethene‐1,1,2,2‐tetrayl)tetrabiphenyl‐4‐carboxylic acid (H4TPPE) is selected as a linker, and octahedral Zr6O4(OH)8(H2O)4 cluster are used as secondary building unit (SBU) to construct the first smart luminescent MOF (Zr‐TPE‐MOF) that can be driven by CH2Cl2 or CH3COOH vapor for respiration. It is worth noting that Zr‐TPE‐MOF can absorb trace amounts of CH2Cl2 or CH3COOH vapor into the pores through respiration and shows a blue shift of the emission wavelength up to 479 nm and an increase of emission intensity by nearly three times. In addition, the thermochromic behavior of Zr‐TPE‐MOF is not obvious in the temperature range of 80–350 K, but it has obvious thermofluorochromics behavior in the temperature range of 350–470 K. Zr‐TPE‐MOF showed highly sensitive and visualized smart photoresponse to the highly toxic Cr2O72−, with a detection limit as low as 7.49 µm. Benefiting from the porous framework structure and organic–inorganic hybrid characteristics of Zr‐TPE‐MOF, it has excellent ROS generation ability and has excellent application prospects in photodynamic sterilization and rapid degradation of colored dyes. The flexible AIEgen (H4TPPE) with obvious molecular rotor structure is used as a linker to connect with the octahedral Zr6O4(OH)8(H2O)4 cluster‐based SBU to obtain the first smart luminescent MOF (Zr‐TPE‐MOF) with dynamic respiration driven by toxic vapors.

蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶与肺癌组织学类型的关系

R730.231+.9; 目的探索蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶与肺癌组织学类型的关系。方法用免疫组织化学技术(LSAB法)检测肺良性病变和肺癌组织中蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶的表达。结果蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶阳性率在34例肺良性病变的支气管粘膜上皮细胞为95.03%±2.10%,121例肺癌为43.59%±14.41%;46例腺癌为47.57%±16.26%,48例鳞癌为40.59%±14.04%,27例腺鳞癌为42.13%±9.84%;21例低分化鳞癌为31.63%±10.34%,18例中分化鳞癌为41.39%±9.35%,9例高分化鳞癌为59.90%±8.61%;16例低分化腺癌为 34.14%±12.53%,26例中分化腺癌为52.10%±12.19%,4例高分化腺癌为63.05%±15.84%。蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶阳性率在肺良性病变与肺癌间,以及低分化肺癌与高分化肺癌间的差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论检测蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶有助于鉴别肺部的良恶性疾病,并可能作为预测肺癌预后的指标之一。
