Marginal Glosses. The Body and the Imaginary in Durand
The inseparable bond between body and imaginary was clearly established by Gilbert Durand in his well-known work The Anthropological Structures of the Imaginary, first published in 1969. In the structuralist framework created to configure the basic structures of the human imaginary, the French anthropologist identifies that the imaginary takes shape in two great Orders: Diurnal and Nocturnal. The former is in turn characterized by schizomorphic structures and the latter by two types of structures, synthetic or mystical. Every structure is linked to one of the dominant reflexes of the body, which were analyzed in reflexology, founded by the so-called School of Leningrad.
Gli immigrati nell'area metropolitana di Napoli: un'indagine esplorativa
Article analyzes the relationship between immigration, legality and the territory of Naples in an original and specific perspective. It has been asked whether certain characteristics present in the territory – which appears to be affected by a high degree of \"informality\", which often involves multiple violations of regulations, particularly in administrative terms - can guide migration processes. This, both in relation to the entry, permanence and exit of migrants and with respect to the selection of the same \"quality\" of migration, which involves certain characteristics existing in the individual immigrant communities. The emerging issues can also be connected to some characteristics of the individual migrant communities, in particular the Sinhalese and Ukrainian communities.
WELFARE, POLITICHE PUBBLICHE E SOCIETÀ CIVILE. UN’ANALISI DELL’APPLICAZIONE DELL’ACCESSO CIVICO GENERALIZZATO (FOIA) IN ITALIA
The purpose of this article is an investigation on the use of the so-called Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) in Italy. A FOIA law was enacted in Italy in 2016 and became operational in 2017. In particular, by using different datasets, we try to correlate the use of FOIA by associations and organizations of civil society to their actions either as producers of social cohesion or as actors of welfare initiatives. Access to information, by increasing information capital of actors, enables the management of complexity.

Interpretations of Food in French Sociology of Imaginary
Sociology of imaginary in French context was born thanks to the recovery of the theories of the anthropologist Gilbert Durand for the study of social phenomena by Michel Maffesoli. Concerning the food, the analysis of the imaginary regimes by Durand places the archetype of nourishment within the mystical structures of imagination. It's possible, through alimentary practices, to discover the cultural axes of a society and its imaginary. According to Maffesoli, eating together is a social act of communion, it is a communication process and a relational exchange. Nowadays, postmodern imaginary is making its way toward a new ecological alimentary wisdom, which Maffesoli calls eco-sophia. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
\COMMUNITAS\. INTERCULTURA, BENI COMUNI E SOSTENIBILITÀ PER LA COESIONE SOCIALE DOPO LA MODERNITÀ
The contemporary Western society is experiencing the loss of adherence of some cultural paradigms, about individualism, man-environment relationship and exclusivity of cultures. There is therefore need to reflect on three issues. First, the issue of interculturality, as a chance to enrich the interpretation of reality with other cultural perspectives. Second, the question of the commons, as an alternative to public-private duality. Finally, the issue of sustainability in all its aspects.
Communitas. Interculturality, commons and sustainability for social cohesion after modernity

Combined use of 177Lu-DOTATATE and metronomic capecitabine (Lu-X) in FDG-positive gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors
PurposeFDG-positive neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) have a poorer prognosis and exhibit shorter response duration to peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT). The aim of this prospective phase II study was to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of PRRT with 177Lu-DOTATATE associated with metronomic capecitabine as a radiosensitizer agent in patients with advanced progressive FDG-positive gastro-entero-pancreatic (GEP) NETs.Patients and methodsPatients with advanced somatostatin receptor- and FDG-positive G1-G3 GEP-NETs (Ki67 < 55%) were treated with a cumulative activity of 27.5 GBq of 177Lu-DOTATATE divided in five cycles of 5.5 GBq each every 8 weeks. Capecitabine (1000–1500 mg daily) was administered orally in the inter-cycle period between 177Lu-DOTATATE treatments. Prior to commencing capecitabine, all patients were triaged with the dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) test. Only DPD-proficient individuals were enrolled. The primary objectives were disease control rate (DCR) and safety. Secondary aims included progression-free (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Treatment response was assessed per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors, version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1). Toxicity was assessed by Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) version 4.0.ResultsFrom August 2015 to December 2016, 37 subjects were consecutively enrolled. A total of 25 (68%) were affected by pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (P-NETs), and 12 (32%) had gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors (GI-NETs). By grading (WHO 2010 classification), 12 patients (32%) had G1 (Ki67 ≤ 2%), 22 (59%) had G2 (3% < Ki67 ≤ 20%), and 3 patients (9%) had G3 (Ki67 > 20%) NETs. Grade 3 (G3) or 4 (G4) hematological toxicity occurred in 16.2% of patients. Other G3-G4 adverse events were diarrhea in 5.4% of cases and asthenia in 5.4%. No renal toxicity was observed for the duration of follow-up. In 37 patients, 33 were evaluable for response. Objective responses included partial response (PR) in 10 patients (30%) and stable disease (SD) in 18 patients (55%), with a DCR of 85%. The median follow-up was 38 months (range 4.6–51.1 months). The median PFS was 31.4 months (17.6–45.4), and mOS was not reached.ConclusionsThis study demonstrated that the combination of PRRT with 177Lu-DOTATATE and metronomic capecitabine is active and well tolerated in patients with aggressive FDG-positive G1-G3 GEP-NETs. These data constitute the basis for a randomized study of PPRT alone vs. PRRT plus metronomic capecitabine.
Immunological signature in human cases of monkeypox infection in 2022 outbreak: an observational study
An unprecedented global monkeypox outbreak started in May, 2022. No data are yet available about the dynamics of the immune response against monkeypox virus. The aim of this study was to describe kinetics of T-cell response, inflammatory profile, and pox-specific T-cell induction in patients with laboratory-confirmed monkeypox. 17 patients with laboratory-confirmed monkeypox admitted at the Lazzaro Spallanzani National Institute for Infectious Diseases (Rome, Italy), from May 19, to July 7, 2022, were tested for differentiation and activation profile of CD4 and CD8 T (expression of CD38, PD-1, and CD57 assessed by flow cytometry), frequency of pox-specific T cells (by standard interferon-γ ELISpot), and release of interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, IL-8, and tumour necrosis factor (TNF) in plasma (by ELISA). All patients were tested 10–12 days after symptoms onset. In a subgroup of nine patients with a laboratory-confirmed monkeypox, the kinetics of the immune response were analysed longitudinally according to timing from symptoms onset and compared with ten healthy donors (ie, health-care workers recruited from the same institution). Among the 17 patients, ten were HIV negative and seven HIV positive, all with good viro-immunological status. On days 0–3 from symptom onset, patients with laboratory-confirmed monkeypox were characterised by a statistically significant reduction in CD4+ T cells (p=0·0011) and a concurrent increase of CD8+ T cells (p=0·0057) compared with healthy donors. A lower proportion of naive (CD45RA+CD27+) CD4+ T cells was observed in six (67%) of nine patients and a concomitant higher proportion of effector memory (CD45RA-CD27-) CD4+ T cells in all patients; this skewed immune profile tended to normalise over time. A similar differentiated profile was also observed in CD8+ T cells with a consistent expansion of terminally differentiated CD8+ T cells. Patients with monkeypox had a higher proportion of CD4+CD38+ and CD38+CD8+ T-cells than healthy donors, which normalised after 12–20 days from symptom onset. The expression of PD-1 and CD57 on CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells showed kinetics similar to that observed for CD38. Furthermore, the inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, and TNF) were higher in patients with monkeypox than in healthy donors and, although they decreased over time, they remained elevated after recovery. Almost all patients (15 [94%] of 16) developed a pox-specific Th1 response. No differences in immune cells profile were observed between patients with and without HIV, whereas paucysimptomatic patients (without systemic symptoms, with less than five skin lesions, and no other mucosal localisation of monkeypox) showed a less perturbed immune profile early after symptom onset. Our data showed the immunological signature of monkeypox virus infection, characterised by an early expansion of activated effector CD4+ and CD8+ T cells that persisted over time. Almost all patients, even regardless of HIV infection, developed a poxvirus-specific Th1 cell response. These results might have implications on the expected immunogenicity of monkeypox vaccination, suggesting that it might not be necessary to vaccinate people who have already been infected.
