Society has been widely affected by Artificial intelligence. With the consequences of job burnout, organizations need to try different strategies to prevent burnout such as the application of artificial intelligence. However, exploring the impact of AI burnout on employees' performance was essential in organization. This study is proposed to examine the effects of AI burnout on employees' performance, job satisfaction, and turnover intention in Istanbul/ Turkey. Furthermore, to discuss the role of Artificial Intelligence in detecting burnout. Data was gathered via Online Google forms targeting 175 participants in Istanbul, using a virtual snowball sampling technique. Spearman correlation analysis was applied to primary data to investigate the AI job burnout's impact on the previously mentioned variables. Results find that Al job burnout had a statistical influence on employee performance, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. According to our results, a negative relationship was found between Al burnout and employee performance, a negative relationship between Al burnout and Al job satisfaction, and a positive relationship between AI burnout and turnover intention. The findings of this research will support the organization in understanding the importance of applying Artificial Intelligence to prevent the risk of burnout.
