SARS-CoV-2 proteome microarray for global profiling of COVID-19 specific IgG and IgM responses
We still know very little about how the human immune system responds to SARS-CoV-2. Here we construct a SARS-CoV-2 proteome microarray containing 18 out of the 28 predicted proteins and apply it to the characterization of the IgG and IgM antibodies responses in the sera from 29 convalescent patients. We find that all these patients had IgG and IgM antibodies that specifically bind SARS-CoV-2 proteins, particularly the N protein and S1 protein. Besides these proteins, significant antibody responses to ORF9b and NSP5 are also identified. We show that the S1 specific IgG signal positively correlates with age and the level of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and negatively correlates with lymphocyte percentage. Overall, this study presents a systemic view of the SARS-CoV-2 specific IgG and IgM responses and provides insights to aid the development of effective diagnostic, therapeutic and vaccination strategies. Spectra of elliptic potentials and supersymmetric gauge theories
A bstract We study a relation between asymptotic spectra of the quantum mechanics problem with a four components elliptic function potential, the Darboux-Treibich-Verdier (DTV) potential, and the Omega background deformed N=2 supersymmetric SU(2) QCD models with four massive flavors in the Nekrasov-Shatashvili limit. The weak coupling spectral solution of the DTV potential is related to the instanton partition function of supersymmetric QCD with surface operator. There are two strong coupling spectral solutions of the DTV potential, they are related to the strong coupling expansions of gauge theory prepotential at the magnetic and dyonic points in the moduli space. A set of duality transformations relate the two strong coupling expansions for spectral solution, and for gauge theory prepotential.

Paired Electrolysis Enabled Cyanation of Diaryl Diselenides with KSCN Leading to Aryl Selenocyanates
The first example of paired electrolysis-enabled cyanation of diaryl diselenides, with KSCN as the green cyanating agent, has been developed. A broad range of aryl selenocyanates can be efficiently synthesized under chemical-oxidant- and additive-free, energy-saving and mild conditions.
Digital economy, technological innovation, and sustainable development
This paper examines the impact of the digital economy on sustainable development, using panel data from cities at the prefecture level and above in China from 2011 to 2019. The results indicate: (1) The digital economy is conducive to boosting growth, increasing employment, reducing energy consumption, and cutting emissions, thereby promoting sustainable development. These findings prove robust. (2) Mechanism test outcomes reveal that, from the perspective of technological innovation, the digital economy can promote sustainable development through increasing R&D input and enhancing innovation output. (3) An extended analysis of the risk of a digital \"divide\" demonstrates that \"dividend\" of the digital economy is primarily manifests in spurring economic growth, enhancing energy efficiency, and strengthening environmental protection in lagging regions, while the digital \"divide\" effect is manifested in the stronger employment stimulating effect of developed regions versus backward areas. The results of this study not only enrich the relevant research system, but also provide empirical evidence to support accelerating digital transformation, strengthening technological innovation governance, and advancing sustainable development.
A Systemic Functional Approach to the Categorial Status of Post-Nominal Monosyllabic Localizers in Mandarin Chinese
Literature entails six viewpoints regarding the categorial status of post-nominal monosyllabic localizers in Mandarin Chinese, including locative particles, nouns or a subclass of nominals, clitics, spatial enclitics or particles, postpositions and postpositions in circumpositions. In order to resolve the disputes, this article argues for the postposition viewpoint from a systemic functional perspective given limited studies regarding this in the literature. Systemic Functional Linguistics can provide proper descriptions for various linguistic phenomena, including localizers, observing the function-oriented language study principle. Hence, to specify the categorial status of post-nominal monosyllabic localizers, this study takes a systemic functional approach to investigate their semantic and syntactic functions. The findings indicate that post-nominal monosyllabic localizers are postpositions, for like prepositions, they express positional relationships between things, and along with their preceding nominals, can function as Subjects, Complements and Adjuncts within Chinese clauses, and as completives in Chinese prepositional phrases.
