A novel MCDM method for assessing student employability psychology using complex Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Sugeno Weber aggregation
2025
Managing students’ psychology in employability (MSPE) is essential because it allows students to use their skills and achieve successful professional careers. Researchers in this area face a substantial challenge due to many factors that support this problem. This article offers methods for perfectly arranging student information to achieve results in this disadvantage. Many other frameworks are available such as complex fuzzy hesitant set (CFHS) and complex intuitionistic fuzzy hesitant set (CIFHS), but these frameworks cannot handle this problem because the range of satisfactory degree (SFD) and dissatisfactory degree cannot fulfill the condition. To address this current problem of student management psychology in employability, this research provides a perfect system to manage this issue using multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) based on a complex Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy set (CPyHFS). The MCDM approach is one of the best tools for selecting the best alternative. To improve the collection of CPyHFS, the Sugeno Weber t-norm, and t-conorm are supportive methods. The key objective of this research is to establish some novel aggregation operators as complex Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Sugeno Weber weighted averaging (CPyHFSWWA) and complex Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Sugeno Weber weighted geometric (CPyHFSWWG) operators and also its fundamental axioms. Then, we established the MCDM algorithm approach based on CPyHFS and briefly discussed a case study of MSPE. A numerical example is established to help select the best alternatives for MSPE. In the case study, take ten alternatives: personality development programs, soft skills training, internship opportunities, career guidance workshops, mentorship programs, online psychometric tests, peer support groups, stress management activities, counseling sessions, and mental health awareness campaigns based on four criteria, such as emotional intelligence, stress management, career guidance, and cognitive skills. When we use our proposed AOs to select the best alternatives. Career guidance workshops are the best alternative. We compare existing operators and the established approach to display our established approach’s reliability, flexibility, and applicability. Lastly, we explain the conclusion of our research.

Highly stretchable and electrically conductive thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) nanofibrous composite based on electrospinning for flexible strain sensor and stretchable conductor has been fabricated via in situ polymerization of polyaniline (PANI) on TPU nanofibrous membrane. The PANI/TPU membrane-based sensor could detect a strain from 0 to 160% with fast response and excellent stability. Meanwhile, the TPU composite has good stability and durability. Besides, the composite could be adapted to various non-flat working environments and could maintain opportune conductivity at different operating temperatures. This work provides an easy operating and low-cost method to fabricate highly stretchable and electrically conductive nanofibrous membrane, which could be applied to detect quick and tiny human actions.

Medicines for the treatment of 2019-novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infections are urgently needed. However, drug screening using live 2019-nCoV requires high-level biosafety facilities, which imposes an obstacle for those institutions without such facilities or 2019-nCoV. This study aims to repurpose the clinically approved drugs for the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in a 2019-nCoV-related coronavirus model.
A 2019-nCoV-related pangolin coronavirus GX_P2V/pangolin/2017/Guangxi was described. Whether GX_P2V uses angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) as the cell receptor was investigated by using small interfering RNA (siRNA)-mediated silencing of ACE2. The pangolin coronavirus model was used to identify drug candidates for treating 2019-nCoV infection. Two libraries of 2406 clinically approved drugs were screened for their ability to inhibit cytopathic effects on Vero E6 cells by GX_P2V infection. The anti-viral activities and anti-viral mechanisms of potential drugs were further investigated. Viral yields of RNAs and infectious particles were quantified by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and plaque assay, respectively.
The spike protein of coronavirus GX_P2V shares 92.2% amino acid identity with that of 2019-nCoV isolate Wuhan-hu-1, and uses ACE2 as the receptor for infection just like 2019-nCoV. Three drugs, including cepharanthine (CEP), selamectin, and mefloquine hydrochloride, exhibited complete inhibition of cytopathic effects in cell culture at 10 μmol/L. CEP demonstrated the most potent inhibition of GX_P2V infection, with a concentration for 50% of maximal effect [EC50] of 0.98 μmol/L. The viral RNA yield in cells treated with 10 μmol/L CEP was 15,393-fold lower than in cells without CEP treatment ([6.48 ± 0.02] × 10vs. 1.00 ± 0.12, t = 150.38, P < 0.001) at 72 h post-infection (p.i.). Plaque assays found no production of live viruses in media containing 10 μmol/L CEP at 48 h p.i. Furthermore, we found CEP had potent anti-viral activities against both viral entry (0.46 ± 0.12, vs.1.00 ± 0.37, t = 2.42, P < 0.05) and viral replication ([6.18 ± 0.95] × 10vs. 1.00 ± 0.43, t = 3.98, P < 0.05).
Our pangolin coronavirus GX_P2V is a workable model for 2019-nCoV research. CEP, selamectin, and mefloquine hydrochloride are potential drugs for treating 2019-nCoV infection. Our results strongly suggest that CEP is a wide-spectrum inhibitor of pan-betacoronavirus, and further study of CEP for treatment of 2019-nCoV infection is warranted.

Unification of flavor SU(3) analyses of heavy Hadron weak decays
2020
Analyses of heavy mesons and baryons hadronic charmless decays using the flavor SU(3) symemtry can be formulated in two different forms. One is to construct the SU(3) irreducible representation amplitude by decomposing effective Hamiltonian, and the other is to draw the topological diagrams. In the flavor SU(3) limit, we study various

Furthermore we clarify some confusions in drawing topological diagrams using different ways of describing beauty/charm baryons.

Susceptibility-Related Factor and Biomarkers of Dietary Supplement Polygonum multiflorum-Induced Liver Injury in Rats
2019
[PM, synonym
(Thunb.) Moldenke.], a well-known and commonly used Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbal dietary supplement for nourishing the kidney and liver, etc., has aroused wide concern for its reported potential hepatotoxicity. Previous clinical cases and experimental studies have suggested that mild immune stress (MIS) may be one of the susceptibility-related factors of idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury (IDILI) caused by PM. In this paper, we found that the same dose of PM caused abnormal liver biochemical indicators and liver tissue damage in MIS model rats, while it did not result in liver injury in normal rats, further confirming that MIS is a susceptibility factor for PM-IDILI. Plasma chemokine/cytokine profiling indicated that the MIS model group was significantly different from the other groups, showing a significant upregulation of plasma chemokines, while the MIS/PM group showed upregulated expression of chemokines or pro-inflammatory cytokines. Liver histopathological examination indicated a small amount of inflammatory cytokine infiltration in the MIS group, but no hepatocyte injury, consistent with the plasma profiles of increased chemokines and unchanged inflammatory cytokines. Notably, metabolomics characterization showed that MIS caused reprogramming of these metabolic pathways (such as phenylalanine and glutamate pathways), which was associated with acute phase reactions and inflammatory responses. These results suggested that MIS may promote an immune response to the initial cellular injury induced by PM in the liver, and MIS-induced upregulation of chemokines and metabolic reprogramming may an important mechanism that mediates the susceptibility to PM-IDILI. Furthermore, via receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves analysis, we identified 12 plasma cytokines (e.g., IP-10, MCP-1 and MIP-1α) and nine metabolomics biomarkers (e.g., L-Phenylalanine, Creatinine, and L-glutamine) with differential capabilities (all ROC AUC > 0.9) of identifying susceptibility model animals from normal ones, which might be of referable value for the clinical recognition of PM-IDILI susceptible individuals.

mesons into a pseudo-scalar or vector meson plus missing energy. Within the SM, these modes originate from flavor changing neutral current (FCNC) processes with two neutrinos in the final state. In this paper we consider the experimental upper bounds on these modes and interpret the difference between these bounds and the SM prediction as a window into new light invisible particles. In particular we consider the case where some new symmetry requires the new particles to be produced in pairs. We first construct the general low energy effective Lagrangian coupling an FCNC with two dark sector particles of spin zero, one-half and one. We then present numerical estimates for the constraints that can be placed on these interactions, finding that an effective new physics scale from

Dendritic spine development is crucial for the establishment of excitatory synaptic connectivity and functional neural circuits. Alterations in spine morphology and density have been associated with multiple neurological disorders. Autism candidate gene disconnected-interacting protein homolog 2 A (DIP2A) is known to be involved in acetylated coenzyme A (Ac-CoA) synthesis and is primarily expressed in the brain regions with abundant pyramidal neurons. However, the role of DIP2A in the brain remains largely unknown. In this study, we found that deletion of Dip2a in mice induced defects in spine morphogenesis along with thin postsynaptic density (PSD), and reduced synaptic transmission of pyramidal neurons. We further identified that DIP2A interacted with cortactin, an activity-dependent spine remodeling protein. The binding activity of DIP2A-PXXP motifs (P, proline; X, any residue) with the cortactin-Src homology 3 (SH3) domain was critical for maintaining the level of acetylated cortactin. Furthermore, Dip2a knockout (KO) mice exhibited autism-like behaviors, including excessive repetitive behaviors and defects in social novelty. Importantly, acetylation mimetic cortactin restored the impaired synaptic transmission and ameliorated repetitive behaviors in these mice. Altogether, our findings establish an initial link between DIP2A gene variations in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and highlight the contribution of synaptic protein acetylation to synaptic processing.

A review of herb-induced liver injury in mainland china
2022
Traditional medicines have greatly contributed to people’s health worldwide. However, in recent years, the frequent occurrence of herb-induced liver injury (HILI) has raised public concerns regarding the safety of herbs. HILI not only severely impacts public health, thus increasing its medical burden, but also consumes medical resources. However, the pharmacoepidemiology and risk factors of HILI are still unclear due to the complexity of herbs (medication theory, drug composition, dual properties of drugs and food, etc.). China is the country with the most extensive use of herbs and cases of HILI worldwide. The safety profile of herbs (especially with respect to HILI) has also affected the use of herbs internationally. Therefore, this review focuses on the epidemic situation of HILI in mainland China to compile its characteristics, while focusing on the three main aspects of patients, drugs, and unreasonable prescriptions to explore the potential risk factors. Our objective was to provide a reference for HILI pharmacovigilance and risk prevention and control and contribute to Chinese knowledge of the realisation of the “Medication without Harm” global safe medication strategic goal of the World Health Organization.
