Criterion for Unique Factorization in Quadratic Orders
2026
This paper addresses the problem of unique factorization in quadratic orders within real quadratic fields. We establish a necessary and sufficient condition for a quadratic order , where Δ is a positive fundamental discriminant, to be a unique factorization domain (UFD). Our criterion is based on the solvability of certain Diophantine equations of the form |x 2 − dy 2 | = c 2 p, where p is a prime number satisfying specific conditions related to Δ.

The classification of quasi-alternating Montesinos links
2018
In this paper, we complete the classification of quasi-alternating Montesinos links. We show that the quasi-alternating Montesinos links are precisely those identified independently by Qazaqzeh-Chbili-Qublan and Champanerkar-Ording. A consequence of our proof is that a Montesinos link LL is quasi-alternating if and only if its double branched cover is an L-space, and bounds both a positive definite and a negative definite 44-manifold with vanishing first homology.

The following study examined how energy use and technological advancement impacted environmental sustainability in QUAD (US, Japan, Australia, and India) economies between 1991 and 2021. The study considers the generation of renewable energy, fossil fuel use, and the effects of economic expansion on environmental sustainability. The research used the moment quantile regression technique based on the outcomes of slope heterogeneity, cross-sectional dependence, and the order of the unit-root by the using second-generation method of cross-sectional augmented Im, Pesaran, and Shin tests. The study discovered that renewable energy production and technological innovation enhances environmental sustainability, whereas the use of nonrenewable energy and economic growth worsen it. When implementing policies regarding the environment, energy, and the growth of QUAD economies based on concrete evidence, policy makers and environmentalists in QUAD countries should also take into account the asymmetrical performance of efficiency in energy production, technological innovation, and economic growth.

Metastatic Adamantinoma of Fibula to the Lungs: A Rare Case Report
2025
Adamantinoma is a low-grade, primary malignant bone tumor commonly found in the tibia with or without fibular involvement.
A 21-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital with a mass on the upper lateral aspect of the left leg. She reported the onset of a small swelling in the left leg eight months prior to admission. It has gradually increased in size to involve the upper leg and part of the knee. The patient had limited range of motion in the knee joint and difficulty leaning on the affected limb. Radiographs showed a cortical-destroying osteolytic lesion at the head of the fibula extending into the surrounding soft tissue. Ultrasound imaging showed a mixed echo formation with indistinct borders and multiple chambers separated by trabeculae demonstrating blood flow. MRI revealed the absence of the fibular head as evidenced by cortical destruction and extension into adjacent soft tissue. CT scan showed a 12×13 cm mass in the left popliteal region extending to the knee margin. Enlarged lymph nodes were noted in the left groin. Multiple small metastases were observed in the lungs. Histologically, atypical epithelial cells and stromal spindle cells were observed. CK and CK19 staining was positive. The patient was treated with Sunitinib 50 mg orally, once daily for 4 weeks, followed by 2 weeks off for 2 cycles. During treatment (after 2 cycles) the tumor showed progressive growth, resulting in decreased function of the affected limb. She was referred to the surgical department where the appropriate surgical amputation was performed. After surgery, the patient's general condition improved. A further CT scan revealed a slight progression of metastatic lesions in the lungs, which prompted the decision to administer chemotherapy, but she refused to continue the treatment and did not receive chemotherapy. Two months later, she presented to the hospital in poor general condition. CT scan revealed extensive and progressive lesions in both lungs, leading to chest pain, hemoptysis, and hypoxia. Despite supportive care, the patient eventually died.
This case report presents a rare case of metastatic adamantinoma that did not respond to treatment with Sunitinib.

This study investigates the concept of substitution in Arabic, its history, the reasons for its emergence, its prevalence, and the environment of its occurrence as it revealed by Ibn Manzur in his great dictionary “Qamos Lisan Al-Arab” (Dictionary of Arabs Tongue). The methodology adopted is descriptive and analytical. It is based on investigating the use of substitution by ancient Arabs in the tribes’ dialects. The data was extracted from chapters 3 and 4 of the Lisan Al-Arab dictionary. The study's findings revealed that substitution is not limited to specific Arab regions but has become a linguistic phenomenon even among Arabs living in cities. Most scholars consider the most important reason for the emergence of substitution to be the linguistic variation among dialects; however, Arabic dialects are well-established in that substitution is a variable occurrence that takes place according to the human tendency to reduce articulatory effort. The study also revealed that the reasons behind substitution include the similarity of sound production in the manner or place of articulation.

The Mediating Effect of Organizational Memory on Social Media and Hotel Reputation in Jordan
2023
Purpose: This study analyzed the mediating effect of organizational memory on the relationship between social media and hotel reputation in Jordan. Theoretical framework: The study employed the theory of organizational memory to clarify the mediating effect of organizational memory on social media and hotel reputation. It is a theoretical construct that explains how knowledge production, preservation, distribution, and application occur across time in an organization and how the cumulative impact affects the organization's current as well as its planned actions and decisions. Design/methodology/approach: The study surveyed 600 participants from hotels in Amman. They were selected randomly according to Westland’s sampling criteria. They were asked to rate their responses on a seven-point Likert scale. Moreover, the (PLS-SEM) is adopted in this research to analyze the collected data. Findings: The result reflected that the social media significantly influences hotel reputation in Jordan. Besides, social media positively impacts organizational memory and organizational memory positively impacts hotel reputation. It is also noted that organizational memory partially affects the relationship between social media and hotel reputation in Jordan. Research, Practical & Social implications: The results of this study will be a policy recommendation between the department of human resources, regulators, researchers and policy makers. Originality/value: This is the first research in Jordan to address the mediating effect of organizational memory on the relationship between social media and hotel reputation.

Lower Bound for the Class Number of Q49m2+4m
2025
In this paper, we obtain an explicit lower bound for the class number of real quadratic field , where D = 49 m 2 + 4 m is a square‐free positive integer and m ≡ 2 (mod 7) be an odd positive integer. The main tools used are special values of zeta functions for ideal classes of the respective real quadratic fields.
