The secondary proton polarization, differential cross section, and cross section ratios were measured in the (p, p') inelastic reaction with nuclei at 1 GeV and a laboratory scattering angle of Θ = 210. The data were obtained over a wide range of the scattered proton momentum covering the pN quasielastic peak and high momentum region up to a momentum corresponding to excited level of the nucleus under investigation. Scattered protons were detected by the magnetic spectrometer equipped with a polarimeter based on multiwire proportional chambers and carbon analyzer. A structure in the polarization and cross section data, possibly related to the in-medium elastic scattering on nucleon correlations arising in nuclei, and a scaling of the scattering cross section ratios of the nuclei were observed in the high momentum range.

The current state of food security largely depends on the impact of global economic processes, which over the past five years have not had an overall positive trend due to financial instability and uncertain development prospects. The economic instability of the global economy significantly affects food security at the micro–macro level, which ultimately hinders the development of the national economy. The world experience of using national models of economic development using mobilization principles is summarized. In order to determine the \"breakthrough points\", the efficiency of agricultural production and the dynamics of agricultural exports are analyzed. The choice of a breakthrough branch of the economy is justified - agricultural production, which allows ensuring the economic growth of the country and ensuring food security.

Dairy goats productivity using the probiotic preparation “Plantarum” in the diet
2021
The influence of the experimental probiotic “Plantarum” on the productive and some exterior-constitutional features of dairy Saanen breed goats was studied. The preparation was developed in the microbiology laboratory of milk and dairy products of the department “Siberian Research Institute for Cheese Making” of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Altai Scientific Center of Agrobiotechnology” (FSBSI FASCA). The composition of the preparation includes pure cultures of probiotic strains of lactobacilli and propionic acid bacteria from the “Siberian collection of microorganisms”. The probiotic preparation in liquid form was introduced into concentrated feed (oats). The positive effect of the use of the probiotic “Plantarum” on the average daily milk yield of the experimental groups of fully developed (assessed by the exterior) pregnant female goats was established. A significant increase in milk yield was observed in the second and third groups by 1.66% (p < 0.05) and 3.27% (p < 0.05), respectively. With an increase in the average daily milk yield, the main physical and chemical parameters of milk (mass fraction of fat, mass fraction of protein) of the experimental groups did not decrease. There was a tendency to improve the safety of young animals in the second and third groups with an increase in the probiotic dose. At this stage of the work, the optimal dose with the maximum positive effect of introducing the probiotic preparation into the diet of experimental animals (0.8 ml/kg of body weight per day) was established. In this connection, it is necessary to conduct an additional experiment with an increase in the dose of probiotic administration when feeding it to experimental animals.

Age-Associated Features of the Expression Level of Apoptosis Markers in Cardiomyocytes of Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy
2022
To understand the pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCMP), it is necessary to establish the molecular and cellular mechanisms of myocardial aging, including those associated with programmed cell death, the molecular mechanisms of which have not been extensively studied. The aim of this work is to study markers of apoptosis in cardiomyocytes of patients with DCMP in vitro. We used the method of primary dissociated cell cultures and the method of immunofluorescence confocal laser microscopy. Cells of the 3rd and 14th passages, corresponding to “young” and “old” cultures, were used to simulate cellular senescence. At the molecular level, aging of cardiomyocyte cells was accompanied by a twofold increase in the expression of p16
INK4a
compared to “young” cultures, both in the control group and in the group with DCMP. It was also found that the expression of p16
INK4a
in cultures taken from patients with pathology was two times higher than in similar cultures from healthy patients. The expression of p21 was increased in the group with DCMP compared to the control; however, with aging of the culture, the expression of p21 did not change, remaining at a significant level. The most significant (3.2-fold) differences were obtained when comparing the expression of Bax in the cell culture of cardiomyocytes from the group with DCMP in the “young” culture compared with the control. Aging of myocardial cells at the molecular level was manifested in an increase in the expression of the Bax protein, which is the triggering mechanism of the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway. It is possible that this pathway of cell death is prevalent in DCMP.

bstract
A comprehensive set of azimuthal single-spin and double-spin asymmetries in semi-inclusive leptoproduction of pions, charged kaons, protons, and antiprotons from transversely polarized protons is presented. These asymmetries include the previously published HERMES results on Collins and Sivers asymmetries, the analysis of which has been extended to include protons and antiprotons and also to an extraction in a three-dimensional kinematic binning and enlarged phase space. They are complemented by corresponding results for the remaining four single-spin and four double-spin asymmetries allowed in the one-photon-exchange approximation of the semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering process for target-polarization orientation perpendicular to the direction of the incoming lepton beam. Among those results, significant non-vanishing cos (
