On the basis of the lithological-facies analysis, it was established that deposits of the Upper Itat Subformation, comprising the Dubinino locality of the Middle Jurassic flora and insects (Sharypovo district, Krasnoyarsk krai), accumulated in alluvial and lacustrine and, to a lesser extent, floodplain environments (floodplain and alluvial fan facies). The occurrence of remains of insects, macroremains of flora, spores, and pollen allowed us to make a paleoreconstruction of an area with a strongly dissected relief: continental fresh-water reservoir (lake) with varying degree of overflow, surrounded by hills covered with gymnospermous and ginkgo forests.

Measurements of open charm and beauty production cross sections in deep inelastic ep scattering at HERA from the H1 and ZEUS Collaborations are combined. Reduced cross sections are obtained in the kinematic range of negative four-momentum transfer squared of the photon 2.5GeV2≤Q2≤2000GeV2 and Bjorken scaling variable 3·10-5≤xBj≤5·10-2. The combination method accounts for the correlations of the statistical and systematic uncertainties among the different datasets. Perturbative QCD calculations are compared to the combined data. A next-to-leading order QCD analysis is performed using these data together with the combined inclusive deep inelastic scattering cross sections from HERA. The running charm- and beauty-quark masses are determined as mc(mc)=1.290-0.041+0.046(exp/fit)-0.014+0.062(model)-0.031+0.003(parameterisation) GeV and mb(mb)=4.049-0.109+0.104(exp/fit)-0.032+0.090(model)-0.031+0.001(parameterisation)GeV.

Impact of jet-production data on the next-to-next-to-leading-order determination of HERAPDF2.0 parton distributions
2022
The HERAPDF2.0 ensemble of parton distribution functions (PDFs) was introduced in 2015. The final stage is presented, a next-to-next-to-leading-order (NNLO) analysis of the HERA data on inclusive deep inelastic ep scattering together with jet data as published by the H1 and ZEUS collaborations. A perturbative QCD fit, simultaneously of αs(MZ2) and the PDFs, was performed with the result αs(MZ2)=0.1156±0.0011(exp)-0.0002+0.0001(model+parameterisation)±0.0029(scale). The PDF sets of HERAPDF2.0Jets NNLO were determined with separate fits using two fixed values of αs(MZ2), αs(MZ2)=0.1155 and 0.118, since the latter value was already chosen for the published HERAPDF2.0 NNLO analysis based on HERA inclusive DIS data only. The different sets of PDFs are presented, evaluated and compared. The consistency of the PDFs determined with and without the jet data demonstrates the consistency of HERA inclusive and jet-production cross-section data. The inclusion of the jet data reduced the uncertainty on the gluon PDF. Predictions based on the PDFs of HERAPDF2.0Jets NNLO give an excellent description of the jet-production data used as input.

Inclusive deep inelastic scattering at high Q(2) with longitudinally polarised lepton beams at HERA
2012
Inclusive e(+/-)p single and double differential cross sections for neutral and charged current deep inelastic scattering processes are measured with the H1 detector at HERA. The data were taken at a centre-of-mass energy of root s = 319 GeV with a total integrated luminosity of 333.7 pb(-1) shared between two lepton beam charges and two longitudinal lepton polarisation modes. The differential cross sections are measured in the range of negative four-momentum transfer squared, Q(2), between 60 and 50 000GeV(2), and Bjorken x between 0.0008 and 0.65. The measurements are combined with earlier published unpolarised H1 data to improve statistical precision and used to determine the structure function xF(3)(gamma Z). A measurement of the neutral current parity violating structure function F-2(gamma Z) is presented for the first time. The polarisation dependence of the charged current total cross section is also measured. The new measurements are well described by a next-to-leading order QCD fit based on all published H1 inclusive cross section data which are used to extract the parton distribution functions of the proton.

Determination of electroweak parameters in polarised deep-inelastic scattering at HERA
2018
The parameters of the electroweak theory are determined in a combined electroweak and QCD analysis using all deep-inelastic \\[e^+p\\] and \\[e^-p\\] neutral current and charged current scattering cross sections published by the H1 Collaboration, including data with longitudinally polarised lepton beams. Various fits to Standard Model parameters in the on-shell scheme are performed. The mass of the W boson is determined as \\[m_W=80.520\\pm 0.115~\\mathrm {GeV} \\]. The axial-vector and vector couplings of the light quarks to the Z boson are also determined. Both results improve the precision of previous H1 determinations based on HERA-I data by about a factor of two. Possible scale dependence of the weak coupling parameters in both neutral and charged current interactions beyond the Standard Model is also studied. All results are found to be consistent with the Standard Model expectations.

Measurement of exclusive Formula omitted and Formula omitted meson photoproduction at HERA
2020
Exclusive photoproduction of [Formula omitted] mesons is studied using the H1 detector at the ep collider HERA. A sample of about 900,000 events is used to measure single- and double-differential cross sections for the reaction [Formula omitted]. Reactions where the proton stays intact ( [Formula omitted]) are statistically separated from those where the proton dissociates to a low-mass hadronic system ( [Formula omitted]). The double-differential cross sections are measured as a function of the invariant mass [Formula omitted] of the decay pions and the squared 4-momentum transfer t at the proton vertex. The measurements are presented in various bins of the photon-proton collision energy [Formula omitted]. The phase space restrictions are [Formula omitted], [Formula omitted], and [Formula omitted]. Cross section measurements are presented for both elastic and proton-dissociative scattering. The observed cross section dependencies are described by analytic functions. Parametrising the [Formula omitted] dependence with resonant and non-resonant contributions added at the amplitude level leads to a measurement of the [Formula omitted] meson mass and width at [Formula omitted] and [Formula omitted], respectively. The model is used to extract the [Formula omitted] contribution to the [Formula omitted] cross sections and measure it as a function of t and [Formula omitted]. In a Regge asymptotic limit in which one Regge trajectory [Formula omitted] dominates, the intercept [Formula omitted] and the slope [Formula omitted] of the t dependence are extracted for the case [Formula omitted].
