Artificial Intelligence and Competitive Advantage in Algerian Companies

This paper aims to study the extent to which Algerian companies understand artificial intelligence in order to achieve a competitive advantage. As artificial intelligence is the direction of Algerian politics. Competitive requirements are understand customer mentality, speed of service delivery and quality. Through this, we test our hypotheses based on a questionnaire answered by companies. We found that there is an accepted understanding by companies of artificial intelligence as a new revolution in achieving competitive advantage.

Product Diversification in Algerian Enterprises

Product diversification is one of the important topics in companies as well as Product quality and cost control. In this context, this study aims to show its effective role on product quality and cost control. To do so, author gathered information by questionnaire in a group of companies and analyzed data that obtained using the SPSS. This study found that there is an effective role of product diversity, customer diversity and geographic diversity on product quality and cost control.

This study aims to highlight the relationship of the Blue Ocean strategy to the competitive advantages of traditional products. To achieve the goal of the study, the theoretical frameworks related to the blue ocean strategy and competitive advantages were presented by Michael Porter. Then data was collected based on the interview with the sample of 7 traditional food shops in M'sila, and then the analysis of data using the NVIVO program. The study concluded that the field of traditional food is one of the fields in which competition is considered low, and therefore this field is considered a blue ocean. The study also concluded that traditional food stores in the state of M'Sila focus on the advantage of high quality.

The Extent to which Algerian Companies Understand the Practices of Artificial Intelligence in Business

This paper aims to study the extent to which Algerian companies understand the practices of artificial intelligence, as it represents the global trend and the direction of Algerian politics. The impact of artificial intelligence on achieving very good results at the level of global companies calls for the need to adopt its practices and reach a deep understanding of its mechanisms. It is clear that among the pillars of success in the business world is adding value in business management, marketing support, achieving sustainability requirements and harmony with them in companies, especially when the focus is on artificial intelligence practices. Through this, in our study, we searched for the acceptability or possibility of an acceptable understanding of artificial intelligence practices in business support, marketing, and harmony with sustainability. We test our hypotheses based on a questionnaire answered by companies based in Algeria. We found that there is an acceptable understanding of AI practices rightly and effectively could improve business management, support marketing and align with sustainability.

Leadership in Algerian Companies
This paper aims to examine the impact of leadership on trust, commitment, and relationship. One of the critical topics is leadership. So, we use three variables are trust, commitment, and relationship in our study to find the impact to enhance. We test our hypotheses based on a questionnaire replied by companies located in Algeria. We found that leadership have a positive effect on trust, commitment, and relationship.

The Role of Banking Service Quality in Achieving Customers' Satisfaction

This study aims to investigate the role of banking service quality on the satisfaction of costumers. Therefore, as we know the customer is the most important and dynamic element in the banks. We examine three dimensions of banking service quality, namely responsiveness, empathy and assurance. We test our hypotheses based on a questionnaire replied by 119 customers of 5 banks located in Algeria. We found that tierce responsiveness, empathy and safety exert a positive effect on the satisfaction of customers. Our results have implications on the literature of service quality.

The aim of this study is to clarify the essence of the interaction between supply chain management and customers. So it is necessary to know the adoption of supply chain management, as well as the importance of the customer as an active and profitable element to companies. To illustrate this, we conducted a field study in a group of companies and used the questionnaire as a tool to analyze the data we obtained using the SPSS program. This study found that supply chain management faces customers and has a great responsibility during delivery of the product and deals with the complexities it faces.
