Impact of Artificial Intelligence Technology on the Sustainable Development Performance of Agricultural Enterprises
The wide application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is reshaping the production methods and governance models of agricultural enterprises, laying a solid foundation for them to achieve sustainable development goals. This study examines 245 agricultural listed enterprises on China’s A-share market from 2012 to 2023 as the research sample and uses the double fixed effects model to investigate the impact and mechanism of AI technology on the sustainable development performance (SDP) of agricultural enterprises. Research has found that AI technology has significantly enhanced the SDP of agricultural enterprises. After tests for endogeneity and robustness, the conclusion remains valid. Mechanism tests show that AI technology can enhance the SDP of agricultural enterprises by promoting green innovation and improving the quality of internal control. Through the analysis of moderating effects, it is found that both the information technology background of senior executives and their green background can positively moderate the relationship between AI technology and the SDP of agricultural enterprises. Heterogeneity tests revealed that AI technology has a more significant effect on enhancing the SDP of non-state-owned, small and medium-sized, and processing and manufacturing agricultural enterprises, alongside those in regions with high environmental regulations. The research provides empirical evidence for AI empowering agricultural enterprises’ sustainable development and offers targeted actionable insights to advance agricultural modernization and green transformation.
The Impact of Government Subsidies on the Environmental Performance of Agricultural Enterprises
Facing the pressure of green transformation, studying the relationship between government subsidies and the environmental performance of agricultural enterprises has significant theoretical value and practical significance for achieving sustainable agricultural development. Based on the micro data of 283 A-share listed agricultural enterprises in China from 2013 to 2023, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of government subsidies on the environmental performance of agricultural enterprises and its mechanism. The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between government subsidies and the environmental performance of agricultural enterprises, that is, when the government subsidies are within a certain scale, increasing government subsidies will have a positive impact on the environmental performance of agricultural enterprises. When the government subsidy reaches a certain scale, increasing the government subsidy will have a negative impact on the environmental performance of agricultural enterprises. External media attention (EMA) and internal control level (IC) play mediating roles in the impact of government subsidies on the environmental performance of agricultural enterprises. Heterogeneity analysis showed that for different types of subsidies, R&D subsidies and environmental protection subsidies had an inverted U-shaped impact on the environmental performance of agricultural enterprises. This study provides useful implications for improving methods of issuing government subsidies and enhancing the driving force of agricultural enterprises to carry out sustainable development actions.
Research on Influence Mechanism of Marketization Process Based on Big Data Analysis under the Background of the Cybereconomy
The cybereconomy provides new momentum for the traditional economy, adds new formats and models, and is the main momentum for China’s economic progression. Therefore, the cybereconomy level of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019 is measured by constructing a comprehensive index system and an econometric model to explore the impact of the cybereconomy on the marketization process and its internal mechanism. The results show that the cybereconomy has significantly promoted the development of the marketization process, and government intervention has inhibited the promotion of the cybereconomy to the marketization process. The research result has crucial academic and realistic significance to accelerate marketization, enhance the overall innovation ability, and build a modern socialist country.
Digital economic and circulation industry -- The mediator effect based on green technologic innovation
So as to explore the mediator effect of green technologic innovation on the impact of digital economic on circulation industry, based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019, this paper constructs a panel fixed effect model and a mediator effect model for empirical analysis. The results show that the digital economic significantly boosts the advance of the circulation industry; through the mediator effect model test, it is found that the digital economic can boost the advance of the circulation industry through green technologic innovation, and the mediator effect is 57.28 %. Finally, from the aspects of strengthening green technologic innovation, talent support, improving digital economic infrastructure and policy support, this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the advance of circulation industry by digital economic.

Management Decision and Dual Innovation
China’s economic development is strongly constrained by existing resources, and the implementation of low-carbon economy and sustainable development requires enterprises to improve their Innovation and R&D capability. As an important participant in the decision-making and execution of the company, the managerial discretion of top managers is related to the overall direction of the organization Taking Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2020 as the research objects, this paper empirically studies the choice of managerial discretion on enterprise innovation mode, and constructs the mediation model of corporate governance level. The results show that the promotion of executive decision-making power can increase the investment in exploratory innovation but weaken exploitative innovation, and the level of corporate governance plays a partial mediating role in the influence of managerial discretion on exploratory innovation. This paper elaborates the research on the influence of managerial discretion on enterprise innovation mode, which is helpful for enterprises to adjust the size of managerial discretion according to their actual needs, pay attention to the level of corporate governance, and make enterprises better control the choice of dual innovation.
Can green credit policy promote green innovation in renewable energy enterprises: evidence from China
This paper empirically investigates the effects of the green credit policy (GCP) on the total amount, quality, and quantity of green innovation in renewable energy enterprises (REEs) by employing the difference-in-differences (DID) model. Analyses examining the channel, moderating, and economic effects are conducted using a sample of Chinese listed companies between 2008 and 2021. The results indicate that the GCP significantly promotes the total amount, quality, and quantity of green innovation in REEs. This impact on REEs is mainly through a reduction in green agency costs and an increase in research and development (R&D) spending. In addition, the promotional effects are more predominant in firms subjected to intensified environmental enforcement and benefiting from increased governmental subsidies. Moreover, this positive impact is particularly evident in regions with less environmental pollution and lower economic development. Overall, the adoption of green innovation in REEs, facilitated by the GCP, substantially enhances not only the enterprise value but also the environmental performance of the participating companies. Our findings offer a novel perspective for research related to green innovation within the context of the GCP. This could further contribute to the realization of green development strategies and the construction of a low-carbon society.
Research on innovation input of manage strategy based on data analysis
Self-occupaied operation is a common mode of operation in Chinese management, and self-occupaied innovation can help maintaining their core competitiveness and achieving a favorable position. For the purpose of exploring the influence on innovation input, this paper uses the data of A-share listed objects in China from 2016 to 2019, and uses the method of data analysis to perceive the effect on innovation input. The results show that self-occupaied objects are less willing to innovate. Further analysis shows that income constraints strengthen the relationship between objects and relative connections innovation input. Under income constraints, self-occupaied object is better tend to reduce innovation input. This paper improves the research on the innovation and has certain reference significance to the innovation management in China.
The Influence of Ethical Leadership and Green Organizational Identity on Employees' Green Innovation Behavior: The Moderating Effect of Strategic Flexibility
In the context of sustainable development and environmental protection, green innovation is an inevitable choice for enterprise development. Previous studies mainly discussed green innovation from the organizational level, but neglected the individual green innovation behavior. From the perspective of \"leadership behavior\", this paper explores the mechanism of ethical leadership on employees' green innovation behavior by using social learning theory and social identity theory. Thus a theoretical model is constructed, which includes four variables: ethical leadership, employee green innovation behavior, green organizational identity and strategic flexibility. It is proposed that ethical leadership not only positively affects employee green innovation behavior, but also transmits through the mediation role of green organizational identity. At the same time, strategic flexibility plays a moderating role between ethical leadership and green organizational identification. We hope to have a further understanding of the formation mechanism of employees' green innovation behavior.
