It provides a systematic and practical way to ensure these tasks are either eliminated, automated or delegated and never end up on your \"to do\" list ever again. The book also addresses the common mindsets that lead to success and the common mindsets that lead to failure when implementing this methodology. Lastly, the book teaches the reader how to attract, train and retain people locally or oversees to delegate tasks to and support future business growth.
