Tungsten (W) and its alloys are being considered as a major candidate for the plasma-facing components (PFCs) in future fusion devices. Being versatile and able to perform
in situ
measurements, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is the most promising analytical tool for the elemental characterization of fusion-relevant materials. The present article studies the use of calibration free (CF)-LIBS for the characterization of the plasma generated from tantalum (Ta) and elemental quantification of WTa (5 at.%) + Deuterium (D) (10 at.%) sample (coating thickness ~ 3 µm) on molybdenum (Mo) substrate, using a high energy Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm, pulse duration 8 ns). The laser energy has been optimized (58 mJ/pulse) for given samples, and the laser-induced plasma was generated on the surface by means of focussing the laser. All the experimental measurements have been performed in air at atmospheric pressure and room temperature. For the quantification of WTa + D coating, measurements have also been performed under the flow of nitrogen gas. For the detection of the analytes, both gate delay (
t
d
) and gate width (
t
g
) were optimized. For the CF quantification, it has been found that the most appropriate gate times were
t
d
=
t
g
= 1 µs, considering thermodynamic equilibrium. Suitable emission from both neutral and ionic species has been considered for the evaluation of the plasma temperature and electron density using the Boltzmann and Saha–Boltzmann plots approaches, respectively. This work provides a step towards CF-LIBS quantification and depth profile analysis studies for WTa-based materials and D retention in it. These results have been compared with those obtained by other analytical techniques (TOF-ERDA and GDOES).

Background
Childhood obesity is a significant public health challenge, with Mediterranean countries showing high prevalence rates. While genetic factors play a role, diet and physical activity (PA) are critical modifiable influences. Emphasizing healthy dietary patterns, like the Mediterranean diet, and promoting regular PA can help mitigate obesity risk.
Methods
MELI-POP is a randomized controlled multi-center clinical trial in a cohort of children aged 3 to 6 years at baseline and being at obesity risk. The main objective consists on assessing the efficacy of an intervention during early childhood, considering a healthy lifestyle based on the promotion of a Mediterranean dietary pattern and regular PA, compared with a control group, on decreasing obesity incidence 5 and 10 years after the beginning of the intervention. It is expected to include 310 children, aged 3 to 6 years, having at baseline a normal weight or overweight according to the International Obesity Task Force (IOTF) criteria, and at least one parent having a body mass index > 25 kg/m
2
. The clinical trial has two arms and is performed in Spanish Primary Health Care centers. The control group receive usual care by healthcare professionals. The intervention group receive education on Mediterranean diet and PA, combined with the provision of extra-virgin olive oil and fish, in order to be consumed at least 2 times per week. Free PA sessions with a physical education teacher are also offered for the children (3 sessions of 60 min of moderate-vigorous PA per week). The participants’ adherence to the intervention is periodically monitored. The study primarily focuses on adiposity as the main outcome, with secondary outcomes encompassing dietary intake and eating habits, physical activity and lifestyle behaviors (including extracurricular sports, screen time, and sleep duration), physical fitness, biochemical parameters (such as inflammation and cardiometabolic biomarkers, fatty acids, and oxidation), as well as microbiota, genetic, omic and metabolomic analyses.
Discussion
Beneficial results are expected by preventing obesity during childhood, and associated comorbidities.

IntroductionStroke survivors usually experience long-lasting functional, emotional and social consequences that might contribute to sedentary behaviour and participation restrictions, which are important targets to address during rehabilitation. However, the trajectory and inter-relationship between these factors are unknown. Methods and analysisPart&Sed is a research project based on an observational study design with 6 and 12 months of follow-ups in stroke survivors. In addition, a qualitative analysis of the impact of the stroke on the stroke survivor, validation of the Satisfaction with Daily Occupation-Occupational Balance assessment tool and analysis of the reliability of the Fitbit Inspire 2 activity tracker wristband will be carried out. Participants will be chronic stroke survivors with independent walking capacity. Sociodemographic and clinical data, physical activity, ambulation, sleep, quality of life, anxiety and depression, community participation, and occupational satisfaction and balance, as well as data provided by the activity tracker wristband, will be collected. In addition, if the participant has a primary caregiver, the caregiver will also be monitored. A minimum of 130 participants will be recruited to conduct a random-effects multiple regression model. Mixed models for repeated measures will assess the variation over time of the different variables associated with participation and sedentary behaviour. Psychometric properties (eg, internal consistency, construct validity, test–retest reliability) of the Satisfaction with Daily Occupation-Occupational Balance will be determined. Additionally, intraclass correlation coefficients and minimum detectable change will be calculated to assess intrasubject reliability of physical activity and sleep parameters recorded by the Fitbit Inspire 2. The qualitative analysis process will be carried out using the analysis proposed by Giorgi.Ethics and disseminationThe study received ethical approval from the Spanish Regional Ethics Committee ‘Comité de Ética de la Investigación de la Comunidad de Aragón’ (PI21/333). The results will be made available via peer-reviewed publications, international conferences and official channels.

Objective: To analyze the evidence found in the scientific literature of the impact of psycho-educational interventions on anxiety management, carried out online or in person with the participation of nursing professionals. Method: Narrative and integrative review of scientific literature by searching for publications in the main metasearch engines and in the indexed articles of the SciELO, MEDLINE and LILACS databases. Results/Discussion: The search for articles based on online psycho-educational interventions for anxiety management and nursing, provided 4,295 publications, of which, after the three stages of reading and filtering, only 11 were selected: two systematic reviews, eight RCTs and one quasi-experimental study. The psycho-educational aspect is transversal in each publication, being effective for the management of anxiety in various clinical situations. Although there are several studies that show the realization of face-to-face psycho-educational interventions led by nursing, we did not find any specific investigation or research carried out by nurses in an entirely online format. Conclusion: The intervention modalities, strategies and psycho-educational programs that take advantage of the ease of use and impact provided using ICT should be evaluated from the perspective of the clinical field in a more exhaustive way, since these tools facilitate the incorporation of psychoeducation into the clinical routine. The lack of evidence on the efficacy of these interventions when they are designed and implemented entirely by nurses makes it necessary to propose research that evaluates the results.

Background
The most efficient procedures to engage and guide healthcare professionals in collaborative processes that seek to optimize practice are unknown. The PREDIAPS project aims to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of different procedures to perform a facilitated interprofessional collaborative process to optimize type 2 diabetes prevention in routine primary care.
Methods
A type II hybrid cluster randomized implementation trial was conducted in nine primary care centers of the Basque Health Service. All centers received training on effective healthy lifestyle promotion. Headed by a local leader and an external facilitator, centers conducted a collaborative structured process—the PVS-PREDIAPS implementation strategy—to adapt the intervention and its implementation to their specific context. The centers were randomly allocated to one of two groups: one group applied the implementation strategy globally, promoting the cooperation of all health professionals from the beginning, and the other performed it sequentially, centered first on nurses, who later sought the pragmatic cooperation of physicians. The following patients were eligible for inclusion: all those aged ≥ 30 years old with at least one known cardiovascular risk factor and an impaired fasting glucose level (≥ 110-125 mg/dl) but without diabetes who attended centers during the study period. The main outcome measures concerned changes in type 2 diabetes prevention practice indicators after 12 months.
Results
After 12 months, 3273 eligible patients at risk of type 2 diabetes had attended their family physician at least once, and of these, 490 (15%) have been addressed by assessing their healthy lifestyles in both comparison groups. The proportion of at-risk patients receiving a personalized prescription of lifestyle change was slightly higher (8.6%; range 13.5-5.9% vs 6.8%; range 7.2-5.8%) and 2.3 times more likely (95% CI for adjusted hazard ratio, 1.38-3.94) in the sequential than in the global centers, after 8 months of the intervention program implementation period. The probability of meeting the recommended levels of physical activity and fruit and vegetable intake were four- and threefold higher after the prescription of lifestyle change than only assessment and provision of advice. The procedure of engagement in and execution of the implementation strategy does not modify the effect of prescribing healthy habits (p interaction component of intervention by group, p > 0.05).
Discussion
Our results show that the PVS-PREDIAPS implementation strategy manages to integrate interventions with proven efficacy in the prevention of type 2 diabetes in clinical practice in primary care. Further, they suggest that implementation outcomes were somewhat better with a sequential facilitated collaborative process focused on enhancing the autonomy and responsibility of nurses who subsequently seek a pragmatic cooperation of GPs.

Prior studies of antibody response after full SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in hematological patients have confirmed lower antibody levels compared to the general population. Serological response in hematological patients varies widely according to the disease type and its status, and the treatment given and its timing with respect to vaccination. Through probabilistic machine learning graphical models, we estimated the conditional probabilities of having detectable anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies at 3–6 weeks after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in a large cohort of patients with several hematological diseases (n= 1166). Most patients received mRNA-based vaccines (97%), mainly Moderna® mRNA-1273 (74%) followed by Pfizer-BioNTech® BNT162b2 (23%). The overall antibody detection rate at 3 to 6 weeks after full vaccination for the entire cohort was 79%. Variables such as type of disease, timing of anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody therapy, age, corticosteroids therapy, vaccine type, disease status, or prior infection with SARS-CoV-2 are among the most relevant conditions influencing SARS-CoV-2-IgG-reactive antibody detection. A lower probability of having detectable antibodies was observed in patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma treated with anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies within 6 months before vaccination (29.32%), whereas the highest probability was observed in younger patients with chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms (99.53%). The Moderna® mRNA-1273 compound provided higher probabilities of antibody detection in all scenarios. This study depicts conditional probabilities of having detectable antibodies in the whole cohort and in specific scenarios such as B cell NHL, CLL, MM, and cMPN that may impact humoral responses. These results could be useful to focus on additional preventive and/or monitoring interventions in these highly immunosuppressed hematological patients.
