The aim of this research is to highlight the relationship between archeology and GIS For the possibility of GIS to interpret, analyze and visualize past lifestyles and patterns of geographical distribution, This is supported by GIS programs through their diverse spatial analytical capabilities Allowing the archeologist to ask and answer questions about the old way of life, its geographical distribution, and its spatial relations. The research followed the regional approach and Chronology approach of the historical sequence to reveal the spatial relations of ancient civilizations The research found that the Anatolian region was not free of civilization on Her land, from the Stone Age to the end of the Ottoman Empire, And that some of the current Turkish provinces lived on its territory most of the civilizations and this is due to the perfect geographical location and cultural heritage of the region, Through the potential of GIS programs, a spatial and Metadata database of successive civilizations have been built on the current state of Turkey, Emphasis was also placed on the characteristics of each and the extent of their spatial spread. This was represented by 22 maps in this research.
