The Influence of User Generation Differences on Individual Performance in Using Information Technology
2021
The effect of different user generation in an organization is one of the factors that cause the decline of information technology user, this is due to the aging and characteristic difference factors of each user generations, so they impact individual performance in using information technology. Organization have user generation with very diverse age range, then the user information technology must have compatibility, flexibility, and ease in assisting completing tasks. This research is quantitative with analytical methods using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) at Mulawarman University in the generation. This study aims to identify and prove the influence of each generation of different users (Generation Y, Generation X, and Generation of Baby Boomers) on the performance of individuals in using information technology. Generation Y it was proven to be superior because the task characteristics had a significantly stronger influence than generation X and the generation baby boomers which was at the 0.05 level of significance. Community Health Workers
2025
ObjectivesCOVID-19 has challenged health systems in low-income and middle-income countries, particularly in rural areas where communities face barriers to information, prevention and timely care. Digital health interventions delivered through community health workers (CHWs) offer a promising approach to closing these gaps. This study evaluated whether a CHW-led digital intervention improved knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP), vaccination uptake, COVID-19 outcomes and access to hospital care in rural Indonesia.MethodsA quasi-experimental study was conducted from June 2022 to June 2023 with 10 023 individuals across four intervention and four control villages in Malang Regency. In intervention villages, CHWs used a mobile application (AREEMA Skrining Mandiri) to conduct contact tracing, symptom screening, vaccination outreach and referrals, while control villages received standard care. Outcomes included KAP, vaccine uptake, COVID-19 diagnoses and related hospitalisations.ResultsIntervention participants demonstrated greater improvements in attitudes (mean change=3.5, SD=2.1) and practices (0.02, SD=2.2) compared with controls (attitudes: −2.2, SD=4.6; practices: −2.0, SD=2.1). Vaccine uptake was higher in intervention villages (50.6% vs 40.9%), while COVID-19 diagnoses were lower (1.5% vs 2.4%). Among diagnosed cases, hospitalisation was more frequent in intervention villages (21.3% vs 14.5%).DiscussionThe intervention enhanced CHWs’ effectiveness in promoting protective behaviours, facilitating early detection and improving referrals. These findings highlight the potential scalability of CHW-led digital health strategies in low-resource settings.ConclusionIntegrating digital tools into CHW-led care can strengthen COVID-19 prevention, vaccination and access to hospital care in rural populations.

This article investigates the congregation members to the transition from face-to-face worship and fellowship to digital spaces amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, with a sample of the Huria Kristen Batak Protestan (HKBP – Batak Protestant Christian Church), specifically in District Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta province, Indonesia. This study uses an empirical questionnaire method to assess the level of satisfaction, engagement and future preferences of the congregation regarding digital versus face-to-face worship practices. The questionnaire was built on current theories of encounter and fellowship and what the congregation members need in digital worship services. Data from 421 congregations with a 95% confidence level and 5% margin of error showed a dominant 62.7% preference for returning to face-to-face worship services and a participation decline during the pandemic. Respondents also felt a 60%–90% difference in digital services from church services, especially related to the need for communal fellowship. Participation in digital services correlates with higher education levels, while older congregations preferred face-to-face worship.Contribution: This study highlights the importance of incorporating Batak cultural values into digital ministry strategies to increase community connectivity and engagement. This article suggests further research on integrating cultural elements into digital religious practices, aiming to provide insights for churches navigating the digital transformation of religious services.

The impact of knowledge sharing on employee performance at Palangka Raya's health college
2022
The goal of human resource management research is to establish the impact of LMX on employee performance in health education institutions through job satisfaction and innovation moderated by knowledge exchange. It is critical for an organization's success to be able to apply LMX theory to work satisfaction, innovation, and knowledge exchange. Knowledge Sharing was used as a moderating variable in this study. Employees' inventive behavior is encouraged by the act of exchanging knowledge and collectively developing new knowledge, which involves synergistic teamwork between individuals. Quantitative research was used in this study. Questionnaires were distributed as part of the data collection process. The author enlisted the help of three Palangka Raya-based health education institutions as correspondents. On 75 respondents, data was collected using simple random sampling, and data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The findings revealed a link between LMX, innovation, and the moderating of knowledge sharing on performance. As a result of the findings, it is critical to use LMX and innovation in order to boost employee performance.

Development of Road Network Traffic Model in Bandung City
2019
The city of Bandung is a city with a higher number of movements; thus, it allows congestion on certain road segments. Constructing and widening new roads do not become the only solutions, but also by improving the traffic management on these roads. With the study area in some segments of Wastu Kencana Street, Cihampelas, Pajajaran, Pasir Kaliki, Kebon Kawung, and Cicendo, some of which have frequent congestion. Several alternatives have been assessed to implement traffic management policies. The solution alternatives are do nothing and do something. Do nothing alternative means the existing road conditions at the time of the study. Do something alternative consists of three traffic management scenarios: Alternative 1, changing traffic direction but not changing the existing one-way system; Alternative 2, applying a combination of one-way systems with two-way systems; and alternative 3, applying a condition of traffic management using two-way system in all roads. Whereas to evaluate network performance, the cost parameters of the trip, the average Volume Capacity Ratio (V/C), and the average speed are employed. The best policy alternative is Alternative 1 where the V/C value is 0.72, average speed of 27.57 km/hour, and cost of travel of IDR 9,370.87 million/hour.

Introduction and hypothesisTo systematically review evaluation guidelines of uncomplicated urinary incontinence (UI) in community-dwelling adult women to assess guidance available to the full range of providers treating UI.MethodsSystematic literature search of eight bibliographic databases. We included UI evaluation guidelines written for medical providers in English after January 1, 2008. Exclusion criteria: guidelines for children, men, institutionalized women, peripartum- and neurologic-related UI. A quantitative scoring system included assessed components and associated recommendation level and clarity.ResultsTwenty-two guidelines met the criteria. All guidelines included: history taking, UI characterization, physical examination (PE) performance, urinalysis, and post-void residual volume assessment. At least 75% included medical and surgical history assessment, other disease process exclusion, medication review, impact on quality of life ascertainment, observing stress UI, mental status assessment, performing a pelvic examination, urine culture, bladder diary, and limiting more invasive diagnostics procedures. Fifty to 75% included other important evaluation components (i.e., assessing obstetric history, bowel symptoms, fluid intake, patient expectations/preferences/values, obesity, physical functioning/mobility, other PE [abdominal, rectal, pelvic muscle, and neurologic], urethral hypermobility, and pad testing. Less than 50% of guidelines included discussing patient treatment goals. Guidelines varied in level of detail and clarity, with several instances of unclear or inconsistent recommendations within the same guideline and evaluation components identified only by inference from treatment recommendations. Non-specialty guidelines reported fewer components with a lesser degree of clarity, but this difference was not statistically significant (p = 0.20).ConclusionsUI evaluation guidelines varied in level of comprehensiveness, detail, and clarity. This variability may lead to inconsistent evaluations in the work-up of UI, contributing to missed opportunities for individualized care.

Relation between renovation and space density of small-type house in a row house pattern
2024
Small type houses answer the need for residential housing in sub-urban areas. The increasing price of land and the affordability of buyers has encouraged the production of small type residential houses to increase. Small type residential houses have a land area of ≥ 90 m2 and a building area of ≥ 36 m2. However, small type residential houses do not fully answer space needs. Small residential houses tend to undergo renovation to meet space needs. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. This research aims to formulate a pattern for renovating small residential houses using the case study of the Jasmine Cluster, Sawangan, Depok. This research is necessary considering that during the pandemic, homes are the safest areas for quarantine and as a means of self-isolation for those who are infected. The pandemic event has become a valuable lesson, especially for getting a healthy home. Efforts to fill the space in small type houses in the Jasmine Cluster are carried out by renovating the houses vertically and horizontally. The development was carried out because the existing space does not meet needs. Factors that influence the development of this residence are the number of family members and other rooms that are not provided by developers of small type residences. The density levels before and after renovation show significant changes, and become alternative solutions (quarantine and isolation) as a response to future pandemics.
