Bury this : a novel
\"In Muskegon, Mich., 25 years have passed since a hapless snowplow operator discovered 22-year-old Elizabeth Krause's body off Route 31. The homicide investigation, overseen by then-rookie detective Samuel Barnett, lies dormant for decades, until a documentary made by local college students renews interest in the case. Barnett gets back in touch with Beth's friends and family, including her stoically resigned parents, U.S. Army Lt. Col. Charles and Dorothy Krause, and her pitiable best friend, Shauna Boggs. With their help, Barnett hopes to put to rest a murder that has haunted the small town for too long.\"--Publishers Weekly.

KIDSDAY TALKING WITH\ DAVID LASCHER
Q. The character you play on \"Blossom,\" is that anything like you? A. No. His character is a little rough around the edges, he's a little tougher. But he has a good heart, like me. Q. Do you like Blossom's clothes, and do you get to pick out your own wardrobe? A. I get to pick out the shoes, but they tell me what shirt and jacket to wear, so it goes half and half. I like Blossom's clothes. She has some funky clothes, there are always shocking. Q. If you could play any other part on \"Blossom,\" what would it be? A. I would probably play the grandfather, Buzz, because it is a whole different perspective of life. Q. Which show do you like better, \"90210,\" or \"Blossom\"? A. They are very different. \"Blossom\" is more relaxed. You rehearse for four days you shoot Friday night and you have a lot of time to work on the material. You don't feel as rushed. While on \"90210,\" they shoot with one camera and it is film so it is a little more pressure. Q. What is Mayim Bialik really like? A. She is kind of like her character in that she is real easy to talk to. She is fun and relaxed. She's cool. Q. What is it like being on such popular shows?
