The influence of leg muscle power, waist flexibility and self-confidence on soccer long passing ability
The problem in this study is the low ability of Long Passing soccer school players Buah Hati. This study aims to see the effect of leg muscle strength, waist flexibility and self-confidence on long passing ability, both directly and indirectly and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with a path analysis approach. the sample in this study were all 30 players of Buah Hati Football School. Sample withdrawal using saturated sampling technique. The leg muscle power instrument uses the Vetical Jump Test, waist flexibility using the Sit and reach test, confidence using a Likert scale model questionnaire and long passing ability with the Aerial Pass for Accuaracy test. The results showed that, (1) there is a direct effect of leg muscle power on long passing ability with ρz1 = 0.337 or 11.35%, (2) there is a direct effect of waist flexibility on long passing ability, with ρz2 = 0.458 or 20.97%, (3) there is a direct effect of self-confidence on long passing ability, with ρz3 = 0.225 or 5.06%, (4) there is an indirect effect of leg muscle power on Long Passing ability through self-confidence, with ρz31 = 0.1131 or 11.31%, (5) there is an indirect effect of waist flexibility on Long Passing ability through self-confidence, with ρz32 = 0.0893 or 8.93% and (6) there is an effect of leg muscle power, waist flexibility and self-confidence simultaneously on three point shooting ability, with ρz123 = 0.942 or 94.2%.
Article RETRACTED due to manipulation by the authors The impact of tactital small-sided games training on dribbling skills in young soccer players
This study aims to evaluate the effect of Small-Sided Game (SSG) training on the dribbling skills of young soccer players at Soccer Academy PSG Situjuah Gadang, Situjuah Limo Nagari District. This research method is experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design. The experimental group engaged in SSG training that focused on developing dribbling skills, while the control group received no additional training intervention. The sample of this study consisted of 20 youth soccer players from a Soccer Academy who were randomly selected into two groups. Data was collected using dribbling tests before and after the training intervention. Data analysis was conducted using an independent t-test to compare the differences between the two groups. The results showed that the group involved in SSG training showed significant improvement in dribbling skills compared to the control group (p<0.05). This finding indicates that SSG training can effectively improve the dribbling skills of youth soccer players by obtaining the \"t\" test coefficient which is ttable 1,729 < tcount 4,60. The practical implication of this finding is the importance of paying attention to the use of SSG training in the development of technical skills of young soccer players. Small-sided games training on dribbling is an important part of developing athletes' skills and abilities in ball games that require responsiveness, speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adaptability to opponent pressure. The need for coaches to form interesting, challenging, increasing, and structured small-sided games training so that players can improve their skills in soccer. The problem in this research is the low jumping ability of male volleyball athletes which effect on the decreased performance. The aim of this research is to know the effect of knee tuck training and box jump training on the explosive capability of the legs muscles of volleyball athletes. The type of the research is quasi-experiment with the research population is all male volleyball athletes at SMK 1 Solok Selatan which totally 24 athletes aged 17 years. The technique of sampling which is used is total sampling with a sample is 24 athlete. The instrument in this research is to use Vertical Jump to measure the explosive power of leg muscles. Before giving a treatment, an initial test (pte-test) is carried out to see the explosive power of leg muscles. The testees used as a samples are drawn into two groups. The group 1 is given the Knee Tuck Jump training treatment and the group 2 is given Box Jump Training treatment. This treatment is given 16 times (8 weeks), then the final test will be given. The data analysis technique which is used to test the hypothesis is t analysis at the significance level of 5%. Based on the data analysis in this study, 1) the Knee Tuck Jump get an average increase of (7.703) and was marked by getting t count (10.631)> t table(1.796). It means that the application of Knee Tuck Jump can increase the explosive power capability of leg muscles, 2) the Box Jump training get an average increase (2.456) and was marked by getting t count (9.240)> t table (1.769), it means that the application of the Box Jump training can increase the explosive power of leg muscles, 3) there was an influence training. Resumen. El problema de esta investigación es la baja capacidad de salto de los atletas masculinos de voleibol, que afecta a la disminución del rendimiento. El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer el efecto del entrenamiento de flexión de rodillas y el entrenamiento de salto al cajón en la capacidad explosiva de los músculos de las piernas de los atletas de voleibol. El tipo de investigación es cuasi-experimental con la población de investigación compuesta por todos los atletas masculinos de voleibol en SMK 1 Solok Selatan, que en total son 24 atletas de 17 años. La técnica de muestreo que se utiliza es un muestreo total con una muestra de 24 atletas. El instrumento en esta investigación es utilizar el salto vertical para medir la potencia explosiva de los músculos de las piernas. Antes de administrar un tratamiento, se lleva a cabo una prueba inicial (pte-test) para ver la potencia explosiva de los músculos de las piernas. Los sujetos de prueba utilizados como muestra se dividen en dos grupos. El grupo 1 recibe el tratamiento de entrenamiento de salto con flexión de rodillas y el grupo 2 recibe el tratamiento de entrenamiento de salto al cajón. Este tratamiento se administra16 veces (8 semanas), luego se realizará la prueba final. La técnica de análisis de datos que se utiliza para probar la hipótesis es el análisis t con un nivel de significancia del 5%. Con base en el análisis de datos en este estudio, 1) el salto con las rodillas encogidas obtiene un aumento promedio de (7,703) y se marcó al obtener un recuento t (10,631)> tabla t (1,796). Esto significa que la aplicación del salto con las rodillas encogidas puede aumentar la capacidad de potencia explosiva de los músculos de las piernas, 2) el entrenamiento de salto al cajón obtiene un aumento promedio (2,456) y se marcó al obtener un recuento t (9,240)> tabla t (1,769), lo que significa que la aplicación del entrenamiento de salto al cajón puede aumentar la potencia explosiva de los músculos de las piernas, 3) hubo un entrenamiento de influencia. Donde en el salto con las rodillas encogidas se obtiene el aumento promedio es (7,703) mientras que el entrenamiento de salto al cajón es (2,456) y se indica al obtener un recuento t (2,05)> tabla t (1,796). Esto significa que la aplicación del entrenamiento de salto con las rodillas flexionadas y del entrenamiento de salto al cajón podría aumentar la capacidad de potencia explosiva de los músculos de las piernas, donde el entrenamiento de salto con las rodillas flexionadas muestra mejores resultados en el aumento de la potencia explosiva de los músculos de las piernas. Los entrenadores aplican el entrenamiento de salto con las rodillas flexionadas en el nivel de edad adecuado para lograr los máximos resultados de acuerdo con la capacidad de entrenamiento del atleta.

El objetivo de este estudio es evaluar el efecto del entrenamiento de juego reducido (SSG) en las habilidades de regate de los jóvenes jugadores de fútbol en la Academia de Fútbol PSG Situjuah Gadang, Situjuah Limo Nagari District. Este método de investigación es experimental con un diseño de grupo de control pre-test y post-test. El grupo experimental participó en el entrenamiento SSG que se centró en el desarrollo de habilidades de regate, mientras que el grupo de control no recibió ninguna intervención de entrenamiento adicional. La muestra de este estudio consistió en 20 jugadores de fútbol juvenil de una Academia de Fútbol que fueron seleccionados aleatoriamente en dos grupos. Los datos se recogieron mediante pruebas de regate antes y después de la intervención de entrenamiento. El análisis de los datos se realizó mediante una prueba t independiente para comparar las diferencias entre los dos grupos. Los resultados mostraron que el grupo implicado en el entrenamiento SSG mostró una mejora significativa en las habilidades de regate en comparación con el grupo de control (p<0,05). Este hallazgo indica que el entrenamiento SSG puede mejorar eficazmente las habilidades de regate de los jugadores de fútbol juvenil al obtener el coeficiente de la prueba «t» que es ttable 1,729 < tcount 4,60. La implicación práctica de este hallazgo es la importancia de prestar atención al uso del entrenamiento SSG en el desarrollo de las habilidades técnicas de los jóvenes jugadores de fútbol. El entrenamiento en juegos reducidos sobre el regate es una parte importante del desarrollo de las destrezas y habilidades de los deportistas en los juegos con balón que requieren capacidad de reacción, velocidad, precisión, trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad a la presión del adversario. La necesidad de que los entrenadores formen entrenamientos de juegos reducidos interesantes, estimulantes, crecientes y estructurados para que los jugadores puedan mejorar sus habilidades en el fútbol. Para los jugadores, la importancia de un entrenamiento serio con el método de los partidos reducidos para desarrollar sus habilidades futbolísticas.
