Comparison of Single-Incision and Conventional Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy for Morbid Obesity: a Meta-Analysis
BackgroundSingle-incision laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (SILSG) has been proposed as an alternative to conventional laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (CLSG) in obese patients. This study aims to compare the surgical outcomes of these two techniques.MethodsA meta-analysis of existing literature obtained through a systematic literature search in the PubMed, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library CENTRAL databases from 2009 to 2019 was conducted.ResultsEleven articles including 1168 patients were analyzed. Patients in the SILSG group reported greater satisfaction with cosmetic scar outcomes than those in the CLSG group (SMD = 2.47, 95% CI = 1.10 to 3.83, P = 0.00). There was no significant difference between the SILSG group and the CLSG group regarding operative time, intraoperative estimated blood loss, conversion rate, intraoperative complications, length of hospital stay, postoperative analgesia, postoperative complications, excess weight loss (EWL), and improvements in comorbidities (P > 0.05).ConclusionsCompared to CLSG, SILSG resulted in improved cosmetic satisfaction and showed no disadvantages in terms of surgical outcomes; thus, SILSG can serve as an alternative to CLSG for obese patients. Nonetheless, high-quality randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with large study populations and long follow-up periods are needed.
A Data-Driven Response Virtual Sensor Technique with Partial Vibration Measurements Using Convolutional Neural Network
Measurement of dynamic responses plays an important role in structural health monitoring, damage detection and other fields of research. However, in aerospace engineering, the physical sensors are limited in the operational conditions of spacecraft, due to the severe environment in outer space. This paper proposes a virtual sensor model with partial vibration measurements using a convolutional neural network. The transmissibility function is employed as prior knowledge. A four-layer neural network with two convolutional layers, one fully connected layer, and an output layer is proposed as the predicting model. Numerical examples of two different structural dynamic systems demonstrate the performance of the proposed approach. The excellence of the novel technique is further indicated using a simply supported beam experiment comparing to a modal-model-based virtual sensor, which uses modal parameters, such as mode shapes, for estimating the responses of the faulty sensors. The results show that the presented data-driven response virtual sensor technique can predict structural response with high accuracy.
Effects of rhTIMP-3 combined with DDP on growth inhibition and apoptosis of lung cancer cell A549 / 重组金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-3与顺铂联合应用对肺癌细胞A549生长抑制与凋亡的影响
Objective: To study the effects of restructuring tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (rhTIMP-3) in combination with cisplatin (DDP) on the growth and apoptosis of A549 lung cancer cell line. Methods: We made individual and combined use of different concentrations of rhTIMP-3 and DDP on A549 cells. Methyl thiazoyl terazolium (MTT) colorimetry was used to analyze cell growth inhibition, and flow cytometry technique was used to determine the cell cycle distribution and apoptosis rate. Results: rhTIMP-3 and DDP both could inhibit the proliferation of A549 cells. rhTIMP-3 exerted its effect in the time- and concentration-dependent manners while DDP did so in the concentration-dependent manner; both induced the apoptosis of A549 cells. rhTIMP-3 could make the cells stay in S and G2/M phases, and DDP made the cells stay in S phase. The combination of them obviously strengthened the inhibition of A549 cell growth, and had obvious synergy in inducing apoptosis. Conclusion: Both rhTIMP-3 and DDP can inhibit
人工和自动混合驾驶环境下的最优道路拥堵收费模型
为了得到自动驾驶汽车(CAV)与人工驾驶汽车(HDV)并存条件下最优道路收费方案,针对CAV在道路上的通行能力,特别是对道路容量产生的影响进行量化分析,获得道路容量与HDV流量和CAV流量之间的非线性关系.然后,对传统的美国公路局路阻函数进行改进,并基于改进后的路阻函数,建立系统最优(system optimal,SO)流量分配模型,对不同CAV占比条件下和不同HDV与CAV安全车距比值条件下的交通流进行系统最优分配.采用Frank-Wolfe算法,对SO模型进行求解,并考虑因HDV而产生的额外道路出行成本对不同条件下系统最优分配结果的差异性进行比较.基于最优收费理论,针对不同规模道路网制定相应的收费方案.最后,将模型与算法应用到Nguyen-Dupuis交通网络中.结果表明,在HDV与CAV并存条件下,以系统最优分配结果下的边际成本进行收费是道路交通系统最优拥堵收费方案,可作为HDV与CAV并存条件下道路收费方案设计的依据.
微分单元法分析圆柱内各向异性散射介质热辐射
TK124; 自发辐射燃烧诊断技术对获取燃烧系统内高方向分辨率辐射强度有强烈需求.利用微分单元法数值稳定、易于实施的特点,构建一种能在圆柱坐标系各向异性散射介质中,获取角度和空间上高分辨率辐射强度的辐射模型.在模型分析中,将辐射强度进行三维高阶离散;针对辐射传递方程的强对流特性,提出一种迎风方案抑制数值振荡;对于辐射边界存在的强间断奇异点,采用双层节点方案进行捕捉.与解析解对比发现,基于微分单元法的辐射模型能够实现辐射强度的高分辨率刻画,且具有高阶精度;与蒙特卡罗法结果对比,验证了此模型的准确性和有效性.进一步刻画辐射强度在角度和空间上的三维分布,证明迎风方案可以有效抑制数值振荡、实现稳定计算.
重组金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-3与顺铂联合应用对肺癌细胞A549生长抑制与凋亡的影响
目的探讨重组金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-3(rhTIMP-3)和顺铂(cis-platinum,DDP)联合应用对肺癌细胞株A549生长和凋亡的影响。方法分别或联合应用不同浓度的rhTIMP-3、DDP作用于A549细胞,用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法分析细胞生长抑制作用,流式细胞术测定细胞周期分布和凋亡率。结果 rhTIMP-3与DDP均可抑制A549细胞的增殖,rhTIMP-3作用结果呈时间、浓度依赖性,DDP的作用结果呈浓度依赖性,二者都可以诱导A549细胞凋亡。rhTIMP-3使细胞阻滞在S和G2/M期,DDP可造成细胞S期的阻滞,当两者联合应用时对A549细胞的生长抑制作用明显加强,对诱导凋亡有明显协同作用。结论 rhTIMP-3、DDP均可抑制A549细胞的增殖,并可诱导其凋亡;二者联合应用不仅能增加细胞生长的抑制作用,而且有协同诱导细胞凋亡作用。
