Rendell and McLean's double act
[Scott Rendell] made it 3-0 in the 56th minute when Lincoln's defence was unlocked easily again. A Chris Whelpdale long throw picked him out and he squeezed his shot in between the keeper and the near post. Rendell added a second 11 minutes later when [AARON McLEAN]'s clever flick set him up and he blasted his shot wide of [Alan Marriott]'s despairing finger-tips.
Hubertz the hero as Swansea are humbled
Northampton were 3-0 up after 23 minutes, when [Poul Hubertz] scored from the spot after Ryan Gilligan was upended by Ferrie Bodde. The home side had led after 14 minutes via Hubertz's close-range finish from a corner by Daniel Jones and six minutes later [Alan Tate] turned a testing cross from Jones past his own keeper.
Referee on the spot as pen pals lift Doncaster
Doncaster cemented their win with another spot-kick in stoppage time from substitute Paul Heffernan. Referee [Graham Laws] this time judged that Stocks free-kick had been handled by Danny Coles in the wall.
