This study aimed to introduce the identify reality of application of governance in Algeria, in addition to study and analyze the interactive relationship of governance mechanisms and the compatibility of the legal and institutional framework with the requirements of governance. The study concluded that the board of directors and external auditing are considered one of the most important mechanisms contributing to the application of governance in the Algerian business environment, and the study also concluded that there is a strong correlation between the board of directors and various other mechanisms as the latter is considered one of the most effective mechanisms in the governance system in view of the role and tasks of doing it.
