Social networks play an important role in all areas today. In politics, politicians use social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc.) to express political and personal opinions in order to get closer to the citizen. In this respect, various posts or contributions are written, which are not only published on the private pages, but also on the official pages in social networks. The following article deals with the topic \"Facebook post as a political text type\". The text type \"Facebook post\" is examined and defined using the example of the Federal Government's Facebook page. In this regard, the work investigates the extent to which the Facebook post can be defined as a political text type. In addition, which characteristics can be derived for this type of text using the example of the political Facebook posts by the Federal Government in the context of the war in Ukraine.

بحث (آراء في السياسة) هو بحث يوضح آراء ريجيس دوبري السياسية في الثورات السياسية، والطوباوية، والإيدلوجيا، وأثر الصورة الإعلامية على السياسة وعلى وجهة نظر المتلقي للسياسة. تمكن دوبري من أن يبين لنا عدم استقلالية السياسة إذ وجد علاقة بين السياسة والدين. كما أكد لنا أنها تنفصل عن الأخلاق. شجع الثورات ألا أنه أرادها سلمية، وتمني وجود الحكومة العالمية.

إن وجود العلماء في المجتمع الإسلامي هو الذي يمنح الحياة سهولتها ونضارتها وجمالها، وبوجودهم يكون النقاء والصفاء، وبعكس ذلك يكون الجفاء بين الناس. يقول مالك بن أنس رضي الله عنه: إذا قلت العلماء، ظهر في الناس الجفاء. والجفاء: الغلظة وشدة الطبع، والفحش في القول والفعل، فالجفاء المصاحب للفتن إذا ظهر في الأوساط الإسلامية فإنما يظهر بسبب قلة العلماء، فيكون القول الرخيص، والاتهام المتبادل، والغيبة، وسوء الظن، وغير ذلك من أوصاف الجفاء .ولما كان للعلماء هذه المكانة المهمة والدور البارز في حياة الناس، ولفتاواهم الأثر الكبير في كل ما يستجد على ساحة الأمة قديما وحديثا من النوازل، أردت في هذا البحث: (حكم الإفتاء باعتباره من صور التعبير عن الرأي السياسي) أن أقف على تعريف الفتوى وأهميتها ودورها في الحياة بشكل عام من جهة، وباعتبارها شكلا من أشكال التعبير عن الراي من جهة أخرى وكما في المطلبين الآتيين: المطلب الأول: تعريف الفتوى وأهميتها وصفات المفتي. المطلب الثاني: حكم الفتوى باعتبارها من صور التعبير عن الرأي.

This paper seeks to exhibit the blatant transformation of Moroccan football ultras groups to a new political agent within the Moroccan public sphere. In addition to the unshakable loyalty to their teams through permanent support, football ultras have become the most noticeable actor in the sociopolitical arena. Their interaction with the Morocco's sociopolitical status quo and even with international issues is clearly reflected in their produced discourse through different semiotic signs such as chants, slogans, tifos, banners and graffitis. The waning role of the traditional political actors, namely political parties, civil society, labor unions in adopting people's needs and country's main issues urged the evolution of stadiums as a new public sphere within the context of Habermas' public sphere arguments. The ultras have seized the chance to fill this political void and alter the stadiums to new site of protest where they voice their angst and express their political views. Thus, the socio-political engagement of ultras inside and outside the stadia has accorded them the status of an oppositional public sphere par excellence.

Through our study, we aim to address and understand the role of social Media and their effects on political behaviour and political participation, especially among young people and university students, in exchanging political views of the country in particular and the world in general, changing the features of societies, and giving added value to political life. We tried to survey the role played by the social Media \"Facebook\" in shaping electronic politics and its impact on political knowledge among university students, as they are more exposed to these sites. In this study, we used descriptive and analytical research, as we relied on a sample of students from Batna-1- University. After conducting our field study, we concluded that \"Facebook\" enabled students to engage in political issues, and this is due to the awareness that the student acquired through social networking sites and his exposure to various political events and developments.
