The aim of this study is to clarify the economic rights of minorities in international conventions and the position of the Algerian legislator regarding them, by defining the reality of economic rights in both international conventions and the Islamic perspective, as well as the position of the Algerian legislator on the economic rights of minorities, and it was found that their small number and their weak status do not prevent them from enjoying their economic rights \"theoretically\", whether they have the right to work and the rights associated with it or the right to trade and industry, all of which are guaranteed in Algerian legislation and Islamic jurisprudence, and the Algerian legislator must intensify its efforts and strengthen its treaties and projects to establish national legislation capable of protecting the economic rights of all individuals By allocating articles that clearly explain the economic rights of minorities and guarantee them under all circumstances.

Cet article résume le travail réalisé dans le cadre de l'étude sur la place des langues minoritaires et régionales de France. C'est une étude constructive entre ces langues traitées dans cet article.nLa France a signé la Charte Européenne des Langues Minoritaires en 1999. En effet, contraire à la Constitution de la République adoptée par le Conseil Constitutionnel, Institution appelée à contrôler la conformité de cet engagement international à la loi Fondamentale du pays, la France n'est donc pas adhérente à la Charte. Mais une politique de mise en valeur de ses langues minoritaires, dans le cadre des lois existantes, a admis de les appeler \" langues minoritaires\".nLa France possède une grande variété de langues sur son territoire. Ces langues régionales sont également appelées « langues minoritaires en France ». Dans cet article, nous essayons de sensibiliser le lecteur aux situations linguistiques des langues minoritaires en France. A travers cette étude, nous allons nous interroger sur la politique linguistique réservée à ces langues en France. Nous allons nous intéresser aux langues minoritaires suivantes: le berbère ou le kabyle, le kurde, le breton et enfin nous aborderons la situation linguistique en Alsace.

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى حق الأقليات اللغوية في التعليم بلغتهم الأم. وتحديد القيود المفروضة على قدرتهم في استخدام لغتهم الأصلية. واعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الدستوري المقارن الدراسة محاور الموضوع وأبعاده القانونية، بما يحقق المساواة بين اللغة الرسمية والمحلية ودعم تطوير الأخيرة احتراماً للتنوع القومي واللغوي. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هنالك قيودًا على تمتع هذه الأقليات بحقها في التعليم بلغتها الخاصة بها. كما وتوصي الدراسة بأن مجرد النص على حق الأقليات اللغوية بالتعليم في لغتهم الخاصة يغدو مجرد كلمة فارغة إذا لم يكن هناك ضمانات قانونية جدية وعقاب ومحاسبة تدرأ عنه كل انتهاك وافتئات.

The present survey sheds light upon the processes of language maintenance and shift in the speech community of Syrians living in the city of Oran, it takes as a main purpose investigating the degree of language preservation or loss among the community under question through dissecting speech patterns and language use across various domains. Information was collected by means of a semi-structured questionnaire and an interview. Both were designed to obtain research goals and administered to a sample of 30 persons. Findings show that the Syrian community is experiencing a gradual language shift in various areas; nevertheless, the Syrian dialect is strongly maintained in the family domain.

The question of which language(s) could be used for teaching and learning is a crucial one in bilingual and multilingual contexts. In former colonial countries, it is a question that has occupied the agendas of many governments since they attained independence. Some countries have made strides towards addressing it (e.g., Tanzania and Nigeria), although it continues to haunt others. In Sudan there are similar cases of indigenous languages, namely the Tama Language in Dar Tam. Tama is such a small minority in Dar Fur that is increasingly growing in numbers and importance. Tama people believe that their language can at least be used at lower levels of general education if an adequate writing system is devised. A number of studies have been conducted in this domain all have the objectives of creating an effective writing system that will Tama young learners to use their language in education. Young learners are already familiar with the Arabic script as they have been exposed to glorious Guran in Khalawa (a pre-school setting). Arabic script can be suggested as the best type of script to be used for writing Tama language.
