ضرورة تبني أخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد السياحي للتنمية السياحية في ضوء متغيرات العصر
إن قطاع السياحة والضيافة باعتماده أخلاقيات مهنية كقاعدة عمل أساسية واستراتيجية بعيدة المدى لكسب الضيوف والمحافظة على مستوى المنظمة أيا كانت (فندق، مطعم، شركة سفر) تعتبر حجر الأساس في معيار جودتها ولهذا يجب علي المشتغلين بالسياحة بالدول المضيفة أن يتسم أداؤهم المهني بالقيم الأخلاقية واكتساب ثقافة حسن الاستقبال والضيافة في التعامل مع السائح مع التعرف على أساليب حياة السائحين وأذواقهم وطباعهم والعمل علي مساعدتهم والتفاني في خدمتهم مع الأخذ في الاعتبار تنوع العقائد الدينية والفلسفية والأخلاقية، كما ينبغي علي المرشدين السياحيين علي وجه الخصوص الالتزام الكامل بتنفيذ البرنامج السياحي بمصداقية وشفافية مطلقة علي أرض الواقع السياحي. ومن أجل ذلك، جاءت فكرة هذا البحث ليسلّط الضوء على مهنة الإرشاد السياحي وأدواتها، والسلوكيات الأخلاقية التي يضطلع بها المرشد السياحي مع الإشارة إلى أبرز المعارف والمهارات التي يجب أن يتمتع بها المنخرط بالعمل في هذه المهنة المهمة.
The Role of Virtual Museums in Restarting Tourism Post- Covid19
Virtual museums are designed as interactive websites in which information is communicated smoothly by allowing the possibility of 3Dvirtual tours in the museum and obtaining information through a database. These websites represent virtual entities in order to display a number of museum holdings that exist in different places with the possibility of commenting on them. Additionally, these museums rely on digital audio and visual technologies created on the Internet with the aim of promoting a museum. It is possible that this museum does not have a real presence on the ground to preserve artifacts like paintings, pottery, and sculptures and the like. The current study explores this new boom (the era of electronics, computers, the international information network, e-mail and other achievements and developments that made it easier for people to obtain high speed and accurate information about any place, from their homes). The use of modern technologies has an important and pivotal role in distinguishing the work of the tourist guide, especially by relying on virtual reality techniques that contribute effectively to simulating the natural reality of tourist attractions. The main aim of this study is to focus on how to improve virtual museums to help people with special needs and qualifying tourist guides in the use of modern technologies, scientific tourism, and educational, academic and artistic museums. These museums contain an integrated virtual electronic guide that contains all the information related to tourist attractions and archaeological sites that could be useful for tourists. The research then investigates potentialities of working to increase the average number of nights of residence, by expanding the base of tourist attractions of all kinds to overcome the problem of seasonality and reducing the prices to encouraging incentive tourism and holding carnival shows to attract tourists to spend more days and nights in the tourism destination. This research first examines relevant literature on possibility to develop virtual museums\" important and pivotal role in spreading the culture of tourism and the development of the tourism processes from the traditional towards the modern style that depends on artificial intelligence techniques. Findings revealed that modern technologies have an important and pivotal role in the development of tourism and facilitate the processes of museums to integrate practical reality with virtual reality. The study provides recommendations that could encourage more tourists to enjoy their visit and improve marketing efforts, to increase the number of visitors of tourist destinations
Augmented Reality in Tourist Guidance
Augmented reality (AR) is an interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real world are augmented by computer-generated perceptual information. Augmented reality has a great potential utilization in wide range of tourism fields and one of the upcoming fields is tourist guidance. This paper presents an overview of the basic aspects and the benefits of augmented reality potential utilization in the field of tourist guidance and improvement of guide's performance. However, possibilities of augmented reality technology in tourist guidance are great and providing new ways of guidance. Augmented reality in tourist guidance is still new and unsettled.
الإتجاهات الحديثة في دراسات السياحة الإلكترونية بالجزائر
يعتبر القطاع السياحي من أكثر القطاعات المستفيدة من شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك من خلال تداول العديد من المعلومات والصور والفيديوهات والفنادق للمناطق السياحية المختلفة، ليصبح كل مستخدم لهذه المواقع سائحا محتملا ومستهلكا، فهذا الموضوع يتناول قضية استخدام شبكة الفايسبوك التي تحظى باهتمام واسع من مقدمي خدمات السفر كونها أصبحت وسيلة من وسائل الترويج السياحي في الجزائر، وما يمكن أن تحدثه من تطوير وتقدم للتسويق السياحي والتأثير في توجيه السياح إلى منطقة ما مع تحقيق استجابة لدى الجمهور المستضاف، وهذا بهدف إبراز مكانة شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ودورها في تنشيط السياحة الجزائرية باعتبارها آلية تسويقية حديثة تستجيب ومتطلبات العصر الحديث.
Le Curriculum entre Théorie et Pratique
Cette recherche vise à analyser les besoins des étudiants de la deuxième année à la faculté du tourisme à l'université de Tartous en vue de l'élaboration d'un curriculum pour les cours de français de spécialité. Notre étude répondra à une nécessité pédagogique compatible aux besoins des étudiants et à leurs objectifs. Ce curriculum a été précédé d'une analyse des besoins afin de l'adopter le mieux possible à la nature et aux objectifs des étudiants et de l'institution tout en prenant en compte la spécialité étudiée à savoir le tourisme.
The Perception of Tour Guides of Diversifying Destination Images
Egypt has long been branded as a cultural destination possessing a treasure of antiquities ranging from pharaonic, Islamic and Greco- Roman relics. However, Egypt has made some attempts to diversify this cultural image. Hence, the aim of this research paper is to trace back the implications of this promotional shift through testing the perception of the Egyptian tour guides. A questionnaire was designed to examine the perception of these tour guides since the official introduction of the new diversified image of Egypt. The tour guides were asked some questions to test their perception on the new projected image of the destination. The results drawn from these questions were analyzed using the descriptive statistical approach. The research finally suggested some recommendations, as well as implications for future research that should be carefully considered by tourist promotion Authorities in Egypt, as well as any other tourist destination aiming for diversifying its tourist base to cater for multiple tourist segments.
معوقات الإستثمار السياحي الأجنبي في الجزائر
لقد سعت الحكومة الجزائرية إلى وضع استراتيجية جديدة للسياحة الجزائرية تمتد إلى غاية 2025، عن طريق المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية، والذي يعكس الإرادة السياسية في تطوير القطاع السياحي والنهوض به وجعله بديلا لقطاع المحروقات مستقبلا. ولهذا عمدت الدولة إلى توفير بيئة مشجعة للاستثمار السياحي، كسن القوانين ومنح التحفيزات الجبائية وتقديم تسهيلات بخصوص العقار السياحي، غير أنه مازالت هناك مجموعة من المعوقات التي تعترض الاستثمار السياحي كتلك المرتبطة بالمحيط العام، كعدم توفير الاستقرار السياسي والأمني وعدم توفر بيئة اقتصادية مستقرة، صعوبة الحصول على العقار السياح، وصعوبة الحصول على التمويل البنكي. وعليه؛ فإن تحسين مناخ الاستثمار يرتبط أيضا بتوفير جميع الظروف المحفزة للمستثمرين من إدارة نزيهة غير بيروقراطية، جهاز مصرفي متطور، محارية الفساد، وإطار تنظيمي وتشريعي مناسب للاستثمار السياحي، يحفز المستثمر الأجنبي ويكون قادر على إقناعه بجدوى الاستثمار فيها.
الإستثمار السياحي تحليل الوضع الدولي وصعوبات بيئية
باعتبارها واحدة من أكبر الاستثمارات في العالم، فان الصناعة السياحية قد نمت بسرعة وبصورة مستمرة لأكثر من نصف قرن، وأصبحت مصدرا هاما لاستقطاب العمالة والناتج الاقتصادي، ويقصد بالاستثمار السياحي خلق رأس مال أو سلع قادرة على إنتاج سلع وخدمات في مجال الصناعة السياحية لتحقيق ريح عالي بالنسبة للقطاع الخاص و تعزيز التنشيط الإقليمي، فضلاً عن تنمية الاقتصاد للأغراض العامة، الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة تقديم الوضع العالمي للاستثمارات السياحية، كما تحاول توفير بعض المعلومات حول التحديات التي تواجه الصناعة السياحية.
A Proposed Framework for Analyzing the Impact of Augmented Reality Technology on the Tourists' Behavioral Intentions
The research objectives: Egypt is one of the most prominent tourist countries in the world. The tourism sector is one of the most important sectors in Egypt, because it represents one of the most significant sources of national income, and it has a significant impact on the Egyptian economy. The religious tourism sector is one of the important niche tourism segments in Egypt. The religious tourism has an additional advantage of being resilient to political instability, compared to the other niche tourism segments in Egypt. The \"Religions Complex area\" in Egypt is one of the most important religious historical sites in Egypt, because the many different Islamic, Christian and Jewish archaeological sites on its land (such as: Amr ibn al-As Mosque, the Hanging Church, and the Jew Temple). Therefore, objectives of this research were to: 1- Determine the problems facing tourists regarding tourist guiding methods (with or without human tour guide) in the \"Religions Complex\" area (by conducting exploratory or pilot study in the \"Religions Complex\" area in Egypt). 2- Design and develop an augmented reality (AR) application as a proposed solution (to solve some of the problems revealed in the pilot study) , and as a marketing initiative to support the religious tourism and the \"Religions Complex\" area in particular, and to support the Egyptian tourism in general, especially after the many internal and external challenges that Egypt witnessed during the past years (from 2011). 3- Evaluate the designed augmented reality (AR) to ensure that its ability to solve the problems revealed in the pilot study, and also to measure its benefits in enhancing the tourists' behavioral intentions toward the Religions Complex area, thus supporting the Egyptian tourism in general, and the \"Religions Complex\" and the religious tourism in particular. The research Methodology: To achieve the research objectives, the researcher designed and developed the (Religions Complex AR app) with the help of an Egyptian company specialized in designing the AR and VR applications. Then, the researcher evaluated this AR application by developing a proposed framework to study the impact of using this AR app on the tourists' behavioral intentions toward the Religions Complex area. The methodology used to evaluate the (Religions Complex AR app) was based on an experimental approach and a quantitative approach. The research population included all tourists (whether international or local tourists) who visited the tourism destination which known as the (Religions Complex in Old Cairo area) during the period of data collection. The researcher distributed the questionnaires to a convenient sample of the international and local tourists (who visited the Religions Complex area during the period of data collection) after their experience to the (Religions Complex AR app). The data were collected over a period of two months (from the beginning of November 2023 to the end of December 2023). The sample size was (384) , and a total of (293) completed questionnaires were collected representing an overall response rate of 76.3%. The research results: the researcher concluded that: 1- The designed AR application (Religions Complex AR app) can be used as an alternative or complement to the human tour guides, thus solving some of the problems (revealed in the pilot study) facing tourists regarding tourist guiding methods in the \"Religions Complex area\", such as the shortage of human tour guides, and the problem of insufficient information facing tourists with human tour guides. 2- The designed AR application (Religions Complex AR app) enhanced the tourists' behavioral intentions toward the Religions Complex area, thus supporting the Egyptian tourism in general, and the \"Religions Complex\" and the religious tourism in particular.
