The research aims to analyze the reality of the current budgetary management system in Algeria, and the content of the reforms pursued within the framework of modernizing the budget system in order to achieve financial sustainability, and we followed the descriptive analytical approach in the theoretical framework in addition to the applied study, we concluded that the financial situation in Algeria is not characterized by financial sustainability in light of the current circumstances and the dependence on oil taxation.

This research looks at tail risk contagion among environmentally friendly initiatives using data from July 2021 to August 2023. Tail risk is estimated using a novel asymmetric slope Conditional Autoregressive Value-at-Risk (CAViaR) and Time-Varying Parameter Vector Autoregressive (TVP-VAR) connectedness to explore the tail risk spillover. Additionally, the potential drivers of the connectedness network is measured over time. The result demonstrates a considerable degree of interconnection between Green Equities (GEs) and returns connected to sustainability, with sustainability-related indices playing a significant role and non-financial elements undergoing advancements. The level of interconnectedness fluctuates over time, with events such as the Russia-Ukraine War and COVID-19 exerting discernible effects. Investors and governments who are concerned about the environment may benefit greatly from the findings, which demonstrates that green bonds and stocks play distinctive roles and are seen differently in sustainable investing.

يهدف البحث إلى تقديم محفظة استثمارية بديلة لاستثمار الفائض من الاحتياطيات الرسمية للعراق، من خلال اقتراح صندوق ثروة سيادي يستثمر الفائض بأدوات مالية وغير مالية مختلفة ومقارنتها مع المحفظة الفعلية، وبحسب هذا البحث من الممكن أن يحصل البنك المركزي العراقي على عوائد إيجابية تفوق ما تحققه المحفظة الفعلية نتيجة استثماراته في الأسهم والسندات والعقارات في الأسواق المالية الدولية، والتي تتطلب من العراق الخروج عن المألوف في استثمارات غير تقليدية تحمل في طياتها تجرع المزيد من المخاطرة في سبيل الحصول على المزيد من العوائد الإيجابية وهذا ما تم السعي إليه، وقد أثبتت نتائج التحليل العراق بإمكانه الاستثمار ببدائل متنوعة تسهم في تحقيق أهدافه الرئيسة الأمان والسيولة والعائد، وان امتلاكه استثمارات متنوعة تؤدي إلى نمو الاحتياطيات وزيادة المتحصلات النقدية ومن ثم استدامتها.

This study aims to measure the level of financial sustainability of plastic industrial enterprises in the state of Setif by using a sample of 15 enterprises. This study relies on the Return On Assets Indicator, the Quick Ratio and the Debt Ratio, as the three most important indicators for measure this, with data extracted from the financial reports for the period \"2015-2019\". The \" EViews 12\" program is used to analyze the data. The study concluded that the Return On Assets Indicator of the enterprises in the sample was low, indicating that these enterprises do not exploit their assets effectively to achieve an improvement in financial performance in the long term. As for the Quick Ratio, it is relatively good, allowing for the repayment of short-term debts, while the reasonable Debt Ratio allowed the enterprises in the study sample to finance their projects and expand their operations without fully relying on debt, this allows to financial sustainability, provided that future revenues are strong and able to comfortably cover debt servicing.

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية للاستثمارات السياحية في الجزائر، فمن أهم المشاكل التي تعيق تفعيل الاستثمارات السياحية في البلاد هو مشكل التمويل السياحي، لذا أولت الدولة الجزائرية اهتماما خاصا حول الآلية أو الاستراتيجية التي ستحقق بها الاستدامة المالية لاستثماراتها السياحية، وهذا بتبني استراتيجية تنموية جديدة طويلة المدى في آفاق سنة 2030. ولتحقيق أهداف هاته الدراسة قمنا باستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة كأحد المناهج التي تتفرع من المنهج الوصفي والذي توصلنا من خلاله إلى أن: الاستثمارات السياحية أضحت كبديل مهم واستراتيجي لقطاع المحروقات، لذا وجب توفير بيئة الأعمال المناسبة لترقيتها وتفعيلها.

This article aims to studies the fiscal viability of Japan by applying a dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model to the Japanese economy by introducing intermediation costs into the model. We have explaining the observed relationship between the interest and GDP growth rates, which is crucial in testing for viability. We conclude that when the projected real growth rate is 2.8%, the average real interest rate becomes 2.68%, and the debt to GDP ratio gradually increases stochastically so that government debt is not sustainable. To recover viability, the primary surplus must be 0.3% of GDP.
