Psychometric Properties of the Arabic DASS-21 Scale
The current study aims to investigate the psychometric properties of the Arabic DASS-21 questionnaire. A large-scale cross-sectional study of the Arabic adaptation of the DASS-21 scores. The participants (n= 1235) came from a variety of backgrounds. Overall, the reliability coefficient, Cronbach's alpha, for the gross DASS- 21 score, was 0.94 (95% confidence interval CI between 0.93 and 0.94), indicative of excellent internal consistency. The three- factor model fitted acceptably for the full 21- item dataset. Nonetheless, some items were noted to load onto different factors to their original structure. Our study gives evidence of the excellent reliability, internal consistency, and convergent validity of the Arabic adaptation of DASS- 21. We also confirm the acceptability of the current three- factor composition for the DASS- 21 in its Arabic version. We may conclude that, in its current format, Arabic DASS- 21 can be used in many public and secondary health settings to detect depression, anxiety, and stress symptoms.

Psychometric Properties of the Arabic Short Version of the Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS-SV) in Saudi Arabia
This study aimed to translate and investigate the psychometric properties of the short version of the Smartphone Addiction Scale in Saudi Arabia. A sample of 590 respondents participated in this study and answered the Smartphone Addiction Scale, the Smartphone Application-Based Addiction Scale (SABAS), the Internet Gaming Disorder Scale - Short Form (IGDS-SF) and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, as well as socio-demographic questions. To validate SAS-SV, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis, concurrent and convergent validity were performed. The scale exhibited adequate internal consistency and test-retest reliability (Cronbach's a =0.79 the test-retest reliability = 0.83), good concurrent and convergent validity. The CFA supported a unidimensional structure established by previous studies with good fit indices. In conclusion, the scale is valid and reliable and can be used to assess the levels of smartphone addiction in Saudi Arabia.

Methods: An online survey method was used. The sample size was (636) (46.23% female N=294, 36.64% N= 233 Yemeni students and 63.36% N=403 Saudi students). Participants responded to Arabic version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Sleep Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). Results: The prevalence of poor sleep quality among university students was (25.63%) and sleep difficulties was (25%). A total of 23.60% of Yemeni students had poor sleep quality and 27.90% had sleep difficulties. While, 26.79% of Saudi students had poor sleep quality and 23.32% had sleep difficulties. There were no significant differences between students of two countries in sleep quality or sleep difficulties. Quality of Sleep and Sleep difficulties were significantly correlated with academic performance in the overall sample and in the group of Saudi students. Conclusions: The prevalence of poor sleep quality and sleep difficulties is high among university students, which may negatively affect their academic performance. There is an urgent need for psychological intervention, as well as a need for more research in this field.

Experience of Psychologists in the Delivery of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Treatment of Depression and Anxiety in Jordan
The article explored the experiences of psychologists in delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of depression and anxiety in Jordan. To gain valuable insights into the challenges, strategies, and perspectives of practitioners in the field, the study employs a well-structured questionnaire to provide a comprehensive view of the CBT delivery process. The study involved a purposive sample of 30 licensed psychologists who have been practicing CBT for a minimum of three years and have experience in treating patients with depression and anxiety in Karak, Jordan. With the help of descriptive and inferential statistics, the study intended to contribute to a better understanding of the nuanced interactions between psychologists and patients within the context of depression and anxiety treatment, ultimately informing the improvement of CBT practice and patient outcomes. The study found a statistically significant variation in psychologists' satisfaction with the way CBT for depression and anxiety is delivered, with a number of areas that need to be improved. Self-care practices, supervision, and a supportive professional network play pivotal roles in sustaining psychologists' emotional and mental health, safeguarding against burnout, and promoting a rewarding career in mental health care.

The Impact of Spirituality on Mental Health
This review paper aimed to explore the positive/negative impact of spirituality on mental health and to highlight the differences between religion and spirituality with the aid of previous studies and research. To achieve this goal, the researcher reviewed, analyzed previous studies during the period from 1950 to 2021, through several sources, namely: Google Scholar, World Wide Science, SAGE journals, and PubMed. The results showed that spirituality has a significant impact on mental health, as a direct impact or a mediating factor. The impact varied between positive and/or negative because of the interaction of many other factors. In conclusion, we cannot confirm that spirituality has a positive or a negative effect only due to the role of other factors besides most of the studies are conducted on patients who suffer physical and mental health problems and neglect other people who are mentally and physically well. There is a need to explore additional factors, which may alter the effect of spirituality on mental health. Moreover, further studies are needed to include other samples, not only patients.
