Sociological Engagement of Selected Poems from Malawi
It seems less attention is paid to literary writers from Malawi. However, this study engages selected poems from the country. The purpose of this study is to sensitize readers with human conditions in that part of the world as reflected in the selected poems of Jack Mapanje, Edison Mpina and David Rubadiri. The poets are purposively selected because of their inclination towards social advancement. Content analysis is employed as methodology and sociological literary perspective serves as the conceptual framework. Findings reveal that the selected poems are sociopolitical satires of the post-colonial period in Malawi. The poets advocate for good governance.

تعتبر الإبستمولوجيا موضوعا قديما وقد ظلت حتى 1920 تقريبا، موضوعا كبيرا. لكن اقتران ثلاثة تطورات مستقلة، كل منها يمس دراسة المعرفة، قد أحدث تحولا عميقا في مركزها ومكانتها. لقد حدثت في المقام الأول، الأزمة التي وقعت عندما تم قبول فكرة أن المعرفة لم تكن لا بديهية ولا نهائية، مثلما اعتقد بذلك المفكرون، منذ أفلاطون وأرسطو. في المقام الثاني، فقد وقعت من جهة، عزلة متزايدة للفلاسفة الأكاديميين، ومن جهة أخرى القناعة المرتبطة بأن التخصصات العلمية مثل السيكولوجيا والسوسيولوجيا اللتين رغم أنهما لعبتا دورا مهما في النظريات الإبستمولوجية السابقة، لم يتبق لهما في الحقيقة ما يمكنهما تقديمه. (تم تشديد هذه العزلة وتكثيفها بتواطؤ موصوف من قبل باحثين في ميادين أخرى، لم يكونوا سوى أكثر سعادة بترك وتوريث \"مشكلة المعرفة\" إلى فلاسفة محترفين.

Leveraging the Global Innovation Index to Boost Manufacturing Efficiency in Algeria
This study investigates the impact of innovation inputs and outputs on the growth of Algeria's manufacturing sector from Q1 2011 to Q4 2022, employing an ARDL model to analyze 44 quarterly observations. The results indicate that innovation inputs, such as institutions, human capital and research, infrastructure, market sophistication, and business sophistication, have a statistically significant negative impact on manufacturing growth, suggesting inefficiencies or delays in realizing the benefits of innovation investments. Conversely, innovation outputs, including knowledge and technology outputs and creative outputs, exhibit a weaker and statistically insignificant negative correlation with manufacturing growth. The error correction term is highly significant, indicating a rapid adjustment towards long-run equilibrium, with 47.2% of deviations corrected each quarter. The model's strong fit, reflected by an R-squared value of 0.693658, underscores its explanatory power. However, the ARDL model oversimplifies the complex economic interactions in Algeria, potentially overlooking numerous mediating factors and the influence of regional stability and security issues on manufacturing performance. Furthermore, the context-specific findings may not be applicable to countries with different economic structures. Enhancing the efficiency of innovation investments could lead to significant growth in Algeria's manufacturing industries, with potential social impacts including broader economic development, increased employment, and social stability. This study offers valuable insights into the relationship between innovation and manufacturing growth in Algeria, highlighting the importance of efficient innovation strategies for economic development.

The Role of the Insurance Sector in Economic Development in Saudi Arabia
This study explores the role of financial intermediaries on economic advancement in Saudi Arabia. In particular, the research paper investigates the association between the growth in the insurance sector and its impact on economic advancement. For data analysis, we employ the Ordinary Least Square regression model. Our analysis covers 11 years, beginning in 2012 to 2023. This analysis measures insurance sector development using three distinctive proxies: \"Life insurance penetration rate, nonlife insurance penetration rate and insurance density\". While \"Gross Domestic Product (GDP)\" is used as a proxy for the economic growth. The results revealed that the impact on insurance density is much more substantial than the life and nonlife insurance penetration rate in Saudi Arabia. The result indicates a positive and significant correlation between economic growth and insurance density. However, the association is negative when the nonlife insurance penetration rate is used as a proxy.

Business Accelerators as a New Mechanism to Support and Accompany Start -Up in Algeria
This study aims to identify business accelerators as an important mechanism for strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Algeria, especially for startups seeking guidance, and funding through intensive and accelerated programs. A descriptive approach was used to address the research question, focusing on the A-Venture Accelerator as the first public accelerator model in Algeria. The study highlights the various services and facilities provided by A-Venture to ensure the success and sustainability of startup companies. The results reveal that accelerators play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding startups through extensive educational programs and technical expertise to accelerate their growth and ensure their sustainability. The study recommends creating a comprehensive and advanced ecosystem that includes all stakeholders involved in startups, including finance, policies, markets and culture, to contribute to the progress and development of this type of project.
