يتناول الكتاب كيف يغير الرقمى الإدراك\"، أسئلة كبيرة: ما هذا الزمن الرقمى؟ ما كينونة الكائنات الرقمية؟ ماذا وراء \"الافتراضى\"؟ ولقد تطلب سؤال الكينونة المعقد تحليلا فلسفيا سعى فيه المؤلف إلى الدقة والوضوح معا، وأما الافتراضى فللمؤلف رأى فيه بعيدٌ عن السائد المألوف: الاختلاف بين الواقعى والافتراضى اختلاف مزعوم لا وجود له ولم يوجد أبدا، نحن نعيش فى بيئة مزدوجة هي، فى آنٍ واحد، رقمية وغير رقمية، موصولةٌ ومنقطعة، وما على المصممين إلا أن يجعلوا منها بيئة قابلة للعيش.

The shift towards a digital community requires enormous mechanisms and human and material resources. The High Commission for Digitalization is designated as the principal authority overseeing this endeavor, assuming a pivotal and active role in the realization of the objectives established by the national digitalization strategy. The legislator has endowed the Commission with a range of competencies aimed at promoting the utilization of modern technology and advancing internet development in accordance with the aspirations of public authorities.
أثر الموضة الرقميه على مصممى الأزياء فى ظل الثورة الرقمية الراهنه
انتشار المجتمع الرقمي أصبح أساسي لمختلف النشاطات البشرية، فأصبح المصمم له القدرة على ابتكار ونشر ومشاركة المحتوى عبر شبكات المعلومات، وقد سرع COVID-19 التحول الرقمي للأزياء واعتمدت العلامات التجارية للأزياء طرقا رقمية جديدة وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في الرد على التساؤلات الآتية (هل أثرت جائحة كورونا على زيادة انتشار التكنولوجيا الرقمية للموضة، هل الخريج كمصمم أزياء قادر على التصميم والعرض الرقمي للموضة في ظل الثورة الرقمية الراهنة وخاصة في ظل جائحة كرونا وما بعدها) وهدف البحث هو طرح مقترح لتدريس مجموعة من المقررات هدفها هو خريج قادر على التصميم الرقمي للموضة والعرض الرقمي في ظل الثورة الرقمية الراهنة أما منهجية البحث فهي المنهج الوصفي واتباع أسلوب التحليل من خلال عمل استبيانات وتناول البحث الموضوعات الأتية وهي الموضة الرقمية ومميزاتها وطرق العرض الرقمية والطباعة الرقمية للموضة والموضة الذكية المرتدة \"SEW\" ثم تم عرض مقترح من قبل الباحثة لمجموعة من المقررات تقترحها الباحثة تدريسها في أقسام الموضة والملابس بمعاهد وكليات الفنون التطبيقية في ظل الثورة الرقمية وتم عمل استبيان موجه إلى الجهات الأكاديمية والخرجين والطلاب وأصحاب الشركات والمصانع ومن أهم نتائج البحث أنه تم الموافقة على المقررات المقترحة من قبل الباحثة لتعليم التصميم الرقمي بأقسام الملابس والموضة في معاهد وكليات الفنون التطبيقية في كلا من الجهات الثلاثة وهم الجهات الأكاديمية بنسبة موافقة 80% وأصحاب الشركات والمصانع بنسبة موافقة 97% والطلاب والخرجين بنسبة موافقة 83%.
The Uncertain Boundaries of Authors' Rights in AI Authorship
The recent surge in public engagement with ChatGPT and its competitors has prompted governments and international agencies to urgently reassess the adequacy of existing intellectual property legislation. Objective: This study aims to address whether current legal frameworks are sufficient and, if not, how they might be developed to accommodate the complexities introduced by artificial intelligence. Specifically, this research explores two central questions: first, whether creative and factual works generated by AI can be protected under authorship rights or copyright, and if so, to whom these rights should be attributed. The prevailing global consensus dictates that authorship must reside with a human, who can bear legal responsibility, thereby acknowledging protection for AI-assisted works but not for those entirely generated by AI. Second, the study examines the legislative strategies of the UK and China, both of which are striving to position themselves as leaders in AI innovation. China has adopted a utilitarian legislative approach, expanding the scope of protectable AI-assisted works, while the UK is contemplating the transfer of ownership to legal entities, potentially recognizing AIcreated works as eligible for copyright protection. Methodology: Through a comparative analytical approach, this study. Results: that while global norms currently mandate human authorship, both the UK and China are exploring legislative adaptations that could extend intellectual property protections to AI-generated content. Conclusion; The research concludes that as AI continues to advance, substantial legal reforms may be necessary to align intellectual property law with the evolving landscape of AI-driven creativity.
The Effectiveness of Electronic Integrated Marketing Communications \EIMC\ in Mobile Phone Companie - ATM Mobilis - Algeria
In the current digital era, marketers are presented with fresh challenges and prospects when it comes to promoting their products or services. Electronic Integrated Marketing Communications (E IMC) emerges as a marketing approach that leverages electronic media to captivate customers and facilitate their engagement with brands through digital platforms. This piece underscores the significance of E IMC for both marketers and consumers, while delving into its influence on firm sales. Additionally, the study seeks to pinpoint the disparities between traditional IMC and EIMC methodologies. It also delves into the diverse forms of E IMC, their efficacy, and their impact on firm sales. The research methodology encompasses gathering data from a specific sample of Mobilis customers and subjecting it to analysis using various statistical tools and techniques. The study's discoveries will furnish marketers with valuable insights into the efficacy of E IMC in accomplishing marketing objectives.
Consumer Behavior toward AI-Driven Marketing
Objectives: This study explores consumer perceptions of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing, with a particular focus on its influence on buying behavior and ethical concerns, including data protection and privacy. The research aims to examine how AI technologies are received by consumers, assess the effectiveness of AI-driven ad personalization, and understand the factors that facilitate or hinder adoption. Methods: A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a structured survey to gather data from consumers. The reliability of the survey instruments was assessed using Cronbach's Alpha and Average Inter-Item Correlation. Chi-square analysis was applied to examine relationships between variables. Results: The findings indicate that Effort Expectancy, the perceived ease of use, is a strong predictor of consumers' Behavioral Intention to adopt AI in marketing. However, Performance Expectancy is found to be non-significant, suggesting ongoing doubts about AI's predictive accuracy. Ethical concerns and trust deficits emerge as major barriers to adoption. Interestingly, Social Influence negatively affects Behavioral Intention, with consumers perceiving AI-driven marketing as potentially intrusive. Conclusions: To fully leverage AI in marketing, strategies must prioritize usability, transparency, and ethical data practices. Customization based on demographic insights can enhance relevance and improve adoption rates. The study underscores the importance of aligning AI technology with consumer expectations and values to foster trust and long-term engagement.
Navigating the Digital Shift
The Fourth Industrial Revolution has remarkably transformed the translation and interpreting education field. It has introduced newer and more advanced technologies that have affected translator and interpreter training strategies, bringing in more innovative technological tools, artificial intelligence, and digital learning platforms. This research paper investigates the integration of translation and interpreting technologies in academic training at the High Arab Institute of Translation in Algiers. It uses a mixed methods approach, combining quantitative data from a questionnaire and qualitative information from verbal reports. The sample consisted of 24 students and alumni from the institute who completed the questionnaire, while the researchers collected verbal reports from other students and teachers as a complementary method. The results indicate that participants are aware of the benefits of technology in their field. However, insufficient practical training, flawed technological infrastructure, and insufficient exposure to advanced tools affected their experiences. As many expressed skepticism towards using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate translations, others voiced doubts concerning using technological aids in simultaneous interpreting. These findings underscore a need for curriculum enhancements to align Algerian training programs with industry standards and prepare students for a technology-driven job market. Finally, the study emphasizes the need to find solutions to prepare today's translators and interpreters by equipping them with technological and digital skills, enabling them to manage the vast amount of data and succeed in the ever-evolving digital market.
Algerian Literary Heritage from the Depths of Manuscripts to the Realms of Digitization
Algeria's literary heritage boasts a rich history that reflects the wealth of Algerian culture and history through ancient manuscripts. With the advancement of technology, there has emerged a pressing need to preserve this precious heritage and document it using modern methods that ensure its continuity and accessibility for future generations. The transition from traditional methods to digitization represents a pivotal step, requiring the accurate scholarly editing of texts, systematic cataloging, and digitization for widespread dissemination. This research paper aims to explore the importance and methods of preserving Algerian literary heritage and facilitating access to it through digitization. It will also examine ways to effectively integrate digitization with processes of editing and cataloging to enhance the preservation of Algerian literary heritage, offering a comprehensive vision for improving these processes in the digital age. Additionally, the study will address the challenges related to the digitization of manuscripts and provide practical recommendations to overcome them.
التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي
سعت هذه الدراسة الموسومة (التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي) إلى التعرف على التحول الرقمي، وأسس قيامه، ومراحله، ومزاياه، وعيوبه، فضلا عن التعرف على أبعاد الأمن الاجتماعي، ومهدداته، ووسائل تحقيقه، والعوامل الفاعلة فيه، فضلا عن معرفة دور التحول الرقمي في مكافحة الفساد الإداري. إذ تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي على عينة قصدية، قوامها (٢٥٠) مبحوثا لثلاث دوائر في جهاز الأمن الوطني العراقي، واستعملت الاستبانة وسيلة لجمع البيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة أهمها: أن التحول الرقمي ساهم في رفع أداء المؤسسات الأمنية، وإن عمليات التحول الرقمي تحظى بمقبولية جيدة في المجتمع، فاستثمار التحول الرقمي قد أسهم بالدرجة الأولى في (الحد من انتشار الفساد الإداري والمالي)، فضلا عن أن التحول الرقمي ووسائله قد ساهم في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي والعدالة الاجتماعية.
