L'E-Mobilité Linguistique
The use of languages in Algeria is still a question of culture and identity. The presence of different languages in this country has built a status of multilingualism and linguistic diversity. In our days and in this era of technological development, the use of languages is very strongly observed among Algerian speakers in their communications and exchanges especially in the « social networks » which are means that link the whole world. The phenomenon of mobility has thus given birth to a « linguistic e-mobility ».
حرية تنقل المواطنين في القانون الإداري
تتناول الدراسة موضوع حرية تنقل المواطنين في القانون الإداري التي كفلتها العديد من الإعلانات والمواثيق الدولية والإقليمية والتشريعات الوطنية، ولا شك بأن ممارسة هذه الحرية ليست حرة من كل قيد أو شرط، إنما يتدخل المشرع والسلطة التنفيذية لتقيدها لاعتبارات معينة، بوضع قيود على هذه الحرية في الظروف العادية والظروف الاستثنائية، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نقف على مفهوم حرية التنقل وصورها وخصائصها، والقيود التي تفرض عليها في الظروف العادية والاستثنائية وما يحدث من انحراف للسلطة التنفيذية عند فرض هذه القيود وتطبيقها على نحو تجاوز الغاية منها ومعرفة الحماية المقررة لحرية تنقل المواطنين والضمانات التي تكفل شرعية القوانين المنظمة لها وصحة فرض القيود عليها، وسلامة تطبيقها.
Sociology of Professional Mobility
This study aims to identify the sociological concept of professional mobility and its types (internal and external ) in addition to the most important theoretical and intellectual approaches that addressed the topic how much was touched upon the macro-and micro social analysis of the phenomenon of professional mobility and finally the measurement of professional mobility.
Environmental Investment in Low-Carbon Urban Mobility
Environmental investment in low-carbon urban mobility contributes to the promotion of strategic goals to reduce global climate change, achieve global environmental quality, and preserve the public health of societies. In order to achieve this concept, an integrated relationship must be achieved between planning, environmental technology, information technology, and support, and the legislation that supports future plans for urbanization. The research also aims to formulate a methodology to activate the role of environmental investment in low-carbon urban mobility in future cities as a tool to reduce climate change. The research problem represented in the gap between the goals of low-carbon urban mobility and the current mobility schemes has been studied in urbanization, one of the main causes of global warming and the global climate crisis that the global reality suffers from. Through the theoretical, analytical approach represented by literature reviews for each of the concepts of environmental investment, the concept of low-carbon urban mobility and its objectives, and general principles for achieving the concept of low-carbon urban mobility in future cities. Then the analytical study of the leading urban practices of low-carbon mobility (Paris, France, Copenhagen, Denmark, Songdo, Japan) from the visions and strategies that were implemented in those practices, and extracting the most important criteria and indicators through which environmental investment in low-carbon urban mobility can be evaluated in city plans. Then a case study in the new administrative capital in Egypt, as one of the models of the new urban trends in Egypt. By establishing new cities concerned with preserving the environment, reducing carbon emissions in urbanization, and achieving the vision of Egypt 2030, then evaluating the case study for the extent to which environmental investment standards and indicators have been achieved in urban mobility. Then followed by the results and recommendations represented in the methodology used to achieve environmental investment in existing and future urbanization, then search for recommendations.
الآثار القانونية لحصار دولة قطر على الأسرة
يناقش هذا البحث أثر حصار قطر على الأسرة القطرية. فقد خرقت دول الحصار العديد من الاتفاقيات والأدوات الدولية التي تتعلق بلمّ الشمل الأسري، والتي تؤكد على الحق في الحياة الأسرية وعدم الفصل بين أفراد الأسرة الواحدة؛ لما في ذلك من آثار سلبية على الأسرة باعتبارها خليّة أساسية في بناء المجتمع، وعلى الطفل –  الطرف الضعيف في الأسرة – الذي يتوجب حمايته وعدم فصله عن أسرته. كما أكدت على ذلك الاتفاقية الأممية لحقوق الطفل، والتي صدَّقت عليها دولة قطر والدول المحاصرة لها، بالإضافة إلى أنّ تداعيات الحصار ألقت بظلالها على مسألة الجنسية في الأسرة الواحدة عند الزواج المختلط وما ترتب عنه من آثار فرقت بين الزوجين، أو أحد الأبوين وأبنائه.

Urban Mobility in Post-Covid City
Covid19 pandemic has given social distance great concerns in contemporary cities especially the one related to safe urban mobility. People were asked to choose travel modes that maintain safe social distance to minimize the chance of infection while traveling safely from one place to another. Accordingly, urban mobility witnessed a paradigm shift from the first sustainable urban mobility paradigm that found efficiency in mass transportation and minimizing the need for extended private motorized mobility inside cities, to the new safe urban mobility paradigm that strive for reducing the face-to-face contact by encouraging single ride mobility. Accordingly, Planners are required to shift to the new paradigm of urban mobility, and scholars are required to question health safety of the new paradigm of urban mobility at the same time to question its sustainability. The research aims to compare adopted movement behavior across different neighborhood models including purpose of mobility, mode choices, trip distance, and trip frequency. The paper reports, based on empirical findings, to three conclusions; Firstly, covid19 caused different levels of coping movement behavioral change across different types of neighborhoods. Secondly, the paper observed coping ideas of reducing unnecessary trips, displace mobility from public to private modes, distribution of trips to different times of the day, providing safe walkway for keeping social distance and encouraging walkability and cyclability. Finally, the paper deduced different design guidelines for urban form design that facilitate such coping urban mobility strategies and at the same time achieve sustainability including soft mixed use, soft density, and grid street patterns to facilitate coping of safe and sustainable urban mobility.
