The Role of Cybersecurity in Combating Cybercrime in Algeria
This study aims to highlight the role of cybersecurity as a fundamental pillar in combating cybercrime at the national level, particularly in the context of the increasing technological advancements across all economic, cultural, social, and security sectors. Cybercrime is viewed as one of the adverse effects of advanced technology, posing a genuine challenge threatening the lives of individuals, communities, and national security. The study concludes that significant national efforts are being made to achieve cybersecurity in the fight against cybercrime by enacting relevant laws and establishing specialized structures for combating cybercrime in Algeria. Additionally, it emphasizes the necessity of international cooperation and governmental coordination to exchange information and develop joint strategies to address transnational cybercrimes, thereby contributing to a comprehensive cybersecurity framework that safeguards individuals, institutions, and nations.

Vlogging and Algerian Cultural Diversity
This study aimed to describe and analyze the attitudes of Algerian youth toward the content of visual blogs that highlight Algerian cultural diversity, with a focus on their consumption habits and patterns of engagement. A questionnaire, utilizing a five-point Likert scale to measure attitudes, was employed as the primary data collection tool. The survey was distributed electronically via Facebook to a sample of 150 Algerian youth. The data analysis revealed a significant level of engagement with visual blogs focused on Algerian cultural diversity. The findings also identified various motivations driving youth to follow these blogs, such as their interest in exploring different cultures. Moreover, the study observed a diversity of evaluations regarding the cultural content presented, reflecting the varied interests and experiences of the youth in engaging with visual blogs. Overall, the results underscore the connection between youth and cultural visual content within the context of Algerian cultural diversity.

Differences in the Orientation towards Helping Others among University Students in Light of the Gender Variable
The study investigated the differences in the orientation towards helping others among university students in Algeria, focusing on gender as a variable. Utilizing a descriptive method and a scale developed by Shaaban and Al-Shawareb, the researcher analyzed responses from 205 students during the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year which was determined by the facilitated method The findings revealed that the Algerian university students in the study sample have a high level of orientation towards helping others, where the dimension of empathy came first, followed by the dimension of helping in life situations and then after helping in situations of danger while no significant gender differences were found in their helping orientation.

The Impact of Virtual Tourism on Improving the Perception of the Image of Algerian Tourist Destinations from the Perspective of the Algerian Tourist
This research paper aims to highlight the impact of using virtual tourism on improving the perception of the image of Algerian tourist destinations from the perspective of Algerian tourists. The descriptive approach was used to define the nature of virtual tourism and the image of tourist destinations. The analytical approach was used based on a field study of a purposive sample of Algerian tourists. The study sample consisted of 124 valid individuals for analysis using the SPSS statistical package. The study found that there is a statistically significant effect at a significance level of 5% for virtual tourism on improving the perception of the image of tourist destinations in Algeria from the perspective of the Algerian tourist.

The New Approach to Industrial Recovery in Algeria
This paper examines Algeria's new approach to industrial recovery, launched in 2021, aimed at halting the deindustrialization process that has occurred over recent decades. The goal of this new strategy is to increase the industrial sector's contribution to gross domestic product (GDP) to a target range of 10 to 15% in the near future. In this context, the paper highlights the key features of this new strategy and discusses its potential opportunities for the country's industrial development. Our main findings indicate that the measures implemented under this new industrial approach represent a positive step; however, the success of this strategy faces several challenges that must be addressed.
