The Impact of the Five-Year Development Programs 2010-2014/2015-2019 on Improving Algeria's Business Climate
This study aims to diagnose the reality of the business climate in Algeria and the implications of the five-year development programs (2010-2014/ 2015-2019) for the government to improve it, we addressed first the quantitative assessment of the business climate among the most important indicators of Algerian macroeconomic assessment and then the business climate qualitative assessment, based on the most important indicators emanating from various international bodies. We conducted that the results of the five-year development program 2010-2019 were not effective and did not achieve their goals, Algeria still ranks last among the majority of the international indicators to assess the business climate, the letter still faces a lot of economic and social challenges to improve it to keep the pace with international economic developments.

The Algerian Economy between Crises and Reforms
The main objective of this paper is to describe and analyze some aspects of the Algerian economy from 2014 to 2020. We take on consideration the sharp decreasing of oil prices since the second half of 2014, the deep political change since 2019, and COVID 19 pandemic. To achieve this objective, we use mainly IMF country reports. Based on these reports, we found that the Algerian monetary and economic situation is strongly linked to oil and gas prices. This \"Dutch disease\" phenomenon seems affecting the Algerian economy profoundly. We recommend some important reforms that helps to overtake these negative effects, and solve that perpetual cyclic problem that characterizes the Algerian economy.

الوضعية الإقتصادية لكبار السن وعلاقتها بالعنف الموجه ضدهم
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تداخل العوامل والظروف الاقتصادية في وبروز ظاهرة العنف ضد كبار السن، انطلاقا من طرح إشكال عام حول الموضوع مفاده: هل يتعرض كبار السن للعنف نتيجة لظروفهم الاقتصادية؟ والاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة اللذان طبقا على 12 حالة تم سحبها عشوائيا من مركز رعاية المسنين بسيدي موسى-الجزائر العاصمة، وهذا من أجل جمع أكبر قدر ممكن من المعطيات حول الظاهرة باعتماد تقنية المقابلة كأداة مباشرة، ثم عرض المعطيات وتحليلها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية من أجل استخلاص نتائج علمية موضوعية قد تزيل اللبس عن المشكلة المدروسة، وتساهم في إثراء البحث العلمي. وقد تم التوصل إلى استنتاج عام مفاده أن أغلب المسنين المتواجدين بالمركز ليس لديهم أي دخل مادي، ما جعلهم يشكلون عبئا أسريا، وبالتالي زيادة احتمال التخلي عن رعايتهم. كما أثبتت نتائج الدراسة على أنه هناك علاقة بين الدخل المادي للمسن والعنف الذي يتعرض له في المجتمع.
