ضمن منشورات دار المأمون للترجمة والنشر صدر مؤخرا كتاب (النص والخطاب) للمؤلف الألماني شتيفان هابشايد، وقام بترجمته الأستاذ الدكتور موفق محمد جواد المصلح وتأتي أهمية هذا الكتاب التي دعت إلى ترجمته من طبيعة الموضوعة التي يتناولها والمتمثلة بالدراسات اللسانية التي أخذت تتقدم بشكل ملحوظ في السنوات الأخيرة، ولقد حاول المؤلف في كتابه بيان كيفية توسع موضوع النص وما هي أنواع النصوص بشكل عام مع ذكر بعض الأسئلة التوضيحية في نهاية كل بحث بشكل يعد إحدى الطرق الحديثة في الشرح وبما يعطي خلاصة سريعة للمبحث، ولقد حاول المترجم استخدام بعض الأمثلة التوضيحية وإعطاء فحوى بعض الأفكار الواردة في المباحث والتخلي عن التفصيلات لاسيما المصطلحات غير الموجودة في اللغة العربية إلى جانب تقديم شروحات وتعليقات خاصة بعلم اللغة الألمانية.

Malek Bennabi's Discourse
This article explores the political and cultural dimensions of Bennabi's (1954) essay included in his book Vocation of Islam. It takes its bearings from the method of critical discourse analysis as proposed by Fairclough Norman (1995) in his book Critical Discourse Analysis: The Critical Study of Language. The study investigates three primary questions: first, the extent to which Bennabi's ideas represent not only a pioneering historical perspective but also a visionary forecast of imminent changes in the postcolonial landscape. Second, it examines the pragmatic and cultural dimensions that Bennabi emphasized as foundational for an awakening and renaissance in the Muslim world. Finally, the study evaluates Bennabi's provisional plan for enacting change, and fostering societal and cultural reform. By analysing these aspects, the study aims to highlight Bennabi's contributions to understanding and shaping the trajectory of postcolonial development in the Muslim world.

الخطاب في السياقات القانونية
يتناول البحث الخطاب في سياقات الإجراءات القانونية، فيقف على المصطلحات ومفاهيمها، والأنماط ووظائفها، ويطرح في أثناء ذلك إشكاليات نظرية تكشف عن التداخل ووجهات النظر، وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، تناول التمهيد بإيجاز مفهوم الخطاب ومحدداته وآليات اشتغاله، ونوقش في المبحث الأول مفهوم اللغة القانونية وخصائصها، في حين تناول المبحث الثاني الخطاب القانوني عموما؛ أنماطه ووظائفها، ثم بيان طبيعة الخطاب القانوني بين المنطوق والمكتوب، أما المبحث الثالث فتناول أنماط الخطاب الجنائي ووظائفها. ثم اختتم البحث بأهم النتائج، التي كان من أبرزها الكشف عن إشكالية تناول القانونيين واللغويين لمفهوم اللغة القانونية وخصائصها، ومحاولة حل هذه الإشكالية بطرح مفهوم واسع يغطي كل التفاعلات القانونية المنطوقة والمكتوبة، ومنها أن التفاعل بين اللغة والقانون في سياقات الإجراءات القانونية المختلفة أنتج أنماطا خطابية متمايزة في سماتها وطبيعتها وأهدافها الوظيفية القانونية.

نحو نظرية حجاجية إدراكية في تلقي الخطاب
يأتي هذا الكتاب في سياق محاولة متجددة في تحليل الخطاب، قائمة على تلقي الخطاب وإنشاء الخطاب معا، وقد سميت بالنظرية الحجاجية الإدراكية في تلقي الخطاب، فهي نظرية حجاجية بالنظر إلى إنشاء المتكلم، وهي نظرية إدراكية بالنظر إلى تلقي المخاطب، حيث قدم الكتاب نظرية تسهم في تحليل الخطاب من منظورين : حجاجي وإدراكي. حيث جاء الكتاب في ثلاثة أبواب، الباب الأول مدخلا مفاهيميا للنظرية، والباب الثاني لعرض العناصر التحليلية للنظرية، وفي الباب الثالث وقف على حواف النظرية، فجعله للمباحث الذهنية ذات العلاقة بالنظرية، فجاءت الدراسة في أحد عشر فصلا، كما اختتم الباب الثاني بنماذج تحليلية مختصرة حتى يتمكن محللو الخطاب من استخدامها مباشرة.

Pragmatic Meanings of Modal Verbs in Religious Discourse
This study examines the pragmatic meanings for modal verbs used in Friday's Speech of one of the most renowned religious scholars in Egypt, Dr. Ali Gomaa in order to investigate the related mechanisms which help a speaker reveal his ideas and intentions when communicating with a particular addressee. This study examines their choices in order to urge and persuade. The pragmatic meanings of modal verbs are discussed through Sperber and Wilson's Relevance Theory in order to show how the linguistic and pragmatic choices of the religious scholars help them to achieve the optimal relevance by achieving the greatest possible cognitive effect for the smallest processing effort.

تحليل الخطاب العربي : \المفاهيم والمذاهب والأسس والتطبيق\ : (تأصيل نظرية تحليل الخطاب العربية)
تناول المؤلف في هذا الكتاب تحليل الخطاب وأنواعه وعناصره وأساليبه في الإقناع الحجاجي في ضوء نظرية أحداث اللغة وهي نظرية تعرف عليها في علوم الأصول والتفسير واللغة والبلاغة والمنطق وهي اجتهاد من المؤلف في تدشين أسس نظرية تحليلية عربية خالصة مرجعيتها التراث الأثير العبق الفياض على المعارف الإنسانية المربى في كنف الثقافة الإسلامية التي ساهمت فيها بعض الأعراق البشرية وانصهرت فيها الحضارات وقد تناول المؤلف أساليب التأثر اللغوية وغير اللغوية التي يستميل بها المتكلم المتلقي ويوظفها في إقناعه بمقصده وتناول كذلك عناصر الحجاج اللغوية وغير اللغوية والحجج والبراهين وتوظيف هذه العناصر.

Wordcloud Based R Programming as a Supplementary Tool for Critical Discourse Analysis
The qualitative analysis of written discourse has a solid literature. However, discussions on the use of online software programs for faster text analysis have started to gain popularity due to a technology dominant era with a bulk of etexts. Unlike online software tools for text analysis that entail internet connection, offline R programming with text mining packages, via certain codes, can visualize the text in a way that creates a proactive reader. The current research aims at investigating the integration of wordcloud based R programming with Fairclough model to develop the Fifth Settlement Languages Institution English department students' ability to critically analyze written discourse. The sample of the study included 30 students from the third year who were assigned a critical reading content as part of conversation course that targets the development of the four language skills. The pre-post research design proved the efficiency or wordcloud based R programming as a supplementary tool for discourse analysis.

A Pragma-Discoursal Study of News Conflict in Arabic Media
News Conflict is an old-new topic that has been scrutinized and studied from different angles. Yet, no attempt of a comprehensive pragmadiscoursal treatment or analysis of the pragmatic elements of news discourse has been spotted. Thus, this work concerns itself with the attempt of designing a rather comprehensive pragma-discoursal approach to investigate News Conflict. This incorporates investigating the most observable pragma-discoursal means employed by two ideologically contradicting news channels, namely, Al-Jazeera and Al-Ittijah Satellite Channels in viewing news and events; identifying the major pragmadiscoursal devices exploited by Al- Jazeera and Al-Ittijah Satellite Channels for achieving their ideologically-contradicting aims. In light of these aims the study hypothesizes that Foregrounded Themes, Modality, Lexical Cohesion, Collocation and Pragma-rhetorical Tropes are the most readily observable Collocation and Foregrounding are the major processes manifested in presenting news and events that are used by both channels under investigation.
