The research begins with the premise that Mustafa Sa'eed embodies the tension between East and West, as well as between colonial legacy and the individual's confrontation with cultural and political dominance. The study explores the themes of colonialism, slavery, and revenge as manifested in Sa'eed's character, where psychological factors intertwine with social conditions to shape his behavior.
