رضا زوار المواقع السياحية فى جرش عن الخدمات
يتناول البحث الخدمات السياحية في محافظة جرش، تم تناول الخدمات السياحية والأثرية والشخصية المقدمة من الحكومة الأردنية ممثلة بوزارة السياحة والآثار وكذلك القطاع الخاص من فنادق ومطاعم واستراحات وطرق وخدمات مساندة. كذلك تضمن البحث استبيان على 100 زائر لمعرفة درجة رضا العملاء عن الخدمات المقدمة ومن خلال الدراسة تبين أن الخدمات ما زالت متواضعة وبحاجة إلى تطوير مستمر للوصول إلى مستوى الذي يليق بسمة المنطقة السياحية والأثرية وخاصة أن جرش تحتوي على اكبر مدينة متكاملة رومانية وثابات دائمة الحضرة.
The Identification of Significant Features towards Tourist Visits Intention
The purpose of this research was to investigate visitors' intention to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia specifically for concert events. A quantitative research approach was employed to collect and analyze data in order to gain insights into this phenomenon. The study collected a sample of 384 individuals from both local and international tourists in Saudi Arabia using a convenience-sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) with the assistance of Smart-PLS 3.3.9 software. The findings of the study indicate that visitors' attitude, subjective norms, e-word of mouth, and destination image have direct and positive impacts on their intention to attend concert events in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, the research revealed that past travel experience plays a significant moderating role in the relationships between e-word of mouth and visitors' intention, as well as between destination image and visitors' intention. However, past travel experience was not found to have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between attitude and visitors' intention, nor on the relationship between subjective norms and visitors' intention. The results of this study have implications for policy makers, the Saudi Arabian government, the Saudi tourism industry, researchers, and other stakeholders. They can utilize these findings to enhance their understanding of visitors' intentions regarding concert events in Saudi Arabia and to develop effective strategies to promote such events. It is important to acknowledge certain limitations of this study. Firstly, the research relied solely on quantitative methodology, and cross-sectional data was analyzed, limiting the depth of insights that could be obtained. Future research could benefit from adopting a mixed methods approach and conducting longitudinal studies to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the subject.
Vistor Motivation Attending Tourisim Festivals
This research aimed to uncover the underlying motivation factors that drive Saudi people to visit festivals as well as to determine whether there is a significant difference in the motivation of tourists from different demographic groups. The data was collected through a structured questionnaire. Four hundred self-administered questionnaires were distributed and 258 usable questionnaires were obtained. The data was analysed by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) computer program. As far as scale-based motivation items were concerned, factor analysis was performed to identify the extent to which questions seemed to be capturing the same variables and the degree to which they could be reduced to a smaller set of factor attributes. Cronbach'sAlpha Test was used to determine the internal consistency of each factor variable of the measurement instrument. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to determine if differences existed among identified motivation factors across visitors from one segment to another. If the results of ANOVA were significant (p<0.05), a post-hoc analysis using Scheffé's method was conducted to identify differences among the factors of motivation of the visitors related to their demographic characteristics. In this study, T- test analysis was used to identify the differences in the motivation of visitors in terms of the visitors' demographic characteristics that had only two categories (such as gender and marital status). Frequencies and percentages were used with variables such as gender; marital status; monthly income; level of education and age that enabled the researcher to describe the sample. The means procedure applied to comparing averages (means) for different groups. Five factors (culture knowledge, escape, family togetherness, socialisation and excitement) were identified as driving Saudi tourists to go to festivals. Additionally, the results of this study revealed that the jobs of respondents had an influence on their motivation to visit festivals.
المتنزهات البرية المفتوحة بين الاستخدام الترويحي وحماية البيئة
ركزت هذه الدراسة على العلاقة بين الاستخدام الترفيهي للمتنزهات البرية وحماية البيئة. وقد تناولت بالدراسة سبعة متنزهات تحيط بمدينة الرياض هي: روضة خريم، روضة الخفس، روضة الخرارة، وادي صلبوخ، شعيب الشوكي، وادي بعيجا، الواشلة، الحيسية. وقد عنيت الدراسة أيضاً بملاحظة أثر الأنشطة الأخرى وعلى رأسها الرعي. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة بصرة أساسية على الدراسة الميدانية بالملاحظة للأثر المنظور ولسلوك الزوار. وخرجت بعدد من النتائج والتوصيات كان أهمها إشكالية التلوث الناتج عن المتنزهين، والحاجة إلى وضع نظام لمعالجة المشكلة. وقد تم رصد تأثير أسلوب حماية الروضة بواسطة الأنابيب المانعة لدخول السيارات. وبينت الدراسة أن التدهور في بيئات المتنزهات لا يعود بالضرورة لأثر المتنزهين بل وجود أثر واضح لتغير نظام الرعي في العصر الحديث الذي سمح بتركيز الرعي في أفضل الأماكن مع استخدام ما يتيسر من نباتات رعوية طول السنة بوصفها غذاء تكميلياً، بينما يتم تعذيتها بالحبوب وبالأعلاف. ويقترح الباحث: إعادة تصميم المتنزهات اعتماداً على معطياتها الطبيعية وشكلها وسلوك مستخدميها بما يحقق المحافظة على بيئتها وزيادة قيمتها الترويحية، واستخدام أسلوب المسار التنزهي بما يحقق الحماية والترويح.
