Controls of a Sound Understanding of the Prophet's Sunnah and its Applications in Contemporary Reality
We aim in this research to clarify the controls of a sound understanding of the prophet's sunnah in contemporary reality, as adherence to them guarantees the safety and strength of inference of the hadith. Thus, we concluded by defining the meaning of the controls for understanding the Sunnah as those criteria that are invoked in understanding the verbal, actual, and reported Sunnah in a proper understanding, and also to identifying those controls and arranging them into two parts: the controls of good understanding of the sunnah before the inference process begins; such as verifying the authenticity of the Hadith.. as well as its controls during the inference; such as referring to the reliable sources for codifying the Hadith and its explanations.

Yennayer
The study of the folk heritage of Algerian society is a purely research-oriented topic in Algerian history that reveals various rituals and celebratory practices. Among these, the Yennayer celebrations hold a special place in the Algerian society, as they are one of the ancient rituals that bear symbolic meanings, particularly related to agricultural activities. Despite the significant importance of this ritual, it has not garnered substantial academic attention, with the majority of existing literature adopting a folkloric approach. Popular celebrations represent a crucial form of folk expression, encompassing standardized practices that embody religious, social, and cultural dimensions. The Yennayer celebrations are governed by a set of prescribed rules that must be followed, including preparatory measures, the preparation of specific culinary dishes for the occasion, and adherence to entrenched customs and traditions within families. This adherence is vital for the preservation of cultural identity across various regions.

الأحاديث النبوية الواردة في تخليد الخضر \عليه السلام\ وبقائه إلى قيام الساعة
تتناول هذه الدراسة الأحاديث الواردة في تخليد الخضر- عليه السلام- وبقائه إلى قيام الساعة، فعملت على جمعها من مصادرها الرئيسة في كتب السنة النبوية المطهرة، دراسة أسانيدها من خلال الحكم على رواتها، ونقل أقوال علماء الجرح والتعديل فيهم، والعلل الواقعة فيها، ودراسة متونها من خلال جمع ألفاظها والمقارنة بينها، ونقل أحكام المحدّثين السابقين عليها إذا وجدت لهم حكماً عليها، وإذا لم أجد لهم حكماً عليها قمت بدراستها والحكم عليها من حيث الصحة أو الضعف، وبلغ عددها عشرة أحاديث. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن خمسة منها موضوعة باطلة مكذوبة، وأربعة ضعيفة شديدة الضعف، وواحد لا علاقة له بتخليد الخضر- عليه السلام - وبقائه وإنّما هو في خروج الدّجال آخر الزمان، وأنّها أحاديث لا تقوم بها حجّة، ولم يصح منها شيء، ووقع الاضطراب والاختلاف في ألفاظها ومتونها.

The Repute of Recreational Sports Activity in Islam
This studies aims to explore the importance of leisure sports activities exercise in Islam, uncover its virtues, significance, and the varieties of sports accredited by Islam. This exploration is based totally on the noble Qur'anic verses and the honorable Prophetic Hadiths, which include the observe of: racing or running, archery, swimming, and equestrian sports (horseback using), and the way those practices adhere to the legal constraints installed by using Islam. اختلاف التقرير مع القول أو الفعل في ضوء التعارض والترجيح
يسلط البحث الضوء على مشكلة اختلاف إقرار النبي ﷺ مع قوله أو فعله في ضوء التعارض والترجيح؛ حيث يبين البحث أن ما يُعتقد بأن أمثلته قليلة، فهو ليس كذلك، بل قد تزيد أمثلته على المائة والخمسين كما يذكر الحافظ العلائي، ومن هنا يكتسب الكلام عن التقرير أهمية كبرى؛ لذا تناول البحث أقسام التقرير، وحجيته، وعمومه، والتخصيص به، ودخول قول الصحابي: كنا نفعل، أو كانوا يفعلون، ثم عرج على بيان قول النبي ﷺ وبيان فعله، ثم تناول تمهيدًا للاختلاف بين الأدلة، ومعنى التعارض ومتى يتحقق، ثم ختم بتعارض التقرير مع السنة القولية، ثم التعارض بين التقرير والسنة الفعلية، وطرق التعامل معها بالأمثلة. وتوصل إلى أن البحث في باب التقرير لم يُشبع، لا قديمًا ولا حديثًا، وأن صور تعارض التقرير مع القول والفعل كثيرة وليست بالقليلة كما يظن، وقد عدها العلائي فوق المائة والخمسين. وأن بعض طلبة العلم ربما استعجل بالقول بالنسخ للدليل المتأخر وهذا خلاف ما تقرر.
