تقنية إعادة الصياغة في ترجمة النص السياسي السمع مرئي من العربية إلى الفارسية
يختلف مجال الترجمة السمع مرئية عن غيره من مجالات الترجمة الأخرى؛ لتعدد أنواع الترجمة المدرجة تحته. فهو على غرار مجالات الترجمة الأخرى التي تمكن المترجم من الترجمة ثنائية اللغة أي (من اللغة وإليها)، بل ويتعد الأمر هذا ليكون ثلاثي اللغة وأحادي اللغة. لكن ما يجعله متفرد عن غيره من هذه المجالات هو تمتع كل نوع من أنواعه بتقنيات يختلف تدرج استخدامها في النص المترجم حسب طبيعة النص، والقيود التقنية، والبصرية، والسمعية، ومهارة المترجم السمع مرئي، وطبيعة العلوم المقترنة بالنص المترجم في أثناء عملية الترجمة وقع اختياري على هذه الخطب وهي خطبة خامنئي في اليوم العالمي للقدس لعام 2021 وخطبتي صلاة الجمعة لعام 2019 وعام 2009\" لما بها من مصطلحات سياسية متنوعة على الصعيد الداخلي، والخارجي؛ للوقوف على طبيعة ومدي اختلاف النص على الصعيدين. ترجع أهمية هذا البحث إلى دراسة الإشكالية التي تدور حول أيديولوجية المصطلحات السياسية خاصة الواردة في خطابات رجال السياسية الإيرانيين، حيث تحتوي على أبعاد فكرية، ودينية، وأيديولوجية. يعتمد البحث على منهج التحليل النقدي للخطاب فهو الفرع الرئيس لتحليل الخطاب، يهتم التحليل النقدي للخطاب بشكل خاص بالعلاقة بين اللغة والسلطة. وينقسم إلى مقدمة وثمانية مباحث، وخاتمة وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع التي اعتمدت عليها.

ترجمة الأيديولوجيا وأيديولوجية المترجم في ضوء التحليل النقدي للخطاب
لقد أثبت التطور الذي شهدته دراسات الترجمة بشكل قاطع أن الإجراء الترجمي عملية معقدة تتجاوز نقل العناصر اللغوية من لغة إلى أخرى مثلما هو منظور إليها عادة. ولا شك في أن المنعطفات الكبرى في دراسات الترجمة (المنعطف اللساني، المنعطف الثقافي والمنعطف السوسيولوجي) ما هي إلا دليل قاطع على تطور هذا التخصص، فبفضل المنعطف السوسيولوجي الذي تطلبه نقل تحليل الخطابة من البحث اللغوي المجرد إلى التناول الاجتماعي والإنساني، أصبح من الممكن دراسة مفاهيم سوسيولوجية ذات مرجعية وقعدة تسمح لنا بتقييم الفعل الترجمي من خلال إبراز عمل المترجم وتأثره وأثره في النتاج الترجمي. يبدو أن التحول من تتبع الجوانب اللغوية إلى التركيز على تحليل الظواهر السوسيولوجية جاء في سياق منهجي لفهم عمل المترجم بشكل أعمق وتقييم قراراته الترجمية خاصة في المجالات المعقدة على غرار الخطاب السياسي وهو النموذج الذي سنشرحه في هذا البحث. فالخطاب السياسي، كما نتصوره، خطاب أيديولوجي بامتياز وساحة مثالية لدراسة تصادم المترجم مع الأيديولوجيا. من أجل استقراء البعد الأيديولوجي في الخطاب السياسي وتقييم قرارات المترجم التي تبرز في شكل مواقف اجتماعية واختيارات أيديولوجية، ارتأينا أن نستعين في هذا البحث بآليات التحليل النقدي للخطاب سعيا منا إلى الكشف عن المضامين الأيديولوجية الموظفة في الخطاب الأصل من جهة، وتقييم قرارات المترجم التي اعتمدها في ترجمة تلك المضامين من جهة أخرى، وسنركز من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف على تلك الموقف الترجمية التي تستفز الجوانب الأيديولوجية والعقائدية الكامنة في روح المترجم.

سياسة حركة الترجمة في سويسرا
اهتمت سويسرا بالترجمة منذ قرون عدة، وقد استخدمت مؤقتا محطة للنشر الأدبي الباريسي أثناء الاحتلال النازي لفرنسا. ويعود ازدهار الترجمة في سويسرا إلى عدد من المبادرات والمؤسسات الثقافية. يقوم هذا البحث على دراسة حالة الترجمة في سويسرا من خلال استقراء تاريخي للواقع الترجمي ووصفه وتقييمه، والاستفادة منه. وقد أظهرت الدراسة سياسة الترجمة ومبادءها، والترجمة بوصفها وسيلة للتواصل والفهم والتعايش السلمي بين اللغات، كما أبرزت دورها في تكوين قانون سويسري متعدد اللغات. بينت الدراسة أيضا أهمية تعليم الترجمة ومنح الشهادات، والمصطلحية والتكنولوجيا والتوليد في خدمة الترجمة، وعمليات دعم الترجمة من خلال المنح والجوائز. وقد ختمت الدراسة بتوصيات تتعلق بالترجمة في العالم العربي بناء على استعراض الحالة السويرسية.

Translating a Political Discourse
The present study sheds light on one aspect of literary and nonliterary discourse, i.e. a political discourse, written and/or spoken. It argues that the selection of right and proper words for translating a political discourse poses a serious challenge for translators, especially when translating/ interpreting international political events. It uses the translation approach in qualitative research with a view to discussing and analyzing the best way for selecting accurate equivalents in the target language. The study questions are posed to explore difficulties, mistakes and errors occurring in translations/ interpretations so as to be realized, learnt and avoided by translation students and translators in general. Several historical, embarrassing, and humorous examples of deliberate and inadvertent translations and interpretations have been provided to show some of the translation errors and mistakes at the level of articles, demonstratives, terminologies, phrases, etc. The study findings demonstrate that any single task of translation may not be accomplished to perfection. In addition, translation should not be deemed as an entirely mechanical act of reproduction of equivalent words in the target language, but rather as a complex activity carried out with careful selection of meaningful words. The study recommends that translators pay much more attention to the nuances of the selected word meanings to avoid any mistranslation.

Translating Topoi in Zelensky's Political Speeches during Russia-Ukraine War into Arabic
Topoi, the plural of which is topoi, is a vital tool used in the development of argumentation in political discourse. It is a fundamental component of any political speech, utilized to either persuade individuals, showcase a politician's dominance, or produce successful speeches. The current paper aims to discuss the concept of topoi as an integral part of political discourse. Furthermore, it seeks to investigate the employment of topoi in the political speeches of President Zelensky of Ukraine during Russia's war against Ukraine in various European conferences. Additionally, the paper reveals how Zelensky leverages topoi in his speeches to address this situation. The methodology of analysis utilized in this study is Ruth Wodak's Discourse-Historical Approach (2009), which is designed to systematically integrate all the available background information in the analysis and interpretation of the multiple layers of written or spoken texts. معالجة مشاكل ترجمة العملات الأجنبية للشركات متعددة الجنسيات في ظل المحاسبة الدولية
تطرق البحث الى مفهوم المحاسبة الدولية والمشاكل التي تعترض هذا النوع من المحاسبة وتم عرض طرق علاج هذه المشاكل من خلال طرق مختلفة، فضلا عن انه تم عرض معيار المحاسبة الدولية رقم 21 والخاص بمعالجة اثار تغير اسعار العملات الاجنبية، وتبين انه من الضروري مناقشة امكانية ادخال مادة المحاسبة الدولية ضمن المناهج الدراسية لأقسام المحاسبة لغرض التمكن من مواكبة التطور في العلوم الأخرى، وعلى لجنة معايير المحاسبة العراقية اصدار معيار محاسبي مع تحديد الطريقة المناسبة لمعالجة مشاكل ترجمة العملات الاجنبية للشركات متعددة الجنسيات.

Translating the Ideological Effects of Prioritization in Arabic Political Discourse into English
The present paper examines the ideological effects reflected by aspects of discoursal prioritization in the Arabic political discourse. Then, these forms of priority will be rendered into English properly. The study also focuses on the fact that there is no linguistic choice without an ideological dimension whether the interlocutor uttered that consciously or unconsciously. It is to be noted that any writer or speaker is usually compelled to pack his / her ideologies within the discourse. Thus, the discourse can be ideologically loaded through the usage of the concept of priority, like, prioritizing the use of a certain name instead of the other, or the predicate over the subject, or uses a certain negative marker, though the discourse admits other markers, and the like. Since this paper is concerned with the Arabic political discourse, the data has been collected from the political novel entitled ' Sqoot Sirdab ' by Nawzat Shamdeen. So, the researcher will be able to select the samples to be discussed. Finally, we will notice how the author exerts all his energy to express his own ideology to the audience to convince them in what was usually practiced by the Iraqi previous regime.
