The Future of Finance
This research explores the future of finance through the lens of token sales, delving into the mechanics, benefits, and challenges associated with this groundbreaking method of startup financing. The analysis suggests that Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs), and Security Token Offerings (STO serve as alternatives to the traditional methods of debt and capital funding typically facilitated by Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) firms, as well as banks. This shift signifies a departure from conventional financing models, introducing innovative mechanisms that leverage blockchain technology and decentralized principles. Token sales have emerged as a primary source of capital, particularly for blockchain startups, contributing billions of dollars to the blockchain ecosystem.
The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing Innovation in Entrepreneurship
This study seeks to highlight the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in promoting innovation within the field of entrepreneurship. As one of the most disruptive technologies of the contemporary era, AI, when strategically implemented, substantially augments the breadth and effectiveness of business operations. The results reveal that AI acts as a fundamental driver of innovation in entrepreneurial initiatives, enabling organizations to adapt more readily to fluctuating market conditions and preserve their competitive advantage. Engaging with institutions that specialize in AI allows startups to benefit from both technical expertise and state-of-the-art technologies, thus enhancing the innovative quality of their products and services.
The Entrepreneurial Ecosystem as a Success Factor for Startups
This study aims to shed light on the entrepreneurial ecosystem and its contribution to startups success, as well as presenting the Turkish experience in this field. To achieve these objectives, a combination of three methods has been used: the descriptive and analytical method, the case study method, and the comparative method. The study reached a set of results, the most important, is that the entrepreneurial ecosystem is the platform that supports the creation and the growth of startups, through its contribution in creating opportunities and providing an appropriate environment that helps entrepreneurs launching their startups; and that the Turkish entrepreneurial ecosystem reached a new level, due to the efforts of both public and private sectors, in providing a suitable environment for the activity of startups.
The Role of University Incubators in Attracting and Framing Competencies and Inovated Projects
This research paper aims at taking knowledge of the role of the university incubators in framing and accompanying competencies in order to create startups furthermore, to shade light on services offered for the incubated students through m'sila incubators, in its capacity as the most dynamic incubator at the national level ,some of the most important of its activates and the different patents and label certificates have been highlighted . Among the most important results of the studies, the experience of the m'sila incubator was obviously very successful, the fact that its director was nominated at the top of the national coordination committee to follow UP innovation and university incubators where this committee was founded in September 27th, 2022and which ensures the implantation of the ministerial decision 12/75.
The COVID-19 Pandemic's Impact on Fintech Startups
This paper aims to highlighted the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on fintech start ups as they rely on modern technology to provide financial services. in the field of financial and banking technology presented a challenge because they provide smart services and the development and operation of business models, artificial intelligence and block chain technology. This paper was based on a descriptive and analytical approach to find out the extent of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on global fintech start-ups in both America and Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. The results obtained showed a decrease in investments, which reached 25.6 billion dollars, the number of investment deals to 1,221 compared to previous years. The impact was clear in terms of financing and investment, increase in the use of fintech in light of the crisis and the imposed social distancing measures, which made it easier for customers to deal remotely.
دور استخدام التسويق الرقمي في نمو المنشآت الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر
كشفت الدراسة عن دور استخدام التسويق الرقمي في نمو المنشآت الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان لدراسة دور استخدام التسويق الرقمي في نمو المنشآت الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر. وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (177) من أصحاب المنشآت الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر، والعاملين بها، ومرتاديها. وجاءت نتائج الدراسة مؤكدة على أن التأثير الفعلي للتسويق على المنشأة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وهذا دل على ارتفاع درجة التأثير الفعلي للتسويق الرقمي على النشأة حيث أن التسويق الرقمي للمنشأة الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر هو أهم عامل للوصول للمستفيدين. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تخصيص جزء من رأس مال المنشأة، وذلك لعمل خطة استراتيجية ممنهجة للتسويق الرقمي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2024
