Effect of Covid on Budget Balance in Emerged Countries
This study aims to study the impact of the Covid pandemic on budget balance, with reference to the case of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study concluded that there was a negative impact of the pandemic on tax revenues and the budget balance, which prompted the Saudi government to announce an economic plan worth 70 billion Saudi riyals to support the private sector.

أثر النظام الضريبي على الاستقلالية المالية للجماعات المحلية في الجزائر
منح القانون للجماعات المحلية مجموعة معتبرة من الصلاحيات، ولأجل تمكنها من القيام بها لابد من توفر موارد مالية تناسب حجم الإنفاق المحلي المطلوب، وتعتبر الإيرادات الجبائية أهم هذه الموارد والتي تكون النظام الضريبي ما يجعل المالية المحلية والنظام الضريبي مترابطين، لذلك نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر النظام الضريبي على الاستقلالية المالية التي منحها القانون للجماعات المحلية.
