متطلبات تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية في مصر من خلال التعليم
يتناول البحث موضوع العدالة الاجتماعية في المجتمع المصري والتغيرات التي طرأت عليه خلال فترة الحكم الجمهوري، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض وتحليل أبعاد الظاهرة، ويوضح مفهوم العدالة الاجتماعية وعلاقته بالتعليم، ومدى تأثر العدالة الاجتماعية بالعدالة في التعليم، كما يعرض مقومات تحقيق العدالة في التعليم التي تمثلت في مجانية التعليم، وتكافؤ الفرص، والإنفاق على التعليم، وجودة التعليم، وديمقراطية التعليم، ثم ينتقل لتحليل وضع العدالة الاجتماعية في المجتمع المصري منذ التحول من النظام الملكي إلى النظام الجمهوري بقيام ثورة ١٩٥٢، وقد قسم البحث هذه الفترة إلى حقب زمنية تبعا للوضع السياسي والاقتصادي في الدولة، ويدلل البحث على العلاقة التبادلية بين العدالة الاجتماعية والعدالة في التعليم، ثم توصل البحث في النهاية إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات.

The article seeks to clarify the diverse theoretical frameworks and perspectives that underpin the dynamics of democratic transition. It examines the structure of this transition, considering its inputs, catalysts, and outcomes, with a particular focus on the consolidation of democracy during the post-transition period. The aim is to forge a relational synthesis, integrating theoretical constructs with their practical applications in the restoration of state legitimacy and its institutions. This synthesis prioritizes the upholding of rights and freedoms, their active practice, and the pursuit of social justice.

Analysis of the Demand and Accessibility of Households to Housing in Algeria
In this article, we propose to analyze the demand for and access to housing by households in Algeria. We also aim to identify the factors that may influence them, based on data from a survey conducted with a sample of 700 households in the Bejaia province. First, we will review the main empirical studies related to the determinants of housing application. Second, we will attempt to model the determinants of housing demand and property access using a binary logistic regression model. The results of this study show that relatively young household heads, those with lower levels of education, households residing in urban municipalities, and those cohabiting are more likely to apply for housing. The probability of owning a property is higher for households residing in rural municipalities.

يتناول الكتاب بابين وهما الباب الأول وكان عنوانه الإطار التصوري الموجه للدراسة واحتوي علي أربعة فصول نظرية وهما الفصل الأول مشكلة الدراسة وفروضها والفصل الثاني كان عن اتجاهات وتصورات الشباب الجامعي للعدالة الاجتماعية أما الفصل الثالث فكان عن العدالة الاجتماعية بين الوقائع والتصورات وانتهي الباب الأول بالفصل الرابع الذي تناول سياسات الرعاية الاجتماعية الجديدة أما الباب الثاني جاء تحت عنوان الدراسة الميدانية واجراءتها المنهجية وتناول ثلاث فصول وهما الفصل الخامس الأجراءات المنهجية للدراسة والفصل السادس نتائج الدراسة الميدانية ومناقشتها والفصل السابع النتائج العامة والاستخلاصات.

Exploring Paulo Freire's Critical Theory
Teaching history is an intricate and gratifying endeavor, offering students a vision into the past to comprehend the present and frame the future. The preeminent role of history as a subject in university education resides in the fact that it provides a foundation for understanding the development of societies, cultures, and civilizations over time. It also incites students to grasp the complexities of past events, movements, and decisions that have shaped the present world. The contact between students and past civilizations prompts the foundation of bridges that connect peoples' histories, reconcile the past with the present and anticipate possible future conflicts. This process would eventually lead to an elevated state of humanity and better understanding of the world. Teaching history involves a collection of approaches and strategies from traditional chronological narratives to modern and innovative methods. In order to profit fully from the potentials of this subject, we can teach it applying Paulo Freire's 'Critical Theory'. His groundbreaking theory affords an opportunity to use education as a tool for liberation, critical consciousness, and social transformation. Given the functions of this theory, if it applied to teaching history, this course can be used as a tool for freeing the oppressed and achieving social justice. Teachers would rely on world events, wars, economic and political crises, ancient and contemporary societies in order to foster students' critical thinking and lead them to be active citizens in their society. Thanks to the course's topics and objectives, it can efficiently achieve the aspirations of critical theory. Henceforth, history teachers are highly advised to adopt Freire's theory in their courses in order to maximize and enhance the quality of their teaching and best serve the intentions of the course which align with those of 'the critical theory'
