حرية المعتقد وأحكامها التشريعية وأحوالها التطبيقية وأهميتها في حوار الأديان
هذا الكتاب يتضمن دراسة تحليلية للأحكام التشريعية لحرية المعتقد وأحوالها التطبيقية والأسباب المؤدية إلى الإنقسام الطائفي أو المذهبي والسبل الكفيلة بمعالجتها وأهمية حوار الأديان في معالجة المشكلات التي يعاني منها المجتمع البشري حيث إن التشريعات الدينية والدستورية والدولية أقرت بحرية المعتقد على أن تكون ممارستها ضمن حدود المحافظة على الأخلاق والآداب العامة وحقوق وحريات الآخرين والنظام العام فالإنسان الحر هو مسؤول عن حريته ولا يجوز له إساءة إستخدامها والإقرار بحرية المعتقد يقتضي عدم جواز التعصب أو التطرف الديني ويفسح المجال أمام الحوار بين الأديان لأجل التفاهم والتعاون على البر والتقوى.
